An oustanding boutique hotel in the middle of Siem Reap and way walking distance to most things. The undoubted highlight is the staff, who are warm, friendly, attentive and genuine. Their sole desire is to make their guests happy and they certainly succeed in doing that. The facilities are wonderful, the massages were literally first class and the restaurants serve perfectly prepared meals. The easiest review i’ve ever had to write:)

Absolutely lovely hotel. Super attentive staff. Walking distance from the main area so was great for me as a solo traveller, although you could also get a grab (tuk tuk) within a minute and spend less than a pound going anywhere you wanted to go. Incredible herbal compress massage too from the spa

Absolutely the best choice to stay in Siem Reap. The location can’t be more convenient. The staff are courteous, kind and friendly. The service is unparalleled They treat their guests like royalty. Highly recommend this hotel.

The staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms are exceptionally nice and roomy. The Magical Tour private tour they booked us with was excellent. The only downsides were the pool is really too small for laps and there is no gym. The area is downtown and an easy stroll from the night market, pub street, etc.

My wife and I are having a Southeast Asia trip and this property has been the best out of 6 hotels we have stayed in so far. The staff are beyond great human beings you can just feel their kind energy all around the hotel. I normally don’t use the swimming pools at hotels, but it was impossible no to swim in this gorgeous swimming pool. The Spa area was fantastic, best massage ever. Food was delicious and they helped us arranging airport pick up and tours. 10/10

We have traveled quite a bit and stayed at many nice hotels, but Golden Temple Boutique ranks among the best! We love the Zen-Asian style of the grounds and the room, and the location is perfect, located 3 minutes from Pub Street with its wild nightlife of bars, restaurants, massage places and night market shopping. Our room was beautiful and large with a lovely soaking tub. The pool area feels like an oasis from the city, with its quiet music, flowers and the most comfy oversized hanging chairs. ( if you want to enjoy a larger pool with swim-up bar, the sister hotel directly across the street is available.) The hotel restaurant serves great food with a very extensive menu Most of all, though, the staff here was amazing… from the front desk to the restaurant to the housekeeping… just amazing service and attention to every detail. Special thanks go out to Rin and Ratanak in the restaurant, who were not only a pleasure, but took care of me with ginger-honey tea when I had a bit of a cold. This place is so good we never wanted to leave!

This is an excellent hotel in a great location. We noticed that most of the other good hotels are on the edge of town, whereas this is very well located in the centre. We liked the room (a large size) the bathroom (very modern) and the balcony. The breakfast and spa and pool were very good too.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel/airport transportation worked flawlessly, and we loved the welcome drink/snack upon arrival, as well as information about private tours to the nearby Temples. Pub Street was only a few blocks away. The room was spacious and clean!

Everything about the hotel is amazing. The staff are so attentive and helpful. We were lucky to have Pho as our tuktuk driver for our 3 days of touring the Angkor Wat archeology site. He was a delight. Breakfast was wonderful. It is walking distance to markets, restaurants, and Pub Street, but it is also quiet and well soundproofed. The room is spotlessly clean. The bed and bedding are extremely comfortable.

This property is exceptional! I stayed for four nights and was beyond impressed by the service, food, amenities, and room. A complimentary bottle of wine and room upgrade were a lovely touch. The pool is clean and has sun and shade. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The rooms spacious and clean. Prime access to walk to (or easily grab a tuk tuk) to all major downtown attractions. Absolutely amazing stay. The rooms were huge and very nice. Slight issue was that the AC struggled to cool the entire room because it was so big, but still nice. Amazing staff and service. We had Pikun as our personal assistant during our stay and he was the most helpful and nice person we've ever had the pleasure of being helped by. We felt like we were treated like royalty. The location was also very nice and convenient. Walking distance from Pub Street and Night Market. There's a nearby Laundry service (less than 1 min walk) that charges $1/Kg which is very cheap amd useful. They offered boxed breakfast when we had early morning excursions before 6am. Regular breakfast was decent, but I wish it was more obvious that certain items like meat slices and cheese were over ice so I could be confident in their freshness. The spa was great and very affordable to do once if combined with an$20USD/Person coupon that we had. Not sure if that coupon was due to or Loyalty status with Hotels.com or if everyone gets it. Very nice massage. Lastly, the hotel restaurant cost $39USD Per person for a 5 course meal with an Apsara show. The show was very nice to experience and should be seen by everyone coming to cambodia, but there are certainly more affordable shows available elsewhere. The show had some audio issues with the speakers, but great seats. The only downside, I didn't feel the food was worth the money. I didn't like the Khmer set I had. My wife's western set was decent.

The room was large, with both a wetroom shower and a separate bath. The bed was very comfortable and luxurious. Most important of all, the staff were incredible friendly and helpful. So you would think a Hotel with a perfect rate on Hotels.com / Expedia is suspicious and can't be for real, right? But Golden Temple Boutique hotel managed to be simply the perfect stay in Cambodia. I wished i had stayed longer there and i was truely sad to leave. The staff is simply amazing, they will make you feel like Kings and Queens thewhile entire stays. On top of that,if you select their tour packages, you will be in for an amazing curated experie ce that never feels dull and that always manages to impress you at every turn.Shout out to our tour guide Kim and the driver Soun, they really made us feel like we were the most welcome in their country. Honestly don't be scared to come to Cambodia, there are a LOT, LOT, of worse places to be in the world!

