Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and tidy. A/C works well and room stays cool despite the outside heat and humidity. Bathroom was a bit small but functional. Restaurant and bar service is good while the pool is open but after 5pm is all shut. If you come back early from your evening out go via a 7 eleven to pick up some supplies for the room.

Alles funktionierte gut, die Klimaanlage, Sanitäranlagen, Wasser, Pool war auch sauber und Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig. Alles wirklich sehr ordentlich, kann ich absolutweiterempfehlen. Super Unterkunft in Krabi Town. Wir fanden es deutlich schöner, als in Ao Nang, da es ruhiger ist und man trotzdem relativ fix mit Roller oder Auto rüberfahren kann. Das Hotel hat einen schönen Pool, saubere und moderne Zimmer und einen super Service!

I stayed for 2 nights. The bed was comfortable, I did find that I could hear a lot of noise from the hallway. There were small ants around the bathroom and areas in the room. Rest of the room was in great condition, comfortable bed, spacious room. Staff at the front desk were super helpful, I forget her name (shorter hair), she helped me and had helpful tips for day trips!

The hotels good points are that the staff are friendly and approachable, the swimming pool is nice and the buffet breakfast is good. The negatives are that there is no safe in the room so i had to take my valuables everywhere with me. There was a sewerage smell coming from the bathroom. It's a reasonable hotel and it only 10 minutes walk to the town centre.

Super fint hotel - gode værelser med ro. Vi boede i et hjørneværelse som havde en fin udsigt over landområdet. Hotellet ligger i perfekt afstand til Krabi by i nærheden af restauranter, caféer, markeder og butikker. Samtidigt ligger det lidt ude af centrum som giver ro. Eneste minus ved dette hotel er det meget dårlige internet + vi oplevede strømafbrydelse. Ville klar vi her igen hvis vi kom tilbage til Krabi. God værdi for pengene.

We booked a room with direct pool access. We loved it and used it each day we stayed. We were disappointed that there was no room safe available to safely store our passports and money. This is a pretty standard hotel amenity. We were not allowed to have 2 room keys. The room was a 2 story room. There was only one bin available on the top floor. It was a bit inconvenient to run up and down stairs to put something in the garbage. We witnessed unhappy guests with staff frequently enough to wonder. Finally, we arranged to have some laundry done. We were charged $46 CDN or nearly 1200 baht. All other occasions doing laundry in Thailand we paid 200-300 baht. Needless to say we declined the service. We also booked a scooter and our return taxi to the airport using other companies. We did not trust the hotel would quote a fair price.

It was ok for a stopover of 1night but i wouldnt have stayed longer. Seemed disorganised, cafe staff took 20mins to make 1 coffee and another 5minutes to bring my wife one when i ordered 2. We prdered 2 yougurt fruit bowls and they gave me mine then after i fifnished mine my wofes arrived. There was no one else in the cafe at thos point

Trevlig personal och jättefräscht hotell. Fin pool och bekväma sängar. Stora rum och balkong med sittplats. Plus för att de hade tvål, schampo och balsam i behållare på väggen, istället för i engångsförpackningar. Bara några minuters promenad till kvällsmarknaden inne i stan. Och några barer och restauranger fanns på vägen med. Inte jättemycket, men Krabi är väl ingen stad som är uppbyggt på turism direkt. Och precis bredvid hotellet fanns absolut inget med charm eller att göra. Dock missade personalen att boka taxi åt oss på morgonen då vi skulle till flygplatsen, som de sagt. Men de fixade det snabbt på morgonen och vi kom iväg bara en liten stund efter vad vi tänkt.

I stayed here to relax after a couple of weeks travelling and staying in hostels and it was perfect. It was close to the night markets and it was lovely to see Thailand in a less tourist aspect. The bed was so comfortable. I would highly recommend.

Almost perfect! Absolutely loved my stay here! Just a few minute walk to downtown Krabi along with the two night markets. The Krabi Seabass hotel is not only a beautiful clean property, but is very comfortable as well.
