Rooms range from large with very comfortable beds to small and dated, with recurring noise from thin walls or the street. Common complaints include loud or underperforming air conditioning, occasional odors and maintenance issues, and a frequent lack of in-room kettles.

Staff are frequently described as friendly and professional, with helpful gestures noted. However, a few guests reported unhelpful front-desk encounters and limited solutions when problems like faulty air conditioning occurred.

A consistently praised, central location within a short walk of the aqueduct and main sights; also convenient for buses. Some note it sits just outside the historic core, but it remains easily walkable.
