I have stayed here before. The staff are great, very helpful and friendly. The room was as clean as you would expect for a budget motel, beds were comfy and pillows everything worked in the room and there were enough towels for our 2 night stay. Pool and hot tub area was also clean. Very happy again with my stay.

Close to downtown. About a 20 minute walk to City Park/beach. Good breakfast. The gym has lots of space, a few dumbbells, a 40 lb kettlebell, a functional trainer and a bench. Everything you need for a decent workout 🏋️‍♂️ Lots of restaurants across the street.

I recently stayed at the Econo Lodge located in Kelowna BC and was pleasantly surprised by the amenities. The pool area was exceptionally clean, and the gym was far better equipped than expected—featuring kettlebells, free weights, a treadmill, elliptical bike, and an Inspire pulley system with various attachments. The breakfast was decent but repetitive—mostly cereal, toast, and Jimmy Dean sausage breakfast sandwiches each day. Not much variety, so I’d probably plan to eat breakfast elsewhere next time. The staff was very friendly and efficient, promptly servicing the rooms. The room rate was very reasonable for the quality offered. Overall, a great value—I would definitely stay here again!

Really good property. Right in dt and so close to the beach and so many food options near by. I stayed for 1 night and the parking was free too. The pool facility was nice but looks like the water wasn't very clean. I was there to swim in the lake though.

I choose Econolodge whenever I stay in Kelowna. The rooms are simple and clean, it's walking distance to downtown, and there is a fitness center that has all the basic equipment I need to keep fit on the road. Breakfast is meh, but I never expect much from free continental breakfasts anyway

Cleanliness was exceptional! Really appreciate the added security to get through any and all doors to the different areas and buildings! Very friendly staff and well organized to ask if we wanted house keeping in every day or just on requests or set days. Only draw back is location next to the highway, the noise quieted down but never completely stopped, didn't keep me up at night but did notice it. Thank you for a really nice stay!

The linen was clean.No complaints,but the the room smelled like BO as soon as I walked in and for the duration of the stay. Bought air freshener spray to help. I think it was due to the floor not being mopped enough?With the wood grain laminate flooring it is probably hard to tell if it is dirty, hence the odor?. When I wore light coloured socks, they became very dirty on the bottom from walking on the floor. Sorry, just telling it like it is. I will go somewhere else next time. waiting for knee replacement, very painful, walking up and down 20 plus stairs several times a day. Ugghhhh! I don`t know why they don`t ask seniors if they would prefer a ground floor room. It looked like several were available.

Found hair on the bed in the first room. Our room got changed and found long hair in the next room as well. The pillows were very uncomfortable and we couldnt sleep all night due to how uncomfortable the bed and pillows were.

Breakfast was .....get better food at the food bank. Packages of oatmeal. Disgusting processed breakfast sandwiches..muffins that last years. Coffee like a tire shop. Everything gross basically. Also the rooms STUNK like old man living by himself not washing his clothes. It was cold..bathroom was extremely yuck. Toilet barely flused no fan working . Dont stay not worth it. However the wifi worked.

It's right beside a busy street and traffic noise is pretty loud in the rooms (it might be better on the other side of the building, but my room was right against the highway. The Wi-Fi was so weak that it was unusable in my room.

I had a problem with the check in. They told ME I have no reservation with them eventho I showed them MY BOOKING NuMBER and MY RECEIPT!!! The staff was mean to ME. AT FIRST I was really patient to them and waited for them to figure I out my reservation. THE FRONTDESK was not Accommodating at all! GOOD THING i talked to the Manager and figured things out. I HAVE NEVER HAVE PROBLEM WITH EXPEDIA BEFORE. I DONT MIND TO WAIT BUT AT LEAST PLEASE BE NICE WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Booked this place for a weekend away with my 7yr old son. He LOVED the fact that it had an indoor pool and hot tub. Place was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was your very basic Canadian motel style cereal and toast, no eggs or yogurt but works just fine for kids. Service was good but I gave it only 3 stars because I prepaid for the room but they were going to turn me away because I did not have a credit card to use for the deposit. After giving them a lot of flack for this (again, the room was already paid for!) they finally let me pay the deposit with a debit card. I have a visa debit and not a visa. I am not sure I would stay here again because of this.

The room was fine. The staff was courteous enough. I was interrupted at 3 a.m by loud knocking on my door by a man on drugs. He was rude, using the F bomb and insisting that I "help him". I offered to call someone and he threw a few more F bombs. I called 911. Barely got any sleep and had an early morning class. All night, there were other young men coming in/out of their motel room doors, talking loudly and swearing, smoking and carrying on from 3 a.m. to 5 a.m. In the morning, the staff "heard about the 911 incident", but somehow, despite them speaking with the police, didn't know that I / my room number, was the one involved with the incident. The clerk said "the manager might call you". Nope, never did. I complained about feeling vulnerable. The clerk indicated that next time I should ask for an inside court room. Why didn't they offer this to a single woman taking a room, knowing apparently that this is not a "new" incident and that it does occur in this neighbourhood. No such suggestion or offer was made when I checked in. Super disappointed. Will not stay here again.

Great location in terms of walking distance to everywhere. However, a very noisy street, so it is best to book a room in the back, not on Harvey, but on Leon. Outstanding cleanliness. Great staff. Great pool and hot tub. Sadly, a very modest selection for breakfast, could definitely be much better. Not much to choose from.

Good location. Can be a bit convoluted to get your vehicle into, as the access off the highway is congested. Room was sufficiently clean, amenities were in order. Took a few tries to get the room temperature comfortable, but then it held nicely. The continental breakfast was standard (in a very "meh" kind of way), but it was very busy, definitely try to hit it early. Staff were all lovely, check in/out were flawless, a good overall value.

The website said breakfast was served until 9:30am yet at 8:38am the employee was locking the door ??? The poor girl trying to get in was confused and embarrassed. There were no boiled eggs nor sausage links like our last visit, just premade egg mc muffins and the sausage looked raw.

It is not a “continental breakfast” when you serve only sausage egg muffins. This hotel is in same price range of Ramada, Super 8, Dilworth and many more and their “continental breakfast” has scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, waffle maker, greek yoghurt, activia yoghurt, and many other options to eat like warm hashbrowns. Econo breakfast was like a cheap $90 motel and when i talk to staff about that they say “we had all of that but we ran out of it” you dont run out of food!!!!! Thats bad
