Excellent service from reception staff and the grab and go breakfast is a nice touch. Very comfortable room and spacious. Ample parking. Very good value for the price paid. Only criticism is the guest wifi which is weak and unreliable.

Great value for money. A clean, warm comfortable room with extremely helpful friendly staff. Loved the breakfast options that were included in the price and access to a good restaurant for other meals. Great location for us giving us access to RHS Bridgewater and Manchester centre by the bus. Free parking for the car as well.

Good hotel in a residential area with free parking which is rare these days. Check-in was easy and completed by a lovely lady who was friendly, welcoming and very professional. The room was comfy for a one night stay with tea and coffee making facilities and a mini fridge to keep drinks cool. There were also 2 bottles of complimentary water which again were a nice touch and much appreciated. Complimentary breakfast was also included which had to be chosen upon check-in. As there is no restaurant onsite, I was given a bag with my bacon and sausage bap, a mini muffin and a bottle of orange juice. There were also tea and coffee making facilities in reception with takeaway cups. I thought this whole breakfast concept was excellent because I generally don't need much more than that and I could eat it in my room. Check-out was simple and again a nice touch was being able to take a coffee away with my for my drive to work. Overall a great stay and I shall be returning.

Very comfortable budget hotel 5 miles from Manchester central where rooms are twice the price. Warm, spacious and comfortable room with high speed internet and plenty of free parking. We ate the 'grab and go' breakfast in the lobby and was adequate for us. Alberts resturant next door (same building with connecting door) was a nice surprise. It was excellent for dinner but would advise booking when you arrive as it is justifyable popular even mid week.

The hotel is modern, with a very nice restaurant, Albert's, next door. But Albert's doesn't do breakfast, which is why I've given a low score - Hello gives you a 'grab & go' breakfast, which was OK, but not great. However I cannot fault the cleanliness of my room or the bathroom; all the staff I met were very pleasant, and I would stay there again.

Hello hotel was clean and the staff friendly at attentive. Breakfast grab bag was tasty and heated to order. I've stayed at hotels over £200 a night where water is not free and here two bottles were provided as well as tea and coffee facilities in room and in reception. Effort had been made to try and make the rooms look as fresh and clean but it is an older hotel. Beds and bathroom were certainly clean enough.

The bed was comfy and the windows pretty soundproofed. There was a decent selection of tea/coffee/hot chocolate in the room and two bottles of water, along with a mini fridge. Staff all helpful and friendly, cannot fault them. The hotel was a bit tired in general, there were a few hairs in the bath which I picked out, and some orange staining on one towel. The door to the room/lock felt flimsy and like it could have opened with a big shove. The adjacent restaurant served food but the burger was a bit burnt in all honesty and yet the chips were underdone. The hotel could put slightly nicer toiletries in the room. Overall I would stay again if visiting the same area without a car due to the convenience this hotel offered - close to bus stop. If looking for anything fancy I would go elsewhere.

The room was ridiculously boiling hot as the radiator had been left on presumably all day. Massive waste of electricity. The lady on the desk was very helpful and moved us immediately which was great. But the beds are not very comfortable and the room wasn't very clean, especially the bathroom. I don't normally write reviews but thought it was important to.

Room was clean, bed and pillows comfortable, heating was good as it was so cold. Staff friendly. Breakfast quick on the go. Rooms are dated, shower had some mould round the tiles and only other complaint was that we asked for the hand soap to be refilled and it wasn’t.

Absolutely lovely staff checking us in and out. The bathroom wasn't very clean, uite mouldy. Doors kept banging through the night because of inconsiderate guests. Might be worth installing soft closing for hinges?

Nice hotel, lovely big room and bed. The hotel was clean and well laid out all of the staff were friendly and helpful. The grab and go breakfast was perfect. Downside was the TV was a bit old and knackered, there was about a 30 second delay from pressing the button t the tv responding. The space in the bathroom would have been better used would a walk in shower rather than a bath.

You know what, it’s a real shame, we’ve stayed here before and were really happy - it’s a great location for the airport, the grab and go breakfast is decent, the staff are friendly, it’s budget-friendly. We were excited to stay ahead of an early flight the next day, given a good experience last time. However honestly don’t think we can stay ever again, none of us slept well at all as the beds were terrible, really hard and uncomfortable. All of the other things pale into insignificance if you don’t get a good nights sleep.

hotel was lovely and clean , modern styling to room decor, usual tea and coffee making facilities, even had a little fridge in the room , very comfortable bed , nice sized tv on the wall, plenty of parking spaces in car park , the staff were lovely , both the lady who checked my son and I in was very friendly and chatty , and also the gentleman who served us with our very tasty breakfast to go was very warm and friendly ,,,, I am most likely to stay there when I am in the area again :-)

Mediocre welcome at the reception. Lovely restaurant attached which was nicely decorated and the food food was good. Went out for breakfast locally so can't comment on that aspect of the stay. Rooms are very tired to be fair. Double bed was a zip together twin type which wasn't very comfortable. Strange smell of dampness in the bedroom which was not a great opener as we opened the door to the bedroom. Towels were poor quality and showing their age. Carpets are showing their age too and looked dirty throughout. It appears from a skip out the back that there may be a bit of a renovation ongoing in some of the hotel but not our room unfortunately.. Wouldn't rush back. For the money poor value I'd say. Saturday night was way above average and twice the price of the Friday but I'd say it was down to local demand and local events. Won't be back unless it's gutted. Overall just average!

