The property is dated, it has a nice rooftop pool and small, adequate bar, but it closes at 6pm!! Which was unexpected and really doesn’t make sense since the Sun is still up then. Location is good, right on the Marina parking is close, but not convenient and a bit dodgy at night and early am. (Homeless living in there.) parking is owned by the city so it’s separate and the hotel gets a tiny discount. Call ahead to work it out though, it’s not very intuitive. Staff is too cool for school. I’d recommend for one night maybe two max. And definitely go for the Marina facing rooms, I suspect others don’t have great views.

Efficient and affable service. The staff were highly competent. The family room was great with 2 bathrooms. The breakfast was fabulous and all was managed in a calm and discreet manner. The rooftop pool and bar was a delight, Pedro working there was a true legend and whilst I didn’t try the spa my wife and children spoke highly of it. We were delighted with our choice.

Reasonable experience while staying 1 night in Palma. Refusal to let anybody in to their room, even just a few minutes before check in. Staff didn’t seem very happy. They did allow us to store luggage due to an early arrival in the city. Pool area was ok, but pool very small with very little shade available. Room was decent size but was given an accessibility room for some reason. Shower floor was dirty and some of the tiles were broken. Safe had no way to lock it - just a hole where the lock should have been. Overall a disappointing stay for a fairly hefty room price.

Honestly, didn’t love our stay at this hotel. First, we lose power in our room and that has to get restarted. Then, the fire alarm goes off at three in the morning and 30 minutes later we hear pounding on the doors. The pounding then comes to our door and the door gets opened at 3:30 AM by the front desk without any verbal communication. We were terrified we literally thought we were getting robbed. There was no apology. Then we found a cockroach in our room.

We had a fantastic room, overlooking the sea and it was huge and spotlessly clean. I would give an overall 5 star rating, however, you had to bring your own towel for the pool, as the Hotel did not supply these. As we were only staying for 3 nights and had just hand baggage, packing a towel would not have been practical, even if we had know.

I had to change rooms when I got to the hotel as the first was an unrenovated room which had blood on the mattress cover, chipped furniture and was so old fashioned, not like the photos on the website. The 2nd room I was upgraded to was fine but considering it was renovated the mattresses on both bed sagged in the middle. The staff in the hotel were lovely but were worked to death, only 1 person on in the bar/cafe to serve and make excellent cocktails. The queue at reception if you wanted anything was always so long, definitely needs a lot more staff. The cleaning staff were lovely and so efficient especially the lovely Jade who went out of her way to help me.

I can’t tell you how much we loved this hotel. All floors were marble, big spacious room, large bathroom with a bidet, gorgeous deck with a pool and views. Breathtaking views from breakfast room. Wonderful staff Marissa was so helpful. The fatal flaw was noise, all day and night. The sliding glass door to the balcony was like a big speaker for outside noise. Every truck, motorcycle, car, even people talking sounded like they were in the room with us. Otherwise it was fantastic.

We had a wonderful time at the Hotel Mirador. We were able to check in right away in the morning when we arrived. We received a great room that had a balcony that overlooked the harbor. It had all the amenities that I would want( a fridge in the room; rooftop pool with a great view and staff that went out of their way to be friendly, helpful, professional and sincere. They wanted to ensure we had a great stay and we did! The location is perfection. Close to a grocery store and short walk into town.

Hotel was very nice, clean tidy, staff were friendly, room was nice although a little dated the AC didn’t work very well, not a huge problem as still quite cool. Would also be nice to be able to turn the lights off out side the balcony.

I like to stay in that area. This hotell was rebuilt after we stayed there 8 years ago. at least they say so! Some new parts have bin built but the old rooms could really need a renovation. Fore instans the vatertapps in bathroom was almost impossibel to use! Found some mould between floor and wall in the shower! Wifi did not funktion in our room at all, if we needed it we had to go down to the reception!

Ab 7 Uhr Baulärm, da die Straße vor den Hotel inclusive Gehwege erneuert wird. Der Pool ist megaklein. Das Übelste war das grottenschlechte Internet im Zimmer und am Pool.

Lovely hotel very clean Location ok Pool lovely but maybe not suitable for kids Reception staff on day of check out were not very nice .. having paid tourist tax on arrival I was asked to pay it again when I informed them I had paid on arrival they would not believe me asked for proof luckily I had printed receipt ( tip for future ask for print out)when I produced it they didn't even apologize , really not impressed

Our hotel room is located next to busy night life area and walkway to and from a parking garage. It was loud almost all night long and we were not able to get much sleep or get a different room. The ceiling is also thin so we can hear everything from above. Unfortunately, we will not be staying here again in the future.

This place was great for its price!! Highly recommend it the staff is great from the front desk to the down stairs restaurant and the breakfast team. They also have a steam room, sauna and great pool. The breakfast is totally worth it as well. I would go back.

El hotel esta enfrente del puerto deportivo, es una zona con muchos locales de copas pero escasez de cafeterias para desayunar y en el hotel no podias hacerlo si no te apetecia o bien el bufet completo o el bufet frio y para tomar una tostada y un cafe era caro. No tenian planos de palma y la persona de recepcion no nos indico como podiamos ir a los lugares de interes, solo nos decia que cogieramos taxi, y nosotros fuimos a ver Palma, no a montar en taxi, informacion turistica mala, se puede cenar en el hotel pero con una carta muy reducida. En general estuvimos bien pero necesitaria la habitacion un retoque de modernidad ya que tiene 4 estrellas

We booked for 3 adults: we got two single beds and a sofa bed, not suitable for an adult. Extremely noisy: other guests at same floor running around, shouting, knocking doors at 3 am. Despite calling reception, took some time for them to quiet down. Breakfast buffet not quality products: fruit not fully ripped, eggs tasteless, orange juice not good.
