We had an amazing stay! Definitely plan on staying here again and again. The morning front desk member was so incredibly nice and was able to check us in early, since we had an early flight arrival. The hotel is beautiful and so clean! It has 2 rooftop patios with great views. The breakfast was delicious with great options. It’s only a 3 minute walk to the BART/train station. This was our only method of transportation and it was so easy and convenient to get to and from SFO, SF, and Santa Clara. Highly recommend!

We chose this location for its luxurious amenities and convenience to the train station for going to a Giants game. Breakfast was fantastic, room was lovely. Gym and pool were also really convenient and satisfying.

The laundry area was so clean and convenient. The fitness area was simple but it allowed us to get the job done. Overall the hotel was a great stay. Very clean and the customer service was excellent.

They are close to the airport which is why I picked them to stay but they do not offer transport service to or from the airport. We were told to 'call a taxi'. Will not stay there again!

On the first few days of our stay the room service was great, they replenished the bathroom supplies as well as the paper towels. Second time we asked for a full service, it wasn’t what we witnessed meaning the beddings wasn’t changed. I called the front desk and gave me pillow cases to replace the old ones. Then the service got sloppy every time we requested for our room to be refresh. The hotel is great, location was superb the only draw back is that the walls are too thin, you can hear people screaming or yelling outside the door unless those out the long term stayers that seemed to think they run the whole floor. The breakfast selection weren’t too bad, the kitchen staff were very pleasant. I just wish they offer more variety of options like flavored waffles and let dry sandwiches ( great idea for grab and go)

The room was somewhat clean I didn’t like that the room didn’t have a door. The blankets had hair and blood stains. Also communication between the front desk and manager and myself was not clear or helpful on the time when I checked in.

The property was very nice. I enjoyed my stay. The only improvements would be the quality of the beds because they were hard and i woke up sore. Lastly would be the hours for the rooftop lounge area and the pool. I love it if they stayed open later.

Loved how new and clean this hotel is. It was a pleasant surprise for me to see full kitchens in airport hotels. Everything was great especially with the breakfasts! If i have to complain about one thing about this place it would be how noisy it gets; the acoustics here was pretty bad.. and it had nothing to with being near the airport..

Great location, close to downtown, lots of different dining options. Very clean and beautiful rooms. The staff was somewhat not helpful and had more “I don’t care” attitude. Check out process is slow and painful. There was bunch of people in the lobby, and the reception lady wasn’t in a hurry- taking good time with each client. She was alone, and they don’t have express check out option. People have travel plans. We almost missed our reservation because of this nonsense.

My second time to stay here . I checked in late & was greeted by Victoria who worked the night shift. She was courteous & has great customer service. Location is convenient , the amenities top notch, great breakfast & the hotel is in a safe community. I highly recommend .

Amazing hotel for our stay in San Francisco. Alittle on the outskirts but easy to get into the city and nice to not be right in the chaos. Clean, modern, amazing continental breakfast that changed daily. Will definitely be coming here whenever where in the city!

A nice modern clean hotel. Milbrea is not the most exciting location, but it is close to the airport. I would have given 5*, but the rooms are only serviced every 3 days and the only milk at a pretty uninspired breakfast was oat milk!

Great place near SFO and new, clean property. They need to have coffee that is not decaf and add a room safe. Very nice large rooms and a decent breakfast.
