The Queen room was spacious and clean, with the amenities in great condition, the bathroom was clean with a great shower. It's always nice to have chairs to sit on, instead of having to sit on the bed. Had snacks and drinks available in room if needed. Room service was also available, although we used the hotel bistro which was very nice.

The hotel has its own bistro, Bar, swimming pool, gym within walking distance and it’s so quiet at night and bed is comfortable. Service is excellent, everyone we met in the hotel and bistro are so friendly and polite. Good value for money as well! We will be back.

The staff are amazing and super helpful. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Only issue in our room was that there was no latch to lock the door from the inside and as a suggestion, a door viewer (peephole) may also be added as security to see who is at the door before opening. Only real issue or disappointment was the pool and spa area. It really really needs some love and care. Pool was too dirty for the kids to swim in and the spa was not the usual “hot” temp, closer to lukewarm. Otherwise, a good place to stay.

Room was spotlessly clean, generous in size and the bed, I just knew would give us an excellent nights sleep..and it did! Great shower too! All in all a great stay for a reasonable tariff. Otherwise the hotel was good and the staff excellent, except the expected, and I thought, paid for breakfast could not happen as their kitchen is only open for lunch and dinner. I feel very much ripped off. Also, there is no mention of the nightclub in their literature. If we had known about the adjoining nightclub, we would not have booked there. Terrible.

A last minute booking as we were catching up with family in the area and need somewhere we could put 2 adults and 2 kids. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable - very quiet as well. Building shows its age and a few little maintenance items that need to be addressed but we left as a happy family and well rested!

Breakfast was basic. No alternative milk offered with the cereal . I haven’t been to a ‘continental breakfast ‘ that serves cereal in a container and a faulty toaster . The omelette I ordered was scrambled eggs and when I pointed this out to the waitress she said it was definitely an omelette . It was not. She had trouble finding where the meals were to be delivered to and returned several times with an order that wasn’t ours then omelette (scrambled egg) was luke warm . Not a great breakfast . Accommodation staff were fab !!

Very nice motel/hotel complex. Way out of Melbourne itself, but they have plenty of parking if you have your own transport. About $55 if you Uber into the city. Nearest train station is Cheltenham and they have parking there if you want to catch the train into CBD.

Great convenient place to stay, dinner good, however I paid for a continental breakfast, was told it included one drink, had to ask for sugar, had to ask for bread to toast which was stale, then had to ask for plates and was questioned and told there should be some there, I wouldn’t ask if one was there, disappointing as it’s normally ok
