Starters. Lobby looked nice and hostess very pleasant. Picked hotel specifically for hot tub and of course it didnt work, low water, full of leaves. Then in room safe didnt work, remote bad, light bulb out. Finally on a few trips diwn to lobby grinding nouse as we stopped. Breakfast ok

Room was excellent the service was excellent the staff was excellent have only 1 complaint there isn't an ice machine on 2nd floor the 1 on the 1st was out and 3rd near melted 😞 but breakfast was fresh and lady working it was a sweetheart

Breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful. Had a slight issue at check in, but they were able and willing to resolve the issue. Only issue was the hot tub, huge reason I stay anywhere, was broken and the staff was unaware.

OK stay for the price. The advertisement said that we would have a jetted tub in our room. The jets did not work. Every morning when we asked for towels, the hotel said they didn't have any that they had to finish laundry before we could get more. While our stay was in November, the first three days we were there the temps were in the 70's, my kids wanted to swim but however couldn't due to the pool was closed due to a phone line issue. Upon getting home the hotel charged me 40.00 for worn out sheets my kids had spilled fruit punch on. The fruit punch could have washed out, but I dont think they tried. All these issues in one stay reflect the hotel is poorly managed but the staff was friendly.

I was traveling alone and the parking lot was very dark and no parking, the elevator was broken and I wasn’t told until after I got the room. I had a lot to carry but it was after midnight and didn’t want to change hotels. The room was very out of date. The man that helped was nice but should have told me about the elevator.

Found a dead roach in the bathroom. Didn't open the kitchen cabinets as a result. Put all our food and trash in the refrigerator to keep bugs away. Fridge and furniture was definitely older than I am. Overall the place is shabby and dirty.

Very easy and convenient from the interstate. However, when you get off the elevator on the second floor, it smells like a cigarette. The refrigerator in my room had leftover almond milk in it, and there was hair in the shower. Just an overall feeling of dirtiness.

The room was dated, the sheets were definitely not changed because there was some hair on them. Breakfast was subpar compared to competing hotels in the same parking lot. All the hell was eggs, grits, cereal, and two buckets of apples that look sick.

The staff was lovely but the room was disgusting. When we got to the room, there was trash leftover from the last person that stayed there. The rooms definitely need some work, with lots of rusting and peeling on all the walls. The fridge and bathtub weren’t scrubbed down. There was a big yellow stain on the shower curtain. The room had an old musty smell and just didn’t feel clean overall. The breakfast was ok and had a pretty good selection. The lobby was very nice and clean but the room didn’t show the overall hotel justice. There were dead bugs behind the nightstand where I went to charge my phone in the outlet. Luckily it was just an overnight stay to rest but I would not recommend staying here.

Property and our room in particular were in very obvious need of attention. Our room was drab and worn in many spots. Table leg loose, bathroom fixtures rusted. Worse was the mold and mildew in the shower (an easy fix with bleach) which I reported at checkout.

The room was roomy and clean, however, the entire property is old and needs renovations. Easy fixes like a broken toilet handle and missing toilet paper holder are overlooked. I am not sure how this property got 3 stars. It served its purpose for one night.

We loved the spaciousness of the room and the comfort of the beds! We wish there would have been some yogurt or eggs with breakfast, but otherwise it was an excellent stay at a very good price. The front desk staff was excellent. We would definitely stay again.

The little apartment appeared to be well set up with living area, full kitchen, bath and bedroom. However, neither phone worked at all and even though I reported it nothing changed. There was no remote for the TV in the living area which limited the usefulness of a pleasant room. The bed was very lumpy and the door key system failed completely so that I needed to spend my last morning out the of room so I left earlier than intended. I won't stay here again.

The absolute nicest front desk employees ever! We were there for over a week due to family illness, and everyone was so kind and helpful. The rooms are great for families with the additional sitting area with couch and tv and kitchenette. We were not expecting either so we were pleasantly surprised. And the price was fabulous for the quality! Woukd definitely stay again!!

