Staff was good and helpful when asked, but room was in poor condition and not as advertised in photos. Our initial room was terrible and smelled strongly of food/cooking, so the reception managed to provide us with a different room which was slightly better but still not good. The bed was low to the ground, no headboard, and mattress was not very comfortable. Overall housekeeping in hotel seemed lacking as there were crumbs all over the carpets in the hallways. One positive is that it’s close to the train station.

Perfect for a last minute trip to Paris. Amazing value, really friendly staff & great location just by the station. You could also walk to Chateau de Vincennes along the Seine, which I did on the Sunday which was a lovely bright day (chilly, but sunny!) Apartment was very cosy & still felt festive :)

The stay was okay, especially for what you pay for. The main problem was that the person working the front desk scammed us by booking a driver that forced us to pay 80 euro for a 15 minute drive. Never believed a hotel would do that. Be careful about this hotel, they aren't on your side.

LOTS OF MOLD IN THE SHOWER AND EVEN ON THE WALL OUTSIDE OF SHOWER (BLACK MOLD). Dirty toilet. Check your room before you onload your things so you can request for another room right away