Quite possibly the best customer service I have ever experienced from any hotel, anywhere. From the moment we arrived the entire team didn’t just make us feel welcome, they made us feel special; they went to extraordinary lengths (room upgrade, massage vouchers, free lunches, they even Socrates our room to celebrate our wedding anniversary). The hotel itself is a lovely sanctuary in the heart of Siem Reap, but it was the service and friendliness of the entire team that truly made this a stay we will never forget!

From the moment we arrived at Golden Temple Boutique, we were treated with warmth and care by every member of the team. Victoria reached out shortly after we booked to offer help and local recommendations — from restaurants to cultural shows — and made us feel right at home even before we got there. She also helped us arrange a private van from Sihanoukville Pier to the hotel. The driver was professional, spoke both English and Khmer, and the van was spacious, clean, and air-conditioned — perfect for our group of six and all our luggage. The hospitality didn’t stop there. The front desk staff helped us make reservations at some of the best restaurants we’ve ever experienced. The rooms were spotless, cool, and incredibly comfortable. They even packed us to-go breakfast boxes for our 5am Angkor Wat tour, which was such a thoughtful touch. One of our favorite experiences was the traditional Apsara dinner performance right at the hotel — delicious food and a beautiful show, all for an extremely reasonable price. It’s a great hotel the staff at the front desk & dining room are second to none. We used the shuttle from the airport to the hotel very efficient & reasonable. The location is excellent near Pub Street & Night Market. If you stay at this hotel you will not be disappointed.

Excellent hotel choice. Quite central to everything. Although almost all tourists go to Siem Reap for the temples, but there is no need to choose a hotel “closer” to the temples, as I find it best to be close to where you will also spent time walking around, especially in the evenings going to restaurants and bars. First class service, large rooms, and always friendly and smiling staff. Note that the “Golden Temple” group has 5 hotels in Siem Reap so it’s important to know which one you are going to for Tuk-Tuks and taxis. I had reserved at the “Golden Temple Boutique” hotel but I was lodged across the street at the “GoldenTemple Residence” hotel which is the one I am reviewing.

This is an excellent hotel in a great location. We noticed that most of the other good hotels are on the edge of town, whereas this is very well located in the centre. We liked the room (a large size) the bathroom (very modern) and the balcony. The breakfast and spa and pool were very good too.

Great restaurants nearby The staff were all very kind, the food was great, the pool is beautiful and the room and grounds were impeccable. I hope I get to go back.

Very aesthetic property with tons of artistic touches that make you feel like you are in an art gallery/jungle paradise. The staff are exceptionally attentive and make your stay feel completely hassle free. Food is quite possibly the best Cambodian food I have ever had. There a tons of extra touches like the complimentary salt scrub in the shower to the fresh fruit tray that comes with the room. It is worth the extra money.

Absolutely amazing stay. The rooms were huge and very nice. Slight issue was that the AC struggled to cool the entire room because it was so big, but still nice. Amazing staff and service. We had Pikun as our personal assistant during our stay and he was the most helpful and nice person we've ever had the pleasure of being helped by. We felt like we were treated like royalty. The location was also very nice and convenient. Walking distance from Pub Street and Night Market. There's a nearby Laundry service (less than 1 min walk) that charges $1/Kg which is very cheap amd useful. They offered boxed breakfast when we had early morning excursions before 6am. Regular breakfast was decent, but I wish it was more obvious that certain items like meat slices and cheese were over ice so I could be confident in their freshness. The spa was great and very affordable to do once if combined with an$20USD/Person coupon that we had. Not sure if that coupon was due to or Loyalty status with Hotels.com or if everyone gets it. Very nice massage. Lastly, the hotel restaurant cost $39USD Per person for a 5 course meal with an Apsara show. The show was very nice to experience and should be seen by everyone coming to cambodia, but there are certainly more affordable shows available elsewhere. The show had some audio issues with the speakers, but great seats. The only downside, I didn't feel the food was worth the money. I didn't like the Khmer set I had. My wife's western set was decent.

The room is clean, the location is good, staff are nice and helpful. Had a good experience overall untill I saw a lizard sitting on the desk when coming back from outside. It wasn’t a pleasant experience. For breakfast buffet, see little flies on fruit and desserts, maybe do not leave them uncovered.

The room was much nicer than expected. The main room and the bathroom were very roomy. Very impressed with the amenities. The front desk and staff were very friendly and always helpful with our questions. The spa was a very relaxing experience. I highly recommend the Apsara dinner. The meal was very good and the dancers were excellent and were reminiscent of the wall carvings at Angkor Wat.

Had a great experience with this property. A very friendly staff and a perfect location to be 1 block from all of the action of Pub Street. I highly recommend the 2 day tour they offer and ask to have "Lucky" be your tour guide. She is one of the few female guides and she absolutely loves her job and knows her stuff. Plus she knows how to help you with those cinimatic photos. And if you can get Jackie for your driver, you will only add an even better experience to your tour. Cold towels and cold water await you at every stop which you will definitely appreciate.
