I would recommend this hotel because of the great value for money, the central location (close to restaurants, sights and shopping) and the facilities in the room (fridge, kettle, hairdryer, safe). Bed was also comfortable and the AC worked well. My room had a lounge area with sofa too and the shower worked great. Room was cleaned daily (on request) and complementary water was provided. View was not much to look at. The only reason I did not give this 5 stars was because the staff gave me some incorrect information which was very inconvenient for me. They told me I had to go to the train station to pay for tickets that I had booked online when in fact I could’ve done this at any 7-eleven around the corner from the hotel. It meant I wasted time going to the station when it wasn’t necessary. It would be good if staff could check information before confirming if there is any doubt. But overall, I would still recommend and staff were kind abd friendly in general.

The guest room me and my wife stayed Was so clean and neat. The staffs are very friendly and a nice The front desk staffs gave us warm welcome Wire we arrived. Good location and the hotel they offer two bikes for guests can borrow With free of charge. Very cute and a small hotel. We like it

Checking in at hotels is getting later and later. Why.? The hotel were happy to store our bags for a few hours before we could get to our room. Very pleasant and helpful staff on reception. Nice clean room great bathroom. Clean bedding if you so desired by leaving card on your pillow. Comfy bed. The only down side is when you eventually turn lights off for the night the room is still lit like a airport runway. Air con is lit up a red light on the ceiling and various other illuminated equipment. Very strange. No breakfast supplied. All in all a nice enough stay.

I love that it’s really spacious and the whole place looks cool with it’s interesting history and all, However, I think they really can have better training for their concierge, I asked if they have more seating area for their guests ( since there are literally one available seating in this huge hotel.) Instead of trying harder, the concierge just say no. Not even, we will feedback to the management. Really kind of can’t be arsed attitude. Any how, they really should have more places for their guests to relax around, I guess their mentality is, you either eat or sleep in the hotel. They don’t even have a viewing deck for their guests being located in this beautiful place. And they do have great hiking trails behide the hotels too, really should advertise it. I had stumbled to the hiking trails myself, had a great moring and wonderful view of 101.
