La ubicación es excelente ya que se encuentra ubicado en pleno casco antiguo de Benidorm con lo cual tienes muchas opciones de bares, tiendas y restaurantes cerca. Te puedes ir andando a pocos minutos hasta el famoso balcón del Mediterráneo. En cuanto a las instalaciones, se nota que es un hotel antiguo pero está limpio al igual que las habitaciones. La habitación que nos tocó tiene dos camas individuales unidas que se pueden separar. El aire acondicionado funcionó sin problemas, el baño es un poco básico con la bañera muy pequeña. Los desayunos sencillos pero buenos.

Hotel and facilities basic , but clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is situated in a very good area in the old. This is the second time we have stayed here and I would definitely use it again.

A 5 min walk from transfer drop off but a warm welcome when checking in The room was very dark ,no natural light ,dated furnishings. Tiny balcony over looming a tiny internal courtyard. Bathroom dated and a climb into the bath to access overhead shower. Towels changed once in 4 nights. The beds where fine ,had blanket and quilt on .Had to put air conditioning on last 2 days as the room felt cold Hired a kettle and hairdryer (€10)each but money returned when handed back . Minimal plugs tho,had to access . Breakfast ,streaky bacon ,small hotdog type sausage ,beans. Cold boiled eggs.Meats &Cheese. Youghurts .Fruit juice and tea&coffee machine .Make your own toast (ages with toaster) croissants and pain du chocolate available. The staff are lovely and very helpful.Helped me immensely when I had booked my return transfer for the wrong month !! In all ,you get what you pay for and we couldnt grumble.We had a pleasant stay but I wouldnt return as it was too far from the new town for us .

Property was basic but clean Property very central in a side street of Main Street, festival music was very loud, which impacted on our stay as windows and room shook as the party goers played music with subwoofers until 4am. The area is very lively. Hotel didn’t really have place to relax, no balcony. Booked with Expedia bus transfer was nowhere to be found. Apparently not used this company in years. Had to pay extra €10 each to hoop on another transfer bus All in all fun, cheap and weather was great shame about hotel and bus transfer.

La posizione centrale è perfetta per i locali, per la spiaggia e a 200 metri c'è il parcheggio Aparcamiento Ruzafa a 20,90 € al giorno. La nota negativa è la poca insonorizzazione della stanza, essendo al primo piano quando al mattino aprivano I bar il rumore era veramente fastidioso.

Breakfast choice was poor, bacon, sausage and beans were on hot plate but all cold so had to be reheated in microwave and continental breakfast choice was limited. Room was clean although was tired looking andcould do with a refresh. Room rate and location were very good.

As a couple, we enjoyed the stay and the location. The room and hotel were clean, and everything that was in the room worked. We had a balcony room that overlooked the Main Street, it was snug but nice to have. There will “ambient” noise from the street, bear in mind. The staff were welcoming and helpful, we would happily stay again.

Upon entering our room, we found some items but had little time to settle before heading out to enjoy the night. When we returned at approximately quarter past midnight, we realised that we urgently needed some pills. We then proceeded down to reception only to be told that the same gentleman was the sole staff member on duty, and he had just completed some housekeeping tasks. This was the start of a night with little to no sleep, partly due to the horrendous noise levels throughout the hotel.

A 5 min walk from transfer drop off but a warm welcome when checking in The room was very dark ,no natural light ,dated furnishings. Tiny balcony over looming a tiny internal courtyard. Bathroom dated and a climb into the bath to access overhead shower. Towels changed once in 4 nights. The beds where fine ,had blanket and quilt on .Had to put air conditioning on last 2 days as the room felt cold Hired a kettle and hairdryer (€10)each but money returned when handed back . Minimal plugs tho,had to access . Breakfast ,streaky bacon ,small hotdog type sausage ,beans. Cold boiled eggs.Meats &Cheese. Youghurts .Fruit juice and tea&coffee machine .Make your own toast (ages with toaster) croissants and pain du chocolate available. The staff are lovely and very helpful.Helped me immensely when I had booked my return transfer for the wrong month !! In all ,you get what you pay for and we couldnt grumble.We had a pleasant stay but I wouldnt return as it was too far from the new town for us .

Great location, very quiet considering location. Would use again. Beds really comfy, towels could maybe do with a upgrade. Slightly disappointed things like safes and irons are an extra cost.

Hotel and facilities basic , but clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is situated in a very good area in the old. This is the second time we have stayed here and I would definitely use it again.

Property was basic but clean Property very central in a side street of Main Street, festival music was very loud, which impacted on our stay as windows and room shook as the party goers played music with subwoofers until 4am. The area is very lively. Hotel didn’t really have place to relax, no balcony. Booked with Expedia bus transfer was nowhere to be found. Apparently not used this company in years. Had to pay extra €10 each to hoop on another transfer bus All in all fun, cheap and weather was great shame about hotel and bus transfer.

Breakfast choice was poor, bacon, sausage and beans were on hot plate but all cold so had to be reheated in microwave and continental breakfast choice was limited. Room was clean although was tired looking andcould do with a refresh. Room rate and location were very good.

Un hotel con las comodidades basicas. La ubicación es excelente ya que se encuentra ubicado en pleno casco antiguo de Benidorm con lo cual tienes muchas opciones de bares, tiendas y restaurantes cerca. Te puedes ir andando a pocos minutos hasta el famoso balcón del Mediterráneo. En cuanto a las instalaciones, se nota que es un hotel antiguo pero está limpio al igual que las habitaciones. La habitación que nos tocó tiene dos camas individuales unidas que se pueden separar. El aire acondicionado funcionó sin problemas, el baño es un poco básico con la bañera muy pequeña. Los desayunos sencillos pero buenos.

This hotel is central for everything . It was spotless clean very quiet no noise . Staff very pleasant . Beds were so comfy will definitely use this hotel again . Only down side was breakfast been English we love our brekkie and it was spanish produce so gave it a miss

Pros and cons for this hotel. On the plus side it's in an excellent location, clean, comfortable beds and no street noise (as we were not overlooking the main streets). Drawbacks were limited storage (as no drawers), no hairdryer in room, no iron, no fridge, no safe, no power sockets by the bed and a very small TV. In 2 minds if we'd stay again - it would have to be very cheap and only for a couple of nights.
