Staff was very accommodating and nice, better gym than some I have stayed at. My only major dislike was the hallways smelled like cigarette smoke even though it’s non smoking, I put a towel under the doorway to keep it from coming in the room.

This appears to be an older property that has been updated. It was clean, well-equiped (except the pool was closed), good breakfast. We had a handicapped room, even though we didn't need one, but it was fine. I expected road noise, but it was surprisingly quiet, considering proximity to I-40.

My daughter and i stayed here for 5 days and it was really nice. We were in the pool and hot tub every day. It was clean and very nice. The staff was nice and helpful. I would stay here again

This property felt like they bought out an old Marriott, which was a pleasant surprise! Unfortunately, their hot tub was so dirty I came home with a rash, and the front desk staff barely said two words upon check in. Very confusing overall experience. Was very grateful for clean and big rooms, firm comfy beds, and it was QUIET which is always the priority. Literally anything you could want food-wise is within delivery range, so it’s a good budget option for a quick stay.

We stayed here with our elder dog who has health issues. Being on the first floor with both interior and exterior doors made it so easy to take our dog for a walk. The property was very clean, quiet and there are plenty of places to eat around the hotel. The breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast, I liked the build your own breakfast burrito offering. The staff was super friendly and always smiling. We called with some questions prior to arriving and the front desk answered all our questions making midnight check-in a breeze. I would absolutely stay here again and again.

I was surprised at the large and clean room, the big pool, but more than anything the equipment in the exercise room. It had more equipment than I have ever seen in a hotel exercise room. There were even those big exercise balls, big enough to sit on, plus free weights and a weight machine, in addition to two treadmills and a bicycle.

The cleaning stafff was exceptional. The biggest problem with hotels in this country is the cleanliness and these ladies were absolutely hard working and took pride in their work. I’ve seen 4 star hotels that didn’t come close to this place.

We did a local staycation while some plumbing got worked on at our house. We chose this place for the indoor salt water pool. I guess you can smoke in some of the rooms at the hotel so the hallway kinda smelled like a stale cig. Whoever is mixing up the powdered eggs and gravy for the free breakfast is adding too much water. Automatic coffee robot machine was nice. Pool and lobby are clean. Friendly employees.

The door leading outside does not have a good seal so a lot of cold air leaks through, and the heater just blew more cold air. There were some stains on the sheets, and I got the opportunity to kill a roach in the bathroom. Plus I had neighbors on both sides who didn’t understand volume control so sleeping was pretty impossible. Staff was nice though.

Comfortable rooms, pleasant decor. Location is excellent. The main floor rooms are not as soundproof as one would like, since they are near the center of activity for the building (ice maker, pool, dining area, etc).The carpets had not been cleaned in a LONG time, I highly doubt they ever get shampooed.

It was good... the only thing i would say that needs to be improved is some soundproofing between the interior connected room doors. We could easily hear our neighbors clearly and they weren't loud. I could tell what movie they were watching. We listened to the poor guy next to us coughing and possibly throwing up all night. Not appealing.

Doors did not close property so on the first night, our room was open when we returned from getting food and the people who rented the room next-door had the same problem with their door, so it was kind of scary to know that you weren’t locked in your room protected

I liked the service, cleanliness, and breakfast. I didnt like how my room has 3 doors. 1 door is to the hallway inside the hotel, another door is to the parking lot, and the last door it seems like it divides two rooms.

Overall, this hotel was very clean and conveniently located off Interstate 40. Check-in was easy and staff was friendly and polite. The room was cozy and the bed comfortable. What we didn't like was that I was in a room with a locked door to an adjoining guest room and could hear everything the guests next door said and did. We could also hear neighbors in the room on the other side of us as well so I am assuming the walls here are pretty thin. Coffee machine in lobby also broke down in the a.m. Breakfast was average but adequate.

My family and I were in an accident and just got released from the hospital and we asked staff to lower her voice just a smidge while checking in and instead she started yelling. We had concussions, fractures and two very confused kids and she did the opposite of what we needed from her. We had to have another customer help us and he was frustrated that she was yelling at us. We literally lost our car as it was totaled in accident and all of us were injured and she was down right rude to us. Our room had dead bugs on the floor as well! I’ve never been to a hotel that showed no compassion for their customers and we were returning customers!!! NEVER want to stay with Best Western again!

I had a long drive and opted to stay outside of OKC. Best Western was a very good choice; great logistics for shopping/dining/gas and I-40 access. Room was well appointed and for the $$, it was a bargain.

The staff was friendly, our room was fresh and clean and the breakfast was better than average in variety and quality. It was away from the hustle and bustle which is always nice, especially when traveling with a dog like we do. Go next door to Braum’s and grab a burger and a shake. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place and right off the freeway. Breakfast is only served till 8:30 am M-F which i found out too late. Most places we stayed severed breakfast till at least 9am or some some till 9:30 am. Was not happy about this. Otherwise a good place to stay.

Breakfast was served from 6:30-9:00am. For a lot of travelers who drive a long time, we don’t get up before 9 which means for our money, there is no ability for breakfast. By the time we got there at 8:30 there was very little food left and the employees were eating that! Not happy with is treatment.

I found the hotel to be very clean and we received wonderful service. The staff was very courteous and made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was good and I loved the coffee bar. I didn't like the pillows they were to flat. but overall we enjoyed our stay.
