The hotel is nice but the service is poor. Some of the receptionists couldn't put a smile on their face. They treat foreigners a lot nicer than Vietnamese people. It's very odd as you spend way more money than the foreign tourists.Speak English if you are Vietnamese Americans. This hotel has a habit of saying sorry without doing anything about it.

View from room amazing, size of room and bathroom excellent, to have a fridge and a washing machine was an added bonus.

Location is fantastic! customer service is great! always clean and orderly room. Location is in the middle of actions and close to the beach. the View especially is excellent! We had an amazing stay!

Hotel was nice unfortunately the service was not so good. I tried several times to message the hotel to pay for an early check in with no response. Then when we arrived the first person at reception said we could have an early check in and they would call when the room was ready. No call came. I then when back to reception who a new and rude staff memeber told me it was impossible. When I saw other people checking in again before 2pm I went back up to ask and the reception told me very rudely „I already told you nothing before 2pm“ Extremely disappointing from a hotel rated as high as this.
