The Hotel is very good and staff are wonderful. The beach is small, but good water to swim in. Easy to walk to market etc. Hotel chose a coffee machine with pods and they would only supply enough for 2 cups each. and refused more? That should change

The hotel itself is very nice and clean , the staffs are very helpful and friendly , great breakfast , comfortable rooms , excellent swimming pool , best location to enjoy sunset . The hotel locate in short walking distance to the night market and a public beach just next to the hotel with a lot of street vendors . The only thing that I don't like are those floating garbage around the hotel , especially in the afternoon .

전반적으로 만족스러운 호텔이였습니다 다만 바닷가가 협소하여 바다수영은 하기가 어려웠고 수영장은 넓고 좋았어요 피트니스클럽도 시설은 괜찮았고... 조식은 so..so..였어요 주변에 식당이나 마사지샵이 있어서 좋았고.. 즈엉동 야시장도 도보로 5분이내에 있습니다 딸 생일 기념으로 간 여행인데 호텔측에서 서프라이즈 케익을 준비해줘서 감동 이었습니다 다시 방문 할 의사가 100%입니다

The staff did not speak English (as advertised) and messed up our orders daily. Even simple drink orders and pointing to the menu did not guarantee a correct order. The pool bar was closed and service at the pool was virtually nonexistent. This is a 3 star resort at best! It was near the market and the Junior Suite was beautiful, but I would not return.

Had a great stay at Seashell, had a corner room with seaview with terrace. What a view. Service was great and a lot of amenities at the hotel. Huge and good breakfast, a bit to much people at breakfast sometimes but managable. Enjoyed the pool and bar service with a great view. Close to city center and a lot of restaurants in the area. Would definitely come back.

Booked for August and unfortunately didnt get to use the beach or pool due to the rain however did use the spa which i highly recommend. Great location, very near the night market and easy to get grabs around the island. Perfect transfer from and to the airport which was complimentary

Property was good. Location good. Eateries good. Available tours good. Fridge did not work even after asking for someone to fix it. That was important to us because we had medication that needed to be kept cold. Leaving for the airport there was either rat/cat poop in the lobby (I have pictures). Cleaning staff was very good. Restaurant staff very good. Lobby greeting was very good. Not a bad hotel.

Great hotel with a very nice pool right on the beach, staff was pleasant and helpful. Only small negative is the cleaning staff could have cleaned the room better as they left some things that could have been cleaned and didn’t clean the balcony. Overall a great 5 night stay and would stay again!

清掃サービスが最悪でした。清掃がされなかったのが一回あり、清掃がされてもバスタオルとバスマットが置かれていないこともありました。極め付けは、部屋に備え付けているバッグが初めからなかったのにも関わらず、スタッフが部屋のチェックをしたところ、バッグがなかったと言われ、料金を請求されそうになりました。今まで様々な5星のホテルに泊まりましたが、このようなことは初めてです。サービスが最悪でした。

The 4th floor room was good size and comfortable. It had an open concept, with bathroom separated from sleeping and living area by just a thin pull down curtain. I’m never comfortable with that layout, though i see it a lot in hotels. The balcony and view were very nice. The hotel lobby area was large like an airport terminal gate holding people who were just coming and going. Not much character to the hotel itself other than a nice large swimming pool and the balcony view. No landscape to speak of. We enjoyed the fire dance at restaurant just a few meters from hotel. We had a good time in Phu Quoc, and the hotel helped.

スタッフの皆様がとても親切で館内もきれいで快適でした。交通の便も良いです。オーシャンビューのお部屋にしたので、毎日部屋からサンセットを堪能でき贅沢な気分でした。バラエティ豊かな朝食も毎日楽しみでした。お部屋の冷蔵庫がクーラーのためあまり冷えないのが残念でしたが、それ以外は非常に満足です。機会があればぜひまた宿泊したいです。

I was promised a king size bed and it was a king size bed, being put together by two twins. Here is the thing, I travel solo and I want a king size I would like to be able to sleep in the middle of the king size bed. Why did I pay for a king size and can only sleep on one side of the the bed (there is a ridge in the middle created from the two twin beds) I really challenge anyone to sleep on this ridge. Your vacation would be messed up for good. It is false advertising and I didn’t get what I paid for.

Had a fantastic sea view room we did pay a little extra for a junior suite. Only issue is that the storage space for you clothes etc could be better. We were here when it wasn’t too busy and even then getting a sunbed by the pool was difficult. A great location with easy access to the local night market.

Poor checking in protocol, waited over 2 hours when pre checking time was arranged and agreed upon. People arriving after us in the lobby over those 2 hours were being brought to their rooms before us, after we kept asking on the final ask the lady at reception stated our room had been ready for a while and didn’t know why we were asking if our room was ready or not

We really appreciated the service and staff of the restaurant and housekeeping. On the other hand, we have many complaints towards the reception team. This hotel communicates on its VIP Access. In fact, it’s not at all! Our VIP status entitled us to an early reception. It was not the case. We had to wait 3 hours to get our suite. Every time we asked if we could have our suite, we were told: Go sit down, we will let you know. It was only after 3 hours, after having strongly insisted at reception, that someone deigned to check to realize that the suite had been ready for a long time. Same for departure, we were not entitled to late check out. Additionally, we were asked to wait to check the room. After a while, the receptionist gave us her OK and as we got into the taxi a person from reception rushed to ask us to wait again because they hadn't checked if we had stolen bathrobes and/or towels. This practice is somewhat surprising. During our stay, we approached the tourist office, we simply wanted to find out about the different tours offered by the hotel. A staff member signed us up without our knowledge! because the next morning at 8:30 a.m., he woke us up, calling us to our room, letting us know that we were late, that everyone was waiting for us!

Staff were super helpful and very nice. My son lost his Apple watch, they found if and gave it back to him. Before we left the hotel, they prepared breakfast and gave it to us for the plane.

What a great hotel! This hotel had everything! Within walking distance to the Phu Quoc night market and tons of restaurants to pick from. As well the pool was a great size perfect to relax in and having the private beach was a very nice added benefit! We had one person fall ill during the trip and the staff in the restaurant were so helpful with bringing up a breakfast tray of rice porridge. Really going well and beyond in service! The assortment of food at the breakfast buffet was great. A big variety with a fit for everyone! The sea food buffet at night was also great! There was great value for what they had to offer!

A fantastic hotel to stay at phu quoc. Location is great with good food and night market around. The staff are very friendly and helpful too. The view is great with beach and pool. They have taxi services that charge the same as grab and can stay with us more than 10 hours service which is very helpful and appreciative. The breakfast is a huge spread which we enjoyed throughout our 5 days stay. All services are good and we would definitely come back to seashells if we go to phu quoc again! Thank you for the good service.

Great location in town walking distance to the night market and the free shuttle from/to airport was an added bonus. The facilities were clean and overall I was quite happy with the hotel. The breakfast buffet was generally satisfactory although more catered to Western pallets (could have had more local Vietnamese cuisine). The seafood buffet was a little bit of a let down as the seafood wasn't great but the Wagyu beef dinner available on alternating days was better, though a little more expensive than the seafood buffet.
