Hotel is on a lake. Everything is a short walking distance. Nice hot tub and a pool with nearby fireplace while watching snowy reflections of the mountain peaks. There are 5 individual buildings that are part of hotel complex. Building 5 is closest to the lake, with nice lake view, a sauna, and direct access to heated outside pool and hot tub. Hotel is clean, though not the newest, but still in good shape.

In general, resort was very nice. On the lake front. Sand, beach lounges, BBQs, big fire pit, playground, pool, spa. The spa was really cloudy, needed chemicals. Worse though, the insulation. Loud kids in the hallway at 10pm and the people above us woke us up at 11pm walking loudly on the floor and dropping something. Will have to really think about it before I stay again.

My family enjoyed our stay especially the private beach and how they provide chairs, picnic tables and fire pits on the beach for you. Also really impressed with their daily activities they provide for kids. We really liked the outdoor movie that was showed on the beach with popcorn 👍 The negatives would be that they don’t provide any type of breakfast and the hotel does need some remodeling as it is older.

Beautiful private beach area with plenty of chairs and two firepits, along with pool and hot tub close by. This property is kept well and hey have lots of cool activities to partake in daily as well. There was ample parking and it's conveniently located in the heart of South Lake Tahoe and directly across the street from a Whole Foods. We loved this property and will definitely be staying again!

The resort was very communicative before the stay and during, letting us know there was construction days before checking in. They were quick to respond when we had questions and welcoming when we arrived. They also had many other amenities that we could request and use throughout our stay such as a hot plate with pots and pans to cook in our kitchenette. It’s the perfect location right on the lake!

This was a good property for the cost looks like they have updated a few things . I do have a few issues though. Our room wasn’t ready yet I asked where the restrooms were with a changing table to change my daughter. There were signs “showing off” non gender bathrooms but I could care less about that I’m beyond upset they were happier to offer that than a changing table in their bathrooms! I had to change my daughter on the floor! That’s not acceptable at all . We got to our room and the entire hallway smelled like cigarettes. And it was so so noisy all night long.

It's good location and nice place. we were there for 3 nights but new towels or taking out trash which i see is bare minimum. Other than then, the bed is comfy and we enjoy it there.

The lady who checked us in was great but another man at the front desk sat on his phone doing nothing - looked unprofessional. The room smelled VERY bad, and we had to leave windows and sliding glass doors open at all times. The room was advertised with a direct lake view which was incorrect, it was not a good view, it was a unit behind multiple buildings and trees. We paid a premium in part for a view. Overall we are disappointed for these reasons.

A note was left apologizing for the condition of the floors - which, given cost of the stay, was disappointing. The bathrooms were clean, however, and the bed was comfortable. Check-in was delayed. The property is right on the beach and close to the action in South Tahoe.

We’ve stayed here before and always enjoyed. This time was no different. The only caveat was the ants. There were tiny ants on the couch and in the room. Nothing terrible and I know we’re in nature so bugs happen. But that kept me from giving a 5 star review. The ants were annoying and I don’t like having bugs crawl on me when I’m Watching tv. Nice bathroom and tub/shower. Comfortable bed.

Has a nice private beach, rooms are nice but old and no air conditioning but has fans . The electricity was out for almost an entire day but wasn't the hotels fault. Fortunately we were at the beach for most of the day.

Sofa bed is only a box spring and we couldn't use it. It left spring marks and bruised my sons back. He ended up just sleeping on top of the couch.

The rooms were nicely appointed and very comfortable. The shower was large and had a nice jacuzzi tub. The kitchen was very convenient and really enjoyed sitting out on the two private patios.

A convenient place to stay in South Lake Tahoe. The condos are a bit outdated and could use some updating and maintenance. Our room was comfortable but the pull out sofa bed was atrocious and literally just box springs, definitely needs to be replaced. The heater also needed maintenance to work. Ok for a night or two but definitely needs a makeover.

Great location and nice one bedroom, two bath, room. Sadly it was facing the busy highway so keeping the doors open to cool the non-air conditioned room in the evening was problematic.

Huge room, loved the layout. Two bathrooms! Beach and pool/hot tub area was excellent. Two balconies. Not much of a view from our room and no A/C but it was fine. Great stay.

Nice condo room with stairs inside which kids loved the most. Beautiful mountain view from the room assigned to us. The sofa bed was not the most comfortable bed to sleep and can be improved otherwise th property is good, closer to Lake Tahoe area. The bagel house nearby is amust go place near this property.

Loved our stay - it is an old hotel that has been nicely redone. 7’ ceilings and yes the walls and floors are thin. They won’t guarantee any type of lake view until your room is actually ready and assigned to you. So, if you check in early, it may or may not help. We checked in at noon but our room wasn’t ready till almost 5. We had one of the quirky rooms where they took two hotel rooms and connected them by a circular staircase. It was novel and fun. Bed was super comfortable and kitchenette was nice.

The property was great. Location was very good, nice private beach. Only real issue was right before checkout. My daughter and I were getting one last trip to the beach in while my spouse was loading up the car. When he went back into the room at 10:30/10:40 to double check that he’d gotten everything, a guy was already in there starting to clean. We didn’t check out at the front desk or send a text that we were out. So that was weird. Otherwise it was okay. Just a bit crowded in the evening at the beach.