Booked a stay for 2 adults and a child. The extra bed was basically a mattrass on the floor. Not really what you would expect. So i spent the night on the floor next to a radiator. Ordered the specifics of the grab and go breakfast on arrival only to be told the next morning we had missed the 9am cut off to collect them. Not sure what the point of ordering the bacon sandwiches on arrival for breakfast if you simply dont get them? Poor experience and waste of money.

The room was functional, although little tired looking. The 3 stars is about right. The traffic noise was a problem when trying to sleep as it next to a main road. Th staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was close to bus routes into Manchester which was vey useful.

I'm a repeat customer and I really like this hotel - the location is ideal for ALSG courses, service is friendly and the price is great. The grab and go breakfasts are awesome (I highly recommend the sausage bun) although starting at 8am is a bit late for me and I had to go with out on departure day. This time though a big frustration for me was arriving in a cold snap, to a cold room - from summer back home - and being refused an extra blanket. They insisted there were no spare blankets in the whole hotel (I've never had a hotel room without spares IN IT, let alone spares in the rest of the building). I'm a repeat customer and I really like this hotel - the location is ideal for ALSG courses, service is friendly and the price is great. The grab and go breakfasts are awesome (I highly recommend the sausage bun) although starting at 8am is a bit late for me and I had to go with out on departure day. This time though a big frustration for me was arriving in a cold snap, to a cold room - from summer back home - and being refused an extra blanket. They insisted there were no spare blankets in the whole hotel (I've never had a hotel room without spares IN IT, let alone spares in the rest of the building). Good hotel in a residential area with free parking which is rare these days. Check-in was easy and completed by a lovely lady who was friendly, welcoming and very professional. The room was comfy for a one night stay with tea and coffee making facilities and a mini fridge to keep drinks cool. There were also 2 bottles of complimentary water which again were a nice touch and much appreciated. Complimentary breakfast was also included which had to be chosen upon check-in. As there is no restaurant onsite, I was given a bag with my bacon and sausage bap, a mini muffin and a bottle of orange juice. There were also tea and coffee making facilities in reception with takeaway cups. I thought this whole breakfast concept was excellent because I generally don't need much more than that and I could eat it in my room. Check-out was simple and again a nice touch was being able to take a coffee away with my for my drive to work. Overall a great stay and I shall be returning.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms large and comfortable. Rooms are dated and show signs if wear but clean. Drinks in room are great including hot chocolate which was lovely. They give you a breakfast to go which is very nice and great quality.

Overnight stay to break up a long journey. Spacious room kitted out with kettle and refreshments including bottled water. Grab and go breakfast was basic but tasty. Good value and well located for connecting to M62 and M6.

The room was functional, although little tired looking. The 3 stars is about right. The traffic noise was a problem when trying to sleep as it next to a main road. Th staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was close to bus routes into Manchester which was vey useful.

The hotel is just outside the city, close enough for us to get an Uber into Manchester. It is basic but clean enough, the staff were really friendly. On check-out day we were able to leave our car parked in the car park and take an Uber into Manchester, much more convenient, it was nice knowing the car was safe at the hotel. Breakfast was again basic, but served quickly and extremely politely by the guy on reception. Overall this hotel is perfect for a one night stay for business purpose’s.

The hotel is modern, with a very nice restaurant, Albert's, next door. But Albert's doesn't do breakfast, which is why I've given a low score - Hello gives you a 'grab & go' breakfast, which was OK, but not great. However I cannot fault the cleanliness of my room or the bathroom; all the staff I met were very pleasant, and I would stay there again.

Standard family room for 4. Was quiet despite being next to East Lancs Road. Hotel was comfy for a budget hotel. Breakfast was nice, option of a voucher to use in the restaurant rather than grab and go breakfast if we wanted to wait for the restart to open. Husband is celiac and required gluten free which they accommodated.

Lovely stay at Hello Hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The "Breakfast to go" in the morning was great; sausage and bacon bap, a muffin and orange juice. The bap was piping hot. Plenty of free parking, huge comfy bed and power shower. To top it off, Albert\'s the restaurant next door was amazing. Fab food and cocktails, well worth a visit. Would definitely recommend and will be returning here to stay.

The staff here are exceptionally welcoming and create a warm atmosphere. Although the hotel is situated near a bustling road, the rooms surprisingly offer a peaceful respite, allowing for a restful night's sleep. However, the breakfast leaves much to be desired and might not meet your expectations.

Great place for one night stay. Fridge in room was great for hot day / cooling drinks. Excellent restaurant attached. Grab and go breakfast was also far better than expected - options of cereal, porridge or bacon / sausage bun (decent size too).

I can't complain really about the hotel or its staff, my unfortunate luck it was 34 degrees and the room was just too hot I didn't get any sleep. The hotel provide a fan but it was hopeless. Avoid going on a heatwave and this hotel does exactly what's its expected. Free parking, breakfast included and good location.

Spotless room and bathroom so clean. Little fridge came in so handy, and the fan! Great for Alberts next door if you miss breakfast. Staff so nice and friendly. Bed was so comfy and didnt hear any noise from other room. Third time here and would stay again.

The room was very clean, large and had many useful amenities like hairdryer, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and kettle. The staff were friendly and helpful and the building was nice. The only downfall was that we were looking forward to a buffet breakfast and had to pre-order a grab and go breakfast, although it was tasty and the orange juice was great.
