The property grounds including the pool, gardens and beach are stunning but there’s quite a few things that drag this place down and made our stay pretty unenjoyable to the point we wouldn’t return or recommend to any friends or family. - There are 3 waterslides and only the Under 10 year olds one is open. Apparently it’s been under maintenance for ages and they wouldn’t say when it will be fixed. It was one of the reasons we booked, our teens were so disappointed - Our bed was saggy and uncomfortable on either side with a large lump in the middle - obviously old and worn out - There is a mattress topper that they’ve put on top to try and increase comfort but it holds sand so even when our bed was freshly made by housekeeping, as soon as we laid on it the sand came up through the sheets it was so annoying! - There are literally nails sticking out of the floor where they have tried to fix the timber boards - There are all screws and dodgy patches on the bathroom vanity -definitely not what you’d expect from a 5 star resort - Kept running out of hot water - Door between the rooms wouldn’t close properly - They tried to charge us for a extra breakfast despite us booking for 2 adults and 2 children (including their ages) The listing says free breakfast- there’s nothing saying that doesn’t apply to teens. It was super stressful and they were rude about it - The pool bar was supposed to be open at 2pm every day. We asked one day and waited 40 mins for someone to show up

Was a great stay with my family. The Kids Club was exceptional, along with the pool! While it appears there is only a small section posted as "kids pool", there didn't seem to be an issue taking kids in the other pools as long as they were supervised. The private beach was also very accessible and never seemed too crowded. The free shuttle and access to transport was very convenient and appreciated. It is to note that this is a large resort, and while the service was great, don't expect the same level of service as a smaller 5 star hotel. Would easily return to this hotel as a very family friendly place.

Spent two weeks, and it was great. Great breakfast and pool! However, the bedroom is lacking some love, lacking of carpet and rugs, utensils, glasses. The beds were started to be sloppy, and the pillows were big and hard - did not suit us well. We got bad necks and shoulders from sleeping here. The spa was phenomenal. We suggest instead of the local spas next to the hotel, treat yourself at the emerald spa to achieve maximal comfort and tranquillity.

Rooms are ok, but cleaning is very basic. Lots of choices for breakfast, bit food is missing taste. They should solve beach chair reservations- all chairs are occupied at 7.30but half of thrm stay empty during the day. Policy should be introduced that towels are removed if noone is there for an hour. All over friendliness could be improved.

The only disturbance is the construction of something nearby - jackhammers on full blast. There is also a new public beach, with a bar that is right next to the hotel. Some of unregistered guests even venture into the hotel/pool area - very unsafe. I hate that the hotel allows people to kayak right on the beach where swimmers are - also unsafe. At breakfast, the staff use swear words and you can hear them talk in the kitchen. - not very civilized. A lifeguard also talks on the phone to invite his relatives from the public beach to come over to the hotel to use its facilities - very unprofessional. The hotel should introduce perhaps a paper wristband to distinguish hotel guests from unregistered guests.

The beach is beautiful and the pool area is good enough. The rooms are quite modern but already in need of small fixes. In general this is more like a 3-star hotel than 5. Don’t go to this hotel if you like peace and quiet, almost all the other guests were families with small children. The rooms do not have good sound isolation, so you can clearly hear people walking by outside in the hallway. There is very little amenities provided in the room. To summarise, this hotel may be ok if you are travelling with small children.

We loved everything. We were looking for relaxation by the beach and pool by this point in our trip. Premier sure did deliver on this, their location is perfect and Kelm Beach has our heart. We loved our relaxing stay. The staff were amazing - reception staff went above and beyond with the breakfast boxes organised for us to have as we had an early departure flight from the island. The buffet breakfast by the way you have so much choice, something for everyone. I would say go early to breakfast to avoid busy time (After 9am was insanely busy on our first morning at resort). We loved everything about resort location and we hope to return with the rest of the family in the future.

Great property, clean rooms and nice facilities. There can be language challenges with staff and speaking English. There are very few dining options in and around the hotel and what there are they are very expensive relative to outside the hotel. $50-75 in the hotel and $10-$15 at most outside the hotel. Rent a moped for $7 a day to get around.

Hotel was nice, staff was friendly. Not a lot of food options near this location. Do no rent a motorbike from them, overpriced and terrible bikes. Requested a high room, ended up on the 3rd floor. Beach was nice and quiet and included a few games in the lobby pool, foosball and table tennis. This was a nice touch but ac in this area wasnt working so couldnt enjoy that too much.

Pools are outstanding, rooms comfortable, light and clean! The only issue was I didn’t want to leave the resort as it was fab, but as I am vegetarian the menu in the Restuarant became. Just a few more choices would be great, although the manager did tell me they would of made me things, but I wasn’t aware. Gym - fantastic, didn’t try the spa but looked lovely. Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay, really really happy with the hotel!
