オーシャンビューが素晴らしかったです。本当に写真通りの海に真正面に向いた間取りでした。ビーチへの地下トンネルも便利でした。はじめはそのようなトンネルが本当に必要なのか疑問でした。しかし実際にそこに行ってみるとベトナムの道路を横断するのはかなり難易度が高いことを知り、トンネルのありがたみがよくわかりました。ビーチでは宿泊者向けに無料のサンベッドが提供され快適に過ごせました。プールもちょうどよい広さで、本を読んだりのんびりして過ごすのにぴったりでした。

4/26から4泊しました。大変大きなホテルです。70％以上、韓国の方かなと思いました。朝食は2階と3階で、同じ内容と言われましたが、2階にはあった、デドックスウオーターが3階にはなかったり、はありました。色々と食事の種類が豊富でした。わかめスープはよかったです。フルーツの種類が少なかったのは残念でした。大変混んでますが、スタッフの方々がテキパキとされているので、良かったです。ジムには無料のウオーターサーバーがあり、そこそこ器具もありました。朝食時など、混雑時、エレベーターがなかなか来ません。表に6基ありますが、裏に21階まででしたら、3基ありますので、そちらおススメです。プールは想像以上に広いです。(15mX20m?)しかし、12時まで半分陽が当たりますが、それ以降は日陰になります。ビーチまでは確かにトンネルあります。小さいお子様がいれば。トイレもそこです。ビーチにはホテル専用のデッキチェアーがありますが、数が少なすぎです（30台に傘が9本）。埋まっている場合は、使用できません。これは他のホテルも同様なので、仕方ないですが。あと、これも4月末というタイミングかもしれまえんが、陽がホテルの裏に沈むので、15時から日陰になってしまいました。残念です。到着時、バスに忘れ物したのを、すぐ電話して頂き、大変助かりました。どうもありがとうございました！大きなホテルのメリット、デメリットありますがコスパも良いですし、また機会があれば泊まりたいと思います。

It’s branded as a 5 start hotel, yet I didn’t really feel as such. Felt more like a huge 4-star hotel. You have to pay to get into their rooftop lounge even if you’re staying with them. I booked the large suite and although it’s a huge room it did feel a little dated. The view though was spectacular. When I was checking in, I asked the gentleman checking me in if they exchanged Thai Bahts as I was getting there from Thailand. I saw they had an exchange monitor behind the checkin counter, but obviously, Thai baht was not there. I asked if they exchanged Thai baht and if so what would the exchange rate would be. He said, they did but didn’t know the exchange rate and for me to please check the monitor. I found this to be a bit rude and evasive. He could have checked and exchanged them for me on the spot. But instead he referred me to the monitor. Not part of the 5 star hotel experience I was expecting. In all other instances the staff was friendly and attentive though.

We found this property in a great location. Our room with beach front view was superb. Within walking distance to the beach, shopping and choices of places to eat close by. Huge selection for breakfast was great. Pool area quite big. Rooftop bar area was a great option if happy to pay to experience it.

욕조에 물때가 많아서 몸은 안담궜어요. 직원들은 모두가 정말정말친절하고 바닷가쪽에 클럽이 있어 밤에 시끄럽긴해요. 아침에 해가 방으로 바로들어와서 커텐은 필수예요. 시내쪽에 위치해서 호텔에서 시내식당이나 주요 마사지샵갈때 거의 걸어서 10분 이내입니다. 위치로는 아주 좋아요. 다만 그랩으로 다닐땐 쪼끔 애매해서 약간 돌아가긴해요. 잠깐의 가성비호텔로는 좋네요ㅎㅎ

Our stay overall was good! Check in did take quite a long time but we were a group of 4 different bookings. The breakfast buffet had a mix of western, vietnamese and korean foods on offer that changed slightly over the 7 days. We stayed in the junior suite queen and it was very large, 2 lounge spaces, very big bed and kitchen area. We found the bathroom was not as clean as hoped, there was a ring of mould in the rim of the basin. 2 bottles of water provided everyday and our room was serviced everyday. The location was very good and walkable to many different places for shopping and eating. Easy to organise a Grab or transport from the hotel too.

The first room they put me in, the air conditioner didn’t work very good at all, then they moved me into another room, which worked well. The staff was awesome very helpful in everything, the hotel was really nice, I would definitely stay there again if I went back to the city!

ジュニアスイートはお部屋が広くて眺望も良く綺麗で快適でした。しかもとてもリーズナブル！隣の方のイビキが聞こえるくらい音が漏れるのと夜中までクラブの音が聞こえるのが残念でしたが、他には問題ありませんでした。スタッフも皆さん丁寧。ホテルから直接ビーチに出られるのも嬉しかったし、朝御飯も美味しかった。

The first room they put me in, the air conditioner didn’t work very good at all, then they moved me into another room, which worked well. The staff was awesome very helpful in everything, the hotel was really nice, I would definitely stay there again if I went back to the city!

The hotel location was a little bit off-north about one mile away from the main shopping/restaurants/massage places-Needed a taxi cab riding due to the hot weather. Since the hotel building faced the main road near by the beach, I had some very loud music noise issues from the near by night clubs till 11:15 pm. for two nights in a row. Other than that this hotel was a five star hotel.

Buffet breakfast was average. Minimal changes from each day. The orange juice was not even made from real oranges. The property is very noisy at night time from the night clubs located opposite the hotel. I couldn't believe that there was no bars in the hotel , only club on the roof top which you had to pay to go there.
