The price was decent. Breakfast was ok. But the carpet in our room was so dirty that my grandaughter's feet looked like shed been barefoot outdoors in the dirt...disgusting. Plus the bathroom faucet was such a small trickle that i couldnt wash my face or brush my teeth without using the faucet in the tub. And there is no pool (which is my fault for not looking at the amenities closely)

Everything about this hotel was perfect. The room was very nice, clean and it had quiet ventilation system. I think they had the best elevators I have ever rode. Parking lot is well lit for security of our car.

Urgent, friendly, and attentive staff that respond and reflect genuinely positive in their ethical practices. West fence had recently been dismantled by a recent tornado activity a few nights prior. Hopefully no one has been injured in any way.

We have stayed at this hotel several times because we love the location and the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants close by as well as several shopping areas. However on this trip we had major issues with check in due to using Expedia. We had to contact Expedia in order for our payment to be taken care of. Upon going to our room we noticed that the door was partially ajar so we were given another room. Our new room had a few hardware issues in the bathroom, for example the toilet paper holder wasn’t properly attached and the conditioner bottle had been broken off the wall. We did let the front desk know upon checkout. We used the laundry facilities and discovered the dryer didn’t work after washing our clothes. The staff graciously let us use their housekeeping dryer. Overall this was an okay experience and the staff really tried to help. Unfortunately we will be looking for another place to stay when we travel to this area in the future.

Checkin was confusing because I had to add a night before getting there so I had two bookings. The lady was hard to understand and seemed frustrated when I asked her again. The elevators were not working, not a huge deal and they did get them fixed quickly. The toilet was running in our room when we got in there and the heater made a clicking noise. All three nights we were there I had to go to the front desk and they had to reset my room key. It wouldn’t work, which was aggravating. We have stayed here a few other times and it’s been great with no complaints. This stay will not make us not come again because the hotel is in a nice location and nice to stay in. I think we just got a bad room and the keycard situation was activating. The man at the front desk was very nice and said sorry when I went down each time. The breakfast is very nice with lots of variety also.

Our room was a double queen bed room. It was more spacious than other hotels in which we have stayed. Everything was clean and worked. The room had plenty of outlets to recharge our electronics. Parking was plentiful and the breakfast was good. The employees were professional and friendly.

There was blood on the sheet soak through into the mattress when we arrived. It was very disturbing because I laid on it for a while before I noticed it. We have stayed here several times over the past few years, but I guarantee you I will never be back. The place has went downhill bad.

Location was really good for on/off I-40 and connecting into I-344 to go on east. Room was nice, kind of smelly at first, but once the desk guy got the air con working, it was okay. The air con was hard to change the settings. That was my only complaint was not being able to adjust the temp on my own.

Rooms were good. Night staff was rude! I was able to check in no problems. Was given one room key. I gave the key to my daughter because I was meeting my son and just figured I would get another one when I got back….. the front desk refused to give me another key saying the reservation was under my husbands name (who wasn’t there) instead of mine when clearly I had already checked in under my name previously. We had to have management called and my husband called just to get another key, when my belongings and child were already in the room.

This property did not have properly functioning fire alarms, resulting in an evacuation of the building at 1:30AM. Hotel staff couldn’t get the alarm off and wasn’t able to contact the alarm company. I called 911, who had NOT been notified by the alarm company or hotel staff. Fire department finally got the alarm off and told us it was an alarm issue and didn’t know why it wasn’t ringing the alarm company. Definitely not a good feeling sleeping in a multi story building while knowing the alarm system isn’t functioning properly. 2nd night if our stay, my co-worker had two men attempt to get in her car while she was in it talking on the phone. She pulled out and moved to parking spot by the front door. She notified the front desk about the men who were still in the parking lot and they shrugged it off and ignored her. Hotel was clean, but that’s really the only nice thing I can say. Very disappointing in how staff handle guest safety.

At ck in, I waited for 15 min while 2 Spanish speaking gents talked at the front desk - 1 was a maintenance man. He could not understand English very well, but realized I needed checked in. He showed me sign that the clerk left stating he was away with possible explanations. However, I was told he went to lunch. I called tge lobby pgone and no answer. I walked away to grab a bite to eat and triend an hour later, still no answer. When I finally returned to the hotel, the clerk was there. He lied 2x about his whereabouts and then checked me in. My concern over all was I had already paid and had no way of contacting anyone fir a refund to go to another hotel.

We love this hotel. It is clean and comfortable- and the price cannot be beat. The downfall this trip? The night clerk could not stay off his phone while checking us in. We were treated like an after thought. This is very rude.

Property was clean and well maintained. Front desk staff was efficient and pleasant. Breakfast was advertised as being from 5 AM to 9 AM. Eggs were all gone and the orange juice was all gone by 8:30 & there were no pastries on Sunday morning, after a cold and stormy night. I understand the need to control costs and minimize waste but it would have been nice if the kitchen had the ability to watch what was being eaten up & add a little to it.

I booked with Orbitz which is supposed to include taxes and fees, but the property charged me $5 extra for booking on the site . It’s not much money more the principal. Also, unlike most of the reviewers, I was not happy with the breakfast, it was all super processed and not good. No real healthy options

Breakfast was non existent. One hour in to the time for breakfast and there were no breads/pastries, one boiled egg that was broken, no oatmeal. The honey packets by the coffee/tea area were sticky and stuck together. No napkins. Checked back 3-4 times in the next hour and nothing was replenished.

I thought the property was well kept and attractive. The breakfast disappointed me this time as there was as much fresh fruit, there were apples and oranges but they didn't look fresh. What about bananas? Jelly? Tea bags weren't filled or available. Pleasant stay overall.

This was our second stay at Sleep Inn & Suites, Yukon, OK, and if we're ever in the area again, it will definitely be a repeat. Our room was immaculate, quiet and comfortable king sizei bed. Breakfast was good and plentiful, with many choices, both hot and cold. The attendent was friendly and very helpful. Shopping and eating establishments were close by, as well as fuel.
