Utrolig bra hotell! Like på strandpromenaden, sentralt ved gamlebyen, gåavstand til alt. Nydelig takterrasse med basseng, solstoler og bar. Ikke oppvarmet basseng, så ikke brukt på denne årstiden. Svært god frokostbuffet, hyggelig betjening i frokostsal, resepsjon og Bar Santa Maria. Kommer igjen! Var der i fjor også!

We stayed in a sea view room the views were amazing. The only area which let the hotel down was the food we’re not fussy but the food was sub standard. The rooftop bar was amazing but there are no toilets up there and there were a dozen or so floor tiles loose. Overall we had a great time just certain little tweaks would make the experience much better.

The hotel and staff are amazing. Location right across from the beach is superb. Our only complaint is the pricing of drinks at the rooftop bar. 18.00 euros for beefeater gin and 6 for tonic is definitely over the top. Some instruction for possible parking before arriving would also be helpful.

The hotel is in a great position on the beach by the old town.The breakfast was ok ,but badly layed out.The cleanliness of the room was not up to 4 star rating.Bed was comfortable but the room was smaller than most 4 star hotels in Benidorm.Coaches cannot access the hotel,so something to keep in mind that the drop off point may be upto 600mts away.If your in a car access is easy ,but parking is limited at the hotel and costs 25 euros per day if you can get a space.The public parking is a good 5 mins walk

The hotel is nice and spacious but has hidden extras If you want to use the rooftop pool you can’t take your towel £20 deposit per person required to use there’s Room service very limited choices and expensive Special request placed in here an option arrive at hotel they want £78 euro for the privilege of a sea view and that was only for one night Check in took a bit longer with new Spanish rules but staff were polite Restaurant staff very flustered we were shown to table where we got drinks then when returned with our breakfast found they had been cleared away before we even had a chance to drink them Pool deck upstairs very loose tiles underneath Great view from the pool deck

Loved the position of the hotel virtually on the beach Crazy lifts though Only one button so you couldn’t select up to the pool or down to reception The lift stops says going down but we want to go up to the pool when that one leaves you have to press the button again and hope the next one is going where we wish to go But overall very good

Fantastic breakfast, polite & tentative staff, clean and fresh looking, right on the beach. Level 8 roof terrace comfortable, didnt use the pool. Difnt like the unreliability of the elevators.

Having stayed in a Barcelo Hotel sometime ago , I wasn't surprised to find that we had chosen the right hotel in the right location. Our room was spotless , it was superbly decorated and appointed . The bed was super comfortable , it was two single beds pushed together, but it was fine . Huge TV , Super huge shower and bathroom area. Breakfast this morning was literrally the best i have had in any hotel . it catered for so many cultures and tastes . There was nothing missing, the honey straight from a hive, a chef cooking any egg dish you wanted . One top of that all the staff from Reception to the Restaurant staff were amazing. Special praise for the guy who was at the door of the restaurant . I am sorry I didnt get his name, cut a guy with a beard. The most friendly, kind and helpful staff member. So kind to every guest . He did everything with a smile. I have one problem we only booked for one night .

The hotel is in an ideal location for the old town and access to the new town is not difficult. It is ideally placed for the beach and the access to shopping and dining is exceptional. The premier room that we had was roomy, large sized bed and fantastic views from the balcony of the beach and sea. However although the room was serviced daily with clean towels and bed making, the hard surfaced floor really required mopping with disinfect everyday to remove dirt and debris from everyday usage. Most people usually walk around bare feet in their rooms and after a few days, this was not ideal due to the dirt on the floor. The breakfast was nice and wholesome and there was a large selection of juices and hot drinks to go with it. A few more daily choices added to the menu would not go amiss as the breakfast became quite repetitive if you stayed for more than about 3 days. They also do an excellent Omelette but the choice of filling needs to be increased. That being said I would definitely stay here again and hopefully these things would be addressed before my next stay.

The hotel is fine, but cleaning is terrible, i asked for 4 days tonget the sheets changed, they just kept making the bed with the dirty, sandy sheets. Breakfast is tasteless and if you arrive after 10.15 there mighr not be any left even tho they "serve" until 11. Their english is bad and they had no pooltowels or beachtowels available for us. Also the pool is 1m deep and really small. Not at all what the pictures say. And as compensation we got a voucher for a sunbed on the beach.... will not come back.

