Great little apartment in a quiet location with a secure car park costing €15 per day. Loved the roof terrace. However, a good stay was let down by a few housekeeping oversights - 1. Weather was exceptionally hot during our stay. Although a fan had been promised in a previous email, there was none in our room on arrival. It took 3 requests for the fan to eventually arrive hours after we first requested it. 2. A good coffee machine was in the room but only decaffeinated coffee pods were provided. 3. There was only one single small side plate provided for two people, plus some bowls. We asked at reception for another plate but we were told there were no dinner plates. Eventually one plate was brought up to us. 4. The fridge door didn’t shut properly and so didn’t keep cold. We had to keep it shut using sellotape. We were tired of bothering reception by the end and so didn’t report the fridge or the coffee. I’m afraid we won’t stay in another Flag apartment unless they can guarantee that the room facilities are properly checked before check-in.

I was attending a concert at the Olympic Stadium so the location of the hotel was ideal (only 20 minutes walk from the stadium). The hotel is accessible using the s-bahn and u-bahn from the airport without the need to go into the city centre. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. No air conditioning might be an issue in the height of summer. I kept the balcony door open (I was on the 4th floor). On the ground floor the accommodation has a breakfast area. The breakfast provided (extra charge) was good with hot and cold options. There is also a green decked area directly outside which was very nice. The accommodation has a small gym on the first floor and a laundry in the basement. The area around the accommodation is very safe. There is a shopping centre about 10 mins walk and a cafe/ bakery 5 mins walk away. I would certainly look at staying at the property again if I was attending another event at the Olympic stadium.

Super Hotel in der Nähe des Olympiaparks. Ideal für Veranstaltungen. Das Hotel verfügt über eigene Parkplätze. Wir konnten jedoch mühelos einen Parkplatz in der Straße bekommen. Essen war gut und ausreichend vorhanden.

The courtyard made our hectic day a time to crash after a long day of Hop on hop off bus or visting Dackau. There were businesses all around so made it very quiet which I liked. But if you want to be near to lots of restaurants and hustle and bussle this is not not a choice for you. My favorite thing was the 24 hr coffee it has latte or cappucino or hot chocolate.

Die Appartements im Hotel sind für einen Business-Trip perfekt geeignet und bieten neben einem kleinen "Wohnzimmer" auch eine eigene Küchenzeile. Unser Zimmer mit Balkon hatte dazu noch einen schönen Ausblick. Dass eine Zimmerreinigung nur auf explizite Anfrage möglich ist wurde uns erst nach dem Aufenthalt mitgeteilt, was ich schade fand. Das Bad im Zimmer war recht geräumig und perfekt ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war für ein Business-Hotel ok, die Auswahl war aber nicht die größte und die Frische mancher Sachen je nach Uhrzeit auch nicht immer perfekt. Der Platz im Frühstückssaal war sehr eng mit wenig Tischen. Parken ist im und um's Hotel einfach Möglich, und mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kommt man auf viele Wege direkt in die Stadt. Das OEZ ist fußläufig in Nähe, sowie einige Restaurants.

Good hotel, big room & very clean. Friendly staff & very helpful in providing me with a map a directions on the train to Oktoberfest. The local area is full of businesses and apart from a bakery next door, which is very good, and a KFC, we didnt find anywhere local to walk to for food. I would stay again at the hotel as it's good value and as we did after the first day, make sure we ate while in the city centre.

This hotel is very functional and seems to be used primarily for business travellers. We chose it because the price was good and it was easy for us to park our rental car before returning to the airport the next day. It was comfortable but I wouldn't say it was very cozy. Everything was clean and well-managed. The breakfast was probably the best part. If you stay, I would recommend adding the breakfast as there really aren't any options near the hotel for food.

Our stay here was good and bad. The staff were nice. Room was clean and everything worked the only thing was that the room was a sauna! It was horrible during the summer & we couldn’t open the window/door because when we did 5 bees entered the room. The guy during the night told us they were able to provide us with another fan but during the day since house keeping was not there at the time & offered us some cold drinks. The lady during the morning showed no care about our situation & said no, only one fan per room. We couldn’t be inside due to the heat. I couldn’t get ready because if I did my makeup it would fall off mid application due to sweat. It was hotter inside than outside. Everything was nice except the no air conditioning situation. & the breakfast was okay but 18 euros per person per day i feel was too much for what was provided. So we took a walk to near by places for bfast.

Moderne Zimmer und Ausstattung, auf den oberen Etagen tolle Views über München. Leider etwas hellhörig. Die Lage ist super, wenn man zum Beispiel auf ein Konzert im Olympiapark will, für Sightseeing etwas weit außerhalb.

Booked for Metallica concert at Olympic stadium. Good walking access to the stadium but also good access to the metro to get into city. Thin curtains offer very little privacy and no light blocking.

The staff was friendly The room was quite big, but had some room for order improvement Like a bed for two that was next to the wall, so you need to reach from the feet or climb to your partner. Overall, the hotel is nice, with no keys required, and it has a significant upside.

Es war alles sehr gut ausgenommen die Verrechnung. Man hat mit bei der Ankunft nochmals eine Betrag von über 300 eur verrechnet welchenbich dann auch zahlen musste. Erst bei der Abreise wurd der Fehle anerkannt und eine Rücküberweisung gemacht, wobei och das Geld bis jetzt noch nicht zurück erhalten habe.