We evacuated to Kingsland, GA due to Hurricane Milton making landfall in our hometown. From my initial phone call to the hotel, the staff / GM was very informative and kind. The empathy and compassion that the staff held was very pronounced. The pros certainly outweighed the cons. My family and I enjoyed the breakfast, the cleanliness, the gatherings that they held in the evenings, and most importantly enjoyed the courtesy of the employees. Despite it being such a vulnerable and emotional time for many, they held their composure and professionalism, without a break. I can’t thank Lola, Robin, Swann, and the few others enough for making our stay the best it could be.

I enjoyed talking to Lola and her staff. They were very nice and informative. The ladies always greeted you with a smile. The location was nice to be able to drive to so many areas within a 50-mile or less radius.

Although a little hard to find it is convenient. The lobby and dining area was very nice and the breakfast was great. When checking in and when I booked the room, I booked an accessible room with a roll in shower. When checking in with my walker, I confirmed that the room had a roll in shower which the man at the desk told me yes. I was a little suspicious because the room was not on the first floor as expected, but rather on the second floor. With some difficulty as I was using a walker due to a new knee replacement, We got to our room, got settled and then I went for a shower. Much to my surprise the bathroom had a tub shower. At this point in my stay, it was going to be too difficult to complain or move rooms, so I had to sacrifice a shower both evening and morning. My husband was able to shower but noticed that there was very heavy black mold above the shower head. The bedding was comfortable which was a plus. I did mention all of this to the morning crew to which I received an apology for being put in the wrong type room.

I was traveling alone and the parking lot was very dark and no parking, the elevator was broken and I wasn’t told until after I got the room. I had a lot to carry but it was after midnight and didn’t want to change hotels. The room was very out of date. The man that helped was nice but should have told me about the elevator.

This hotel was spotless clean, but could use some updates. Other than that it was perfect for what we needed, and had good amenities. Breakfast was simple (what do you expect for free). I was surprised at the paper plates and plastic silverware! I mean come on.

AC worked great, jet tub was comfy for 2 and was super relaxing. Bed was clean and comfy. Some things are just old and worn down but not bad. The pool is really small but that’s not what we were there for. The breakfast was great. The staff was amazing. We’ll definitely stay there again!

Room was excellent the service was excellent the staff was excellent have only 1 complaint there isn't an ice machine on 2nd floor the 1 on the 1st was out and 3rd near melted 😞 but breakfast was fresh and lady working it was a sweetheart

Breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful. Had a slight issue at check in, but they were able and willing to resolve the issue. Only issue was the hot tub, huge reason I stay anywhere, was broken and the staff was unaware.

The Breakfast was very nice, Hot and welcoming. The cereal selection was very limited, so was the choice of Muffins & Breads. The heating in the rooms was very poor spent a few late nights waiting for it to heat up. Staff was Great from Check In/Out

The mattress had a lot of crumbs on it and it was not clean. There was an oreo sitting on the floor in the corner of the living room area. The handle on the refrigerator was filthy. I was lucky to have Lysol wipes to clean it. Also, there was a sign in the bathroom to leave towels on the floor if we wanted clean ones. After the second day, I layed some towels on the floor to replace and no one came in to replace them nor empty the garbage cans. I suppose they didn't have enough help. Outside there was a large dumpster without a lid (like the ones you use when you are renovating your home) that was full past the brim of garbage bags. The kitchen ran out of bacon and there was no breakfast meat available. I will say, the lady working the breakfast area was very nice and tried to keep the breakfast fresh and full as possible.

The room was dated, the sheets were definitely not changed because there was some hair on them. Breakfast was subpar compared to competing hotels in the same parking lot. All the hell was eggs, grits, cereal, and two buckets of apples that look sick.

This was my second stay here and this time it was disappointing! Upon arrival my room wasn’t very clean! Cobwebs were upon the roof , the toilet was dirty and I killed 3 roaches in the kitchenette area! My first stay here was very pleasant so I was very shocked and disappointed with this stay.

Staff was friendly, lobby was clean. Our room was okay, the jacuzzi tub in our room didn’t work, the AC was set lower than 74 but the room temperature would not go lower than 74. The room itself was clean enough, it was outdated for sure. It was a fine stay for one night.
