This is a nice newer hotel. The area around the hotel did not offer many dining options. Just one fast food burger place. The staff was very nice and efficient. Breakfast options were ok, but I missed having fruit and yogurt as choices. I used the pool area and the pool wasn’t too clean so I was uncomfortable using it.

It was great, room clean, pool was cool and not busy, breakfast was delicious. The power went out first morning so had to take stairs but when we got back it was running again. The housekeepers don’t come thru and clean the room daily unless you call but we just needed towels and asked and they delivered.

They were super accommodating. The first night there was an issue with the toilet and they moved us the next day to another room. The pool was clean, breakfast was great, and the rooms were spacious enough for me and my kids to feel comfortable for a few days while we were in town.

Baseboards were not clean, doors inside room not clean(inside interior door of closet) and linen on bed not clean. Carpet on floor shows stains. Advertises pay at property but payment was taken out before we arrived.

We did not expect a 5-star hotel. The sheets were noticeably stained and in the morning found small roaches in our room. The front desk staff were polite. The owner really needs to invest into their hotel and not just see it as a moneymaker.

Location met our purpose. Lobby was nice; however, hallways and room need a deep clean. Damage to shower floor could cause injury. I’ve stayed in much nicer BW+’s.

Staff was good, did not have any issues with them. Shower could use some hard scrubbing as there looked like there was mildew on tile. 2nd night we found a small bug, possibly a roach, under our pillows. I would not stay here again for that reason.

This is the second time I had stayed at this hotel . I just stayed the week before too. Both time I had requested room service and didn’t get it so after a long day of work I had to come back to the hotel and make my own bed which is ridiculous if I requested room service. The sheets we had on the bed when we got there was nasty. Poor poor housing services and honesty’s I would be like to compensated or refunded for my stays because it was the worst experience ever .

Unfortunately, our stay was not what we expected. The hotel room was very dirty, and the restroom was especially disgusting it clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. It really made us uncomfortable during our stay. On the bright side, the front desk staff were polite and helpful, and the breakfast was actually pretty good. However, the condition of the room was unacceptable, and we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

One big disappointment was the shower. It was horrible. Almost no water pressure and did not get hot, just luke warm. It took forever to rinse and I dreaded getting in it the next time. Breakfast was decent but trash cans overflowing in dining area every day. There is a automatic coffee machine with all kinds of options, but every one I tried was just not good. TV service was poor. Beds were ok and room itself was clean. In the end, I wouldn't stay there again.

It was an overall nice stay, it’s just the room would have so much moisture in the air, even with the air/fan turned on constantly. Also the shower flooring was chipped and was rusting in that area.

Everything was great. Except the shower water pressure was horrible. Once dropped down to a trickle. But was able to finally rinse off. Had 2 rooms on the 4flr which was the top floor. Both bad water pressure eitherwise 5 stars all around

front desk only had one clerk and checking in took a while but front desk clerk was very friendly and apologetic about wait time. The location was perfect for the venue we went to (Front Bank). Room was huge and extra little area with sofa was like an extra room. We will stay here again when going to San Antonio....very well kept and clean also. Thank you mr front desk clerk!!

Bed wasn’t comfortable and upon check in they charged my car $75 incidentals front desk explained to us that they had to start charging for that because if they didn’t then it would get taken out there check the room wasn’t even worth what we paid plus an additional charge for incidentals. Beds were terrible. When we walked in our room it smelt bad and had a bad odor. Pressure from water was horrible no hot water

Rooms were not ready for check in at 3:05 even when they advertise their clock in time is at 3 pm. When asked why they were not ready for us, they were quick to give us an attitude and said they do clock ins after 3:15pm. Following day, they didn’t perform room service we asked for even when we made them aware room was ready for cleaning since 8 am. Room was available for cleaning from 8 am to 1:30 pm and still missed the opportunity to do their job.

The front desk night manager was very condescending and rude. I did not get to stay in my prepaid room because although I attempted to provide her with my digital credit card she would not accept it. I had my valid ID to prove I was the owner of the card. What happens when systems go down? Why have tap and pay if we can’t use digital cards? I couldn’t even get a refund. The policy says to provide valid credit card and after I provided my VALID credit card (digital) I was still not allowed to check in.

