レンジや湯沸かし器や食器もあるので、設備は必要なものが足りる感じです。シャワールームは鍵はついてるけどフロアが女性専用というわけではないので気になる人はいるかも。外の音は割と聞こえますがさほど気にはならなかったです。周りにコンビニや飲食店もあるので食事も特に困りませんでした。駅から割と近いですが一階が飲食店で看板もそこまで大きくないので、少し探しました。
