A very large hotel in the centre of Nha Trang. We had a big room which boasted a kitchen (although there was no kitchen equipment that might have made it useful). While the lobby was very imposing, the room was in need of a refresh, which chipped surfaces and scuffs. The bed was comfortable and the shower was very good. Breakfast catered for all tastes and had a very wide variety of fresh food. The gym was clean and light, and quite well-equipped. Good for a one-night stay.

I like the hotel overall , the cleanliness and amenities it provides. I travel with a larger family 13 adult and 2 small children and i book total 3 room that allows 6 people in each room. But hotel ask me to pay extra for 1 guest fee and my kids count as adult, that is my only concern and was not happy about this locations. There also no parking spaces for vehicles over 7 seaters. Hotel i would give 5 star , staff and policy 3 star!!

일단 위치는 괜찮은 편이예요. 걸어서 이곳저곳 갈만해요. 도심지라 소음은 감안해야 합니다. 고층으로 가면 바람소리 너무 심하고 객실 자체도 너무 협소합니다. 전체적으로 객실에서 암내같은 냄새가 너무 심하고, 다른 객실에서 먹는 음식 냄새도 들어옵니다. 복도나 엘리베이터, 로비는 아무 냄새도 안나요. 근데 객실은 진짜.. 저는 솔직히 말씀드리면 쾌적한 여행을 위해서는 더 높은 비용을 지불하더라도 더 좋은 숙소로 가는걸 추천드립니다. 빈펄의 명성을 유지하고 싶으시면 문제를 덮지 마시고 해결하세요.

Our stay was amazing! The best hotel we stayed at in all of Vietnam. The service was outstanding. I want to thank the manager Q for answering all our questions and helping us when we were troubled. We had a wonderful stay at Melia. Staff were so friendly and helpful, great pool and restaurant facilities, close to the beach and many restaurants and eateries and entertainment areas. The only suggestion would be providing some kitchen equipment such as cooking utensils, plates and bowls etc to use as the kitchen was bare, although I acknowledge it is advertised as a suite only. We would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Nha Trang.

Housekeeping would only come if we called them. Usually after 5 PM. The restaurant in the hotel was substandard, and the food was not quality, not good. Every time we stay here, the rooms get smaller and smaller. They don’t seem to care about repeat guests.

Pro: - sehr zuvorkommendes Personal (bei Ankunft ist kein Warten nötig und schon kommt jemand und hilft bei dem Tragen des Gepäcks, Fragen wurden immer sofort beantwortet, Hilfe bei Krankheit wurde auch angeboten) - sehr gute Auswahl an Frühstück bei dem einige Speisen täglich geändert werden - Essen ist sehr lecker (sowohl westliches als auch asiatisches Essen ist authentisch zubereitet) Contra: - Bettwäsche wurde nicht gewechselt trotz Schild (sowohl auf vietnamesisch als auch auf Englisch steht auf dem Schild, wenn dieser auf dem Bett platziert wird, wird die Bettwäsche gemacht. Jedoch wurde nicht das Bett gemacht, aber nichts gewechselt. Die gleichen Flecken, die wir bei der Ankunft auf der Bettwäsche hatten, waren noch immer da) - Essen wird beim Frühstück zu schnell aufgeräumt (es sollte sich gemerkt werden, wer alleine isst. Wir mussten getrennt essen, weil immer immer einer auf das Kind mit Fieber im Zimmer aufpassen musste. Wenn ich aufgestanden bin, um nur was zu Trinken oder zum Essen nachzuholen, wurde der Tisch immer wieder schön weggeräumt. Das ist ein wenig ärgerlich, denn ich war ja noch nicht fertig) Ansonsten wirklich top Hotel! Ich würde wieder kommen!