This hotel has a nice location, but the buildings are so old and the walls are paper thin. You can hear people beside you, above you, and in the hallways at all hours. The building manager, Rusty, is very gruff and rude about extra pool towels, refunds for cancellations that are within the window (but due to a third party's delays did not make the window) and she is gruff about helping with any complaints about the rooms, etc. In addition, she is patronizing and calls you sarcastically by your name as she rudely replies to your question. Would not recommend or stay here again after losing sleep to noise, having any questions or requests shot down in a condescending tone, and having to run the gauntlet to find any extra pool towels.

From start to finish, it was great . I was nervous about the reviews regarding customer service and the cleaning of the rooms but the front desk was pretty nice and gave me all the information that I needed and if you are a clean person , you aren't going to mind not having daily cleaning service. We rented the townhouse style room and it was perfect for a family of 4 . Our room was right next to the lake . It was beautiful . I liked the activity room even though we were always out so we really couldn't utilize it . The room was beautiful , clean , and the tub was a sauna that was very relaxing after snow activities . The hotel is located very close and walking distance to whole foods , mc donalds, chipotle, pizza hut, etc. We will be staying there again .

I can’t even begin to explain how amazing this room was. Clean, well stocked, amazing view and incredible amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful. My check in took less than 5 mins. We never had to leave the block with all the restaurants, shops, and entertainment that is in walking distance. Oh, and free parking, which sounds trivial until you realize how terrible the parking is around the area and how much the other hotels charge you to park. As someone that makes multiple trips to beautiful south Tahoe every year for decades, this hotel is by far the best experience I’ve had so far. I only had 2 complaints, the wrist bad they give you was too small for me to wear so I had to put it in my pocket, and the amount of dog owners that ignore the signs on the beach to keep their dogs off it. Overall, I am already planning to book a week here as soon as I can find availability.

I only had 2 complaints, the wrist bad they give you was too small for me to wear so I had to put it in my pocket, and the amount of dog owners that ignore the signs on the beach to keep their dogs off it. Overall, I am already planning to book a week here as soon as I can find availability.

The room was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of dishes and supplies for us to use. During the snow storm, the front desk associate was helpful in getting us into a room with our toddler before check in time to avoid the cold. The manager later in the evening, however, was rude as they were trying to navigate their system during power outages. While we appreciate all of the help we received, the communication by the manager was very offputting. If you can avoid her, the property and cleanliness is a plus!

Requested a balcony. I have a special needs child that likes sitting outside to calm herself down. We didnt get it. Also needed to be closer to the private beach because of my special needs child. Hard for her to walk far distance. Noisy upstairs people. At check in workers were talking to each other instead of helping guests. When asked a question, front desk clerk was rude. Also maybe have umbrellas for use. Guests can check out and return when done.

The lady who checked us in was great but another man at the front desk sat on his phone doing nothing - looked unprofessional. The room smelled VERY bad, and we had to leave windows and sliding glass doors open at all times. The room was advertised with a direct lake view which was incorrect, it was not a good view, it was a unit behind multiple buildings and trees. We paid a premium in part for a view. Overall we are disappointed for these reasons.

check-in was horrible, I was with my children in the lobby waiting for hours for a room, even after 4pm there was no room available. the place is excellent but the reception and check-in put me off

Broken bathroom door handle from inside the bathroom, no hot water for 2 days despite attempts to fix, remote control was dead, called property manager left voicemail no attempt to call me back or apologize.

Great hotel right on Lake Tahoe. They have their own private beach which is nice. I would definitely stay there again. Location is great, near restaurants and grocery stores.

Extra linens/pillows. Kitchenette handy for quick snacks/lightly “cooked” meals. (No stove, but toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, mixer, fridge, basic dishes and silverware). Nice tub/shower.

Beautiful private beach area with plenty of chairs and two firepits, along with pool and hot tub close by. This property is kept well and hey have lots of cool activities to partake in daily as well. There was ample parking and it's conveniently located in the heart of South Lake Tahoe and directly across the street from a Whole Foods. We loved this property and will definitely be staying again!

Hotel is on a lake. Everything is a short walking distance. Nice hot tub and a pool with nearby fireplace while watching snowy reflections of the mountain peaks. There are 5 individual buildings that are part of hotel complex. Building 5 is closest to the lake, with nice lake view, a sauna, and direct access to heated outside pool and hot tub. Hotel is clean, though not the newest, but still in good shape.

My family enjoyed our stay especially the private beach and how they provide chairs, picnic tables and fire pits on the beach for you. Also really impressed with their daily activities they provide for kids. We really liked the outdoor movie that was showed on the beach with popcorn 👍 The negatives would be that they don’t provide any type of breakfast and the hotel does need some remodeling as it is older.

We like the location of the property. Restaurants are within walking distances. Our two-story room was clean and roomy. We had a kitchenette, but there wasn't a stove. Just a microwave and a fridge. Overall we had a pleasant time.

The resort was very communicative before the stay and during, letting us know there was construction days before checking in. They were quick to respond when we had questions and welcoming when we arrived. They also had many other amenities that we could request and use throughout our stay such as a hot plate with pots and pans to cook in our kitchenette. It’s the perfect location right on the lake!

When you're in the hallway, it looks a bit drab, but once you see the inside of your room, it looks great! We loved the room we had. For two guys, it had everything - two doors, two bathrooms and two separate rooms, each with its own tv. Even had a balcony too.

Comfortable beds and had everything you needed for the stay. The beach access was fantastic. I would say only say the hallways are dark, uneven, and need decor but we were happy with our stay.