Upon check in we attempted to provide our credit card to the check in clerk, he said the room had already been paid through Hotels.com, which we knew it hadn't but he insisted that it had. We had a great evening at the concert, arrived back at the hotel around 2 am to get a call from the front desk at 7 am telling me that I needed to go down NOW to pay for the room. I informed him that I would stop by on the way out to pay and fell back to sleep. Not even 30 minutes later, he is calling again insisting that we go down to pay. Really disappointed in the customer service that we received.

An excellent hotel and good value for the money. The staff is super friendly - especially Deborah and Candi. The breakfast is good, the tv is good, the WiFi is good. Very clean. A fridge and microwave in the room. Very very comfortable.

Staff was very unprofessional!!! I arrived at 2:37pm. I went to check in and the manager on duty a lady was just yelling at her kids who she brought to work along with some staff. I went to the counter to check in and just stood there cause the clerk wouldn't even acknowledge me. Finally i said hello, i need to check in. He said no rooms were ready till 3pm. I said ok, so in 23 minutes they will be ready? He said yes. So at 2:50 pm the clerk left with the lady managers kids. At 3pm i went to the counter and no one was there. I waited till 3:15 till someone showed up. After Finally checking in i was going to take a shower. There was no towels!!! I called to the clerk and he said he would bring some up. 20 minutes later still no towels. I call back and he says he's working on it. Finally after 30 minutes i get some towels. Very unprofessional!!! The room was disgusting!!! Holes in the wall where the door opens, a/c didn't cool. Tv wouldn't work. I just slept and by 7am i was gone! Never again would i stay there. Someone needs to straighten out the manager lady. Just yelling in Spanish cause her kids wouldn't listen . Didn't know it was bring your kids to work!!

This hotel smelled really good at check in and looked clean. Our room was short some basic items when we checked in and i had to go get those. I've not been in a hotel before that i had to request service on the day following our first night. It would have been nice to have our trash emptied. We found out at check out you have to request that and we were not informed of that at check in. The desk clerk got a little defensive when i suggested he let all the desk staff know to point that sign out for new guests. The breakfast was really good! Yogurt machine with lots of toppings on the side was a nice feature i haven't seen before.

Stayed for one night in San Antonio - picked this property based on price and location as it was a close drive to downtown. We had plans to check out the River Walk and go for dinner, and this hotel was a 10min drive to that area. The hotel and room were clean, and the AC worked well and wasn’t too loud. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast in the morning has good options and the coffee was nice. Parking lot was large and we were able to park with our trailer easily. Would stay here again.

Newer property , great location right off the highway. 15 minutes away from Lackland AFB and 10 minutes away from Alamo and Riverwalk. Rooms could be cleaner but overall good stay.

We were spending New Years weekend in San Antonio, but did not want to pay premium rates to stay in the downtown/Riverwalk area. That lead me to this hotel -- a reasonable rate, great reviews, and not too far from either downtown or the AT&T Center (about a 10 min drive to each). The hotel was indeed very nice and clean. You can tell it is pretty new. The room was spacious with comfortable beds and a nice TV. WiFi worked well too. There was only one minor drawback in that the water pressure was really low for showers. It's sufficient but not great, and at times would vary between low and very low pressure. Aside from a Whataburger next door, there is not much around the hotel, but you're right by the highway that can get you anywhere quickly in a car. There was always plenty of parking. We also had a pleasant surprise as there must've been 20-30 fireworks shows on the horizon outside of our hotel room window when midnight hit on New Year's Eve. I would stay here again on a return trip to San Antonio.

Cleanliness could be better, there was a used bar of soap in the shower when we first entered . Staff friendly. Breakfast was bland and had to go get whataburger for breakfast all 3 days. Why pay for hotel that offers breakfast.....but i end up having to buy breakfast anyways.

It was close to our destination in San Antonio. Nearby restaurant (Little Red Barn) was absolutely great! Food, service, parking, atmosphere were so good after a long drive!!! The breakfast next morning was great diversity, fresh, tastey and coffee was just the way I like it!!!

The trip was great! The room was perfectly fine for one night, the bed was a little too firm, but the location was perfect for the venue we attended the night of the stay. The breakfast the next day could use a little TLC, but it hit the spot and we took off early the next morning.
