Finca La Rubina

The house is nicely located in a private area between towns. The owners live on the property as well, Ana was really nice and helpful.Some things about the house are not ideal though, and could be fixed within one hour of work probably:Almost all the doors are getting stuck on the ground after opening halfway.Most of the doors also don't catch into their latches, so you cannot properly close them or they are rattling when there is wind.Both bathrooms had zero space for organising stuff, not even a towel hook in the small one.The cabinets in the living room and kitchen are smelling quite musty when you open them. We didn't see any mold and the smell was only noticeable when the cabinets where open, so I guess it's annoying but harmless (insect repellent maybe?)Also, after four days the pool did get a little dirty, because there doesn't seem to be continuous chlorination. We didn't ask for additional pool cleaning, so maybe it would have been done, but maybe a better solution would be possible there (chlorine floater)?Other than that, the house had a charming interior, a lot of space, working WiFi and the pool itself is really great. With the high walls around the pool area, there is also reasonable wind shelter available.Over

Emplacement très bon.Maison très propre.Les propriétaires habitent à côté et sont très discrets et disponibles.La piscine est fraîche et agréable. (Voyage fin avril) tout comme l'océan.Un peu de vent mais nous sommes sur une île donc normal.Logement à recommander.

We had a great time staying here. In such a beautiful setting and everything you need and expect from a villa in Lanzorte. Very easy to check in. Thank you so much for a great stay.

Sehr großzügiges Appartment/ Haus mit der schönem Außenbereich tollem Pool hervorragendem Grill geräumiger Küche und drei Schlafzimmern. Sehr nette Gastgeber,die wir bei einem Grillabend etwas kennenlernen durften und immer Hilfreich waren Die Lage ist strategisch ausgezeichnet und eignet sich für alles Gerne kommen wir wieder

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr nüchtern, dunkel und kühl, der Pool unbeheizt. Kein Ausblick wegen der hohen Mauer.
