We got stuck at the elevator for about 3-5 minutes.. and the elevator does not have the push button call for us to talk to the operator. Other than that everything was great ❤️

Nice, spacious room, fairly good breakfast, excellent swimming pool, good gym, shops in a nearby mall. Considering very reasonable price, this hotel has great value.

It was fine - the breakfast was excellent, and generally the staff were very friendly. The hotel is starting to look a bit tired, and a few things did not work as well as they probably should, but this is only a minor gripe. The bar was a little disappointing- they advertised local craft beers, but this turned out to be Heineken (brewed locally) and their ability to make cocktails was restricted by a lack of some key ingredients, but again this was not a big issue (we would only have spent more money with them had they been better stocked…. so probably for the best).

The hotel is ideally located right next to, or perhaps even a part of, a large shopping mall where we were able to get to a variety of venues. It included many eating areas as well as higher class department stores and a large supermarket where we were able to purchase many snacks and even inexpensive clothing. The staff at Four Points are mostly very friendly and courteous. There were a few exceptions to that however, but nothing to complain about. Room stewards were great and did their room service very well and with courtesy. The staff at the front entrance were exceptionally friendly and always greeted with a smile and help if we had shopping parcels. A couple negatives are that the air conditioning in the room was extremely cold and would not adjust. After requests to the check in desk an engineer promptly came and adjusted the system. Nevertheless the temperature setting seemed to be erratic and needed daily fiddling. Also inside the main entrance is a small seating area but the seats need a good clean. While they do not look dirty, the cloth coverings on the seats smell strongly of sweat. Would I stay at Four Points again? Most definitely! While there were some things that could be improved there were many positives and the stay was very enjoyable.

One of the worst experiences I ever had in my life with Four Points by Sheraton. I was so shocked when enter the room . The room is so smelly moldy and dirty . Broken lights and dusty lamp and windows and the bathroom and toilet and sink are filthy with a lot of yellow stains and black molds . A hazard!

Staff. Clean room. Exception that’s is negative about my stay was the buffet. I usually have a good experience with the food, this time not so much. I know the head chef might be change, I went and asked about it to the dining floor manager and they told me that the head chef is no longer working with them. They asked me why? I told them that the food wasn’t meet my expectation for paying that much and to eat cold. The manager understand my complaints. They can improve their food quality.

A very comfortable and spacious room with a great bed. Quiet, relaxing and a view of the sea. For an international chain, the TV channel selection is quite outdated (no streaming option or major movie channel) but other than that a very enjoyable stay.

La literie est correcte. Très bon petit déjeuner Je reproche l’attitude du personnel très peu disponible et très froid. Il ne vous aide pas que ce soit à la réception à la piscine (pour déplacer un fauteuil) à l’entrée Très peu d’aide de leur part. Je suis déçue vraiment du personnel. J’ai pourtant l’habitude des Sheraton.

Breakfast was excellent with so many variety. Service is excellent. They are fast when you request service. The bathroom’s towel hangers fell off and not replaced. The drawers could be taken care off better. They are hard to open and close. Walking distance to the mall. Overall it was a good stay.

It was fine - the breakfast was excellent, and generally the staff were very friendly. The hotel is starting to look a bit tired, and a few things did not work as well as they probably should, but this is only a minor gripe. The bar was a little disappointing- they advertised local craft beers, but this turned out to be Heineken (brewed locally) and their ability to make cocktails was restricted by a lack of some key ingredients, but again this was not a big issue (we would only have spent more money with them had they been better stocked…. so probably for the best).

The hotel is ideally located right next to, or perhaps even a part of, a large shopping mall where we were able to get to a variety of venues. It included many eating areas as well as higher class department stores and a large supermarket where we were able to purchase many snacks and even inexpensive clothing. The staff at Four Points are mostly very friendly and courteous. There were a few exceptions to that however, but nothing to complain about. Room stewards were great and did their room service very well and with courtesy. The staff at the front entrance were exceptionally friendly and always greeted with a smile and help if we had shopping parcels. A couple negatives are that the air conditioning in the room was extremely cold and would not adjust. After requests to the check in desk an engineer promptly came and adjusted the system. Nevertheless the temperature setting seemed to be erratic and needed daily fiddling. Also inside the main entrance is a small seating area but the seats need a good clean. Een goed hotel met zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Het is vrij eenvoudig om van hieruit verschillende trips te organiseren voor noord Sulawesie. Ook duiken rond Bunaken is geen probleem. Voor mij een echte aanrader!

Perfect hotel location which connect with Manado town square, Nice Room, and excellent service from all the staff - from FO, Housekeeping, Laundry and the staff @ Breakfast premise. The Breakfast food & service also exceptional for 4* hotel. I had worse with 5* Hotel Breakfast - both food and the service. Nice to do little jogging in the morning near the hotel. Overall very recommended hotel in Manado.

Staff. Clean room. Exception that’s is negative about my stay was the buffet. I usually have a good experience with the food, this time not so much. I know the head chef might be change, I went and asked about it to the dining floor manager and they told me that the head chef is no longer working with them. They asked me why? I told them that the food wasn’t meet my expectation for paying that much and to eat cold. The manager understand my complaints. They can improve their food quality.

Nice hotel and staff. The bed and bedding were of excellent quality as was the breakfast. It was a shame that banging music from the night club next door kept me awake until the early hours of the morning and that kids playing loudly in the hotel’s swimming pool woke me up at 6am.

The carpet is very dirty. I dare not walk on it with barefoot. Cheingum and dust . This is not Four Points’s Stanard. Though, the breakfast is good with a lot of choice
