The hotel was beautifully presented and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel had a small number of parking spaces, which as it was winter I was able to use. It is located outside the centre and so waling into Antibes was not possible during my visit due to the weather.

Ottimo Hotel, personale, molto gentile, che parlano perfettamente anche italiano, parcheggio piccolino ma funzionale, camera accogliente con tutti i comfort. L’unico neo è ubicazione un po’ periferica, per chi come noi che aveva l’auto tutto ok , senza di essa potrebbe essere un problema a muoversi.

The location is not convenient if you plan to go downtown frequently — a round trip can easily cost around $25 by taxi or rideshare each time, which adds up quickly. No continent stores or breakfast place is in walking distance. The room itself felt awkwardly designed. Closets and millwork seemed poorly planned, making the layout uncomfortable. Unfortunately, cleanliness was also an issue: the bed sheets didn’t feel fresh, and the pillows had an unpleasant odor as if they hadn’t been washed in a long time. On the positive side, the water pressure in the bathroom was excellent, which made showers enjoyable. I have stayed in this hotel since it was new, maybe 15 nights. It used to be fantastic, but it is showing its age. The chairs in the room are disintegrating and leave black material all over the floor. The room aircon would not go below 23 degrees - it took the manager to come up, see for himself, then make an adjustment on his computer in the office. The aircon was barely okay when it was finally working, it will not be sufficient when it gets hotter in the summer. The hotel always used to supply 2 bottles of water, not anymore. This used to be such a good hotel. The breakfast is still very good, as are the staff.

We needed a hotel convenient to Antibes for a night. The spacious 3rd floor room we were given had a small balcony, a great bathroom with an excellent shower, proper wardrobe, room for two chairs, decent sized bed. Perhaps not the best hotel bed ever but decent good size for two, and bedding was cozy. One of the best values we've experienced in the area. Young lady on duty when we arrived was welcoming, cheerful and helpful. Housekeeping was equally friendly. About a 10 minute walk to Port Vauban, 15 or so to Old Town. Right next to it there is a small market & a boulangerie for snacks. We arrived into the Nice Airport just after 5 PM. Hopped the 620 bus which stops right across the street from NCE and in 25 minutes were 1-1/2 blocks from this hotel. Easier, faster than the train! Happy to have found this place for future visits.

Im Deluxe Zimmer hatte man eine schöne Aussicht auf das Meer, jedoch ist die Straße sehr laut und viel befahren. Frühstück ist ausreichend aber eintönig ohne wechselndes Angebot. TV nur auf französisch, kann nicht umgestellt werden. Nur 4 deutsche uninteressante Sender, dafür gibt es aber Chromecast und es kann vom Handy gestreamt werden. WLAN war gut. Personal spricht kein deutsch, englisch eher schlecht ist aber dennoch sehr freundlich. Bis zur Altstadt sind es ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge.

Amazing! Front desk was extremely kind and helpful, and helped with a taxi for an early morning flight. Breakfast was small but excellent for the small fee to add on. Rooms were exceptional - larger than typical European hotels and extremely clean with lovely decorations and complimentary water. I was there during the off season but even the noise levels were negligible. Highly enjoyed my stay and am definitely staying here again.