Great little apartment in a quiet location with a secure car park costing €15 per day. Loved the roof terrace. However, a good stay was let down by a few housekeeping oversights - 1. Weather was exceptionally hot during our stay. Although a fan had been promised in a previous email, there was none in our room on arrival. It took 3 requests for the fan to eventually arrive hours after we first requested it. 2. A good coffee machine was in the room but only decaffeinated coffee pods were provided. 3. There was only one single small side plate provided for two people, plus some bowls. We asked at reception for another plate but we were told there were no dinner plates. Eventually one plate was brought up to us. 4. The fridge door didn’t shut properly and so didn’t keep cold. We had to keep it shut using sellotape. We were tired of bothering reception by the end and so didn’t report the fridge or the coffee. I’m afraid we won’t stay in another Flag apartment unless they can guarantee that the room facilities are properly checked before check-in.

Good hotel, big room & very clean. Friendly staff & very helpful in providing me with a map a directions on the train to Oktoberfest. The local area is full of businesses and apart from a bakery next door, which is very good, and a KFC, we didnt find anywhere local to walk to for food. I would stay again at the hotel as it's good value and as we did after the first day, make sure we ate while in the city centre.

My 3 nights were great, very comfortable and clean! The staff were fantastic and helpful! Breakfast quality was good and tasty. My only issue was my automatic blackout curtain wasn’t working, I called the front desk and they sent a tech out to fix it immediately. Not their fault, these things happen and need to be reset. I will be back when in area again.

Guten Tag. Leider hat der Herr an der reception von einem VIP Acess von Expedia nie was gehört. Deswegen kein Upgrade und keine kostenlose Garage. Sehr schade ☹️. Zimmer zum upgraden wären verfügbar gewesen. Beim check out meinten sie bitte noch 30€ fürs Frühstück obwohl wir gar nicht gefrühstückt haben. Dann meinte er ok dann zahlen sie das nicht. War schon witzig alles.

I liked the apartment style with fridge, stove, nespresso machine, a micro wave and you can usw the coffee machine for free at the reception all the time. The roof terace had a good view over the Olympiastadion and the fireworks at the time of our stay. And here comes the nagtive part: The fireworks smoke made the fire alarm go off in the middle of the night (two times) and the handling of this situation by the staff was insanely bad. There was noone managing the crowd of people and some just walked back in the hotel because they didnt know what they have to do.

Stayed here for The Lumineers and Twenty One Pilots concerts at Olympiahalle this weekend. Excellent location within walking distance of the venue. Clean and spacious room, very quiet. Will definitely return :)

I was attending a concert at the Olympic Stadium so the location of the hotel was ideal (only 20 minutes walk from the stadium). The hotel is accessible using the s-bahn and u-bahn from the airport without the need to go into the city centre. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. No air conditioning might be an issue in the height of summer. I kept the balcony door open (I was on the 4th floor). On the ground floor the accommodation has a breakfast area. The breakfast provided (extra charge) was good with hot and cold options. There is also a green decked area directly outside which was very nice. The accommodation has a small gym on the first floor and a laundry in the basement. The area around the accommodation is very safe. There is a shopping centre about 10 mins walk and a cafe/ bakery 5 mins walk away. I would certainly look at staying at the property again if I was attending another event at the Olympic stadium.

This was in the perfect location for me visiting my daughter but it also benefited that everywhere I wanted to get to was easily accessible via underground or bus within a 5 minute walk of the hotel. Lovely bakery next door for breakfast croissants. if you are looking as advertised for a place to study or work (BMW) it is ideal, with comfortable amenities. But if you are looking for a Munich weekend, I'd most likely go elsewhere to be a bit more in the hub and around a few bars and restaurants.

Our stay here was good and bad. The staff were nice. Room was clean and everything worked the only thing was that the room was a sauna! It was horrible during the summer & we couldn’t open the window/door because when we did 5 bees entered the room. The guy during the night told us they were able to provide us with another fan but during the day since house keeping was not there at the time & offered us some cold drinks. The lady during the morning showed no care about our situation & said no, only one fan per room. We couldn’t be inside due to the heat. I couldn’t get ready because if I did my makeup it would fall off mid application due to sweat. It was hotter inside than outside. Everything was nice except the no air conditioning situation. & the breakfast was okay but 18 euros per person per day i feel was too much for what was provided. So we took a walk to near by places for bfast.

Das Frühstück war für ein Business-Hotel ok, die Auswahl war aber nicht die größte und die Frische mancher Sachen je nach Uhrzeit auch nicht immer perfekt. Der Platz im Frühstückssaal war sehr eng mit wenig Tischen. Parken ist im und um's Hotel einfach Möglich, und mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kommt man auf viele Wege direkt in die Stadt. This hotel is very functional and seems to be used primarily for business travellers. We chose it because the price was good and it was easy for us to park our rental car before returning to the airport the next day. It was comfortable but I wouldn't say it was very cozy. Everything was clean and well-managed. The breakfast was probably the best part. If you stay, I would recommend adding the breakfast as there really aren't any options near the hotel for food.

It is a very well maintained hotel with a beautiful garden and balconies where you can enjoy your evenings. All amenities were there, including cooking utensils, kettle and coffee machine. It is 6 minute walk from the underground in the quiet neighbourhood and there are shops and cafes around, so location is great. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay in Munich. One downside is that there were no air on, but there was a fan in the room which did the job.