This hotel in our opinion needs to retrain its cleaning staff, as the towels in our room smelt of other peoples body Oder on at least two occasions. The stairway was not cleaned at all for the seven days we stayed.

Daily cleaning could be improved..shower gel was empty and not replenished.. felt it was a different cleaner each day which was reflected in the standard the room was left. The service in the bar was poor with long wait for drinks and staff getting order wrong. Also had a foreign object in my cocktail.Felt staff unwelcoming.. On a positive note,the breakfast was well organised with attentive staff and good choice of breakfast.

Hotel was very pleasant indeed, very clean, extremely modern with friendly staff. Breakfasts were excellent with plenty of choice and options available. We will definitely stop there again.

Positive:lovely hotel with amazing roof terrace and pool . Great gym with water , towels and apples. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice. Negative :we were given a double room at the back of the hotel overlooking roadworks and school . I enquired at check in whether we had a balcony and was assured that we did . When we got to the room there was only a tiny Juliette balcony so unable to sit out Room was comfortable and clean . Whilst there was a car park in the basement this was not offered so we parked at Bingo plaza 7 minutes walk away Summary :Overall a beautiful hotel and facilities but beware the double rooms at the back of the hotel

We were also offered upgrades . Side room €37 a day or room with sea view €73 a day . We had already paid over €120 a day so thought this was too expensive. When we got to the room there was only a tiny Juliette balcony so unable to sit out Room was comfortable and clean . We reported a loose toilet and problems with tv via the app but no one came to sort out Overall a beautiful hotel and facilities but beware the double rooms at the back of the hotel

Brilliant hotel. Great rooms and amazing bed! Only downside was the room I was in was opposite a school so noisey in the morning during the week. Cleaner also didn’t replace tea / coffee / milk but apart from that had an amazing time!

The best breakfast buffet we have ever had, they had everything possible, so many choices and all very nicely done. The restaurant staff, also very nice, and professional. The front desk, only Victor was very nice and kind, the rest not so much, very unfriendly ladies. The rooms very small, even though we had an upgraded room ocean front. The sink kept clogging even though some one came to fix it. The shower water leaked out. Overall the rooms need some upgrading. The hotel location was great, very nice beach.

This hotel is great, but we were treated poorly upon arrival. Staff tried to move us to another hotel before we even checked in because it was one of our birthdays and they 'dont book celebrations'. To rub it in, we then saw two stag groups staying at the hotel with no problems. Superb hotel, poor management and terrible customer service. Breakfast is good, the pool on the roof is cool and the rooms are decent, but the trip was tainted by staff telling us we were not good enough for the hotel.

Excellent hotel, location and amenities ideal, room clean. Staff couldn’t have been nicer, and so accommodating, our group needed to order a birthday cake and they didn’t disappoint, with only 24 hours notice. I’ll definitely be back

I booked a three nights from 23 - 26 August 2024 for my husbands' birthday. I booked a Superior Room with a Sea View and it was worth every penny. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The rooftop pool and bar were amazing and great for those people who don't do the beach. No issues getting a sunbed on the roof either. Based right at the start of the Old Town, there are plenty of options for food and things to do at night. Would definitely book again if going back to Benidorm.

hotel is in a fantastic location, very tastefully decorated, let down by staff on the front desk, very slow at check in - over an hour wait- and also very unhelpful when some first aid assistance was required - AC in room not the best but ok, lifts also have a mind of their own but did make this a running joke.

Excellent customer service, great location in proximity to old town, beautiful beach views. Quality food with fast clearing of tables- busy at breakfast, served until 11am. Room ample space & modern. Tiled floors in rooms - noise travels from neighbouring rooms. Pool under renovation (February), work underway to paving external to hotel (February’26) causing noise.

Hard to get to but great once you’re there. GPS got confused as we got close and it requires driving down streets and the boardwalk that appear to be pedestrian only. Smith check in, room was ready hours early, VERY nice staff. Breakfast Buffett was 5 star. Room was very clean, no maintenance issues in room or common areas. Will stay again.

Great location, modern and clean. Food was generally very good, but alas (as usual abroad), keeping the breakfast food warm is very difficult for them, the heat lamps must be just lights! There is a ‘popity ping’ available… The x3 lifts take some getting used to, you’ll enjoy many up and down journeys before you get wise…

Great location,2 minutes into old town,sea view worth the extra, roof area is excellent if a little pricey for drinks, breakfast was fine with plenty of choice, evening meal not as good, food not particularly hot.
