Vinpearl Beachfront Nha Trang

I would not come back to this hotel or recommend to others. 1. Hotel Policy : too stricted and stupid. Booking name was in English and passport name was Korean. I showed my account name in English(when booked) but the staff kept telling me "cannot check in". I had to make several international phone calls and e-mail to get the verification. 2. IP issue : All guests must take face photo in order to get into the breakfast restaurant? I had my room key with room number with me. Why should they take my face photo? Where is my IP right? 3. Poor Brwakfast Arrangement : foods are low quality and the table setting was nonsense. No 2 seaters table was there and 1 or 2 people were sitting at 4~6 seaters table. Many people had to wait outside to get the table because of the stupid arrangement and setting. 4. Staff Education : truely bad. At most other 5 star hotels, when the customers are in the elevator, most staffs let the customers go first. But in this hotel, the staffs stop the elevator on many floors for their work. For 3 days, we had to stop and wait on many floors not because of customers but because of the staffs. The worst part was that so many staffs were talking to each other or on the phone very loudly inside of the elevator. It was truely terrible experience from the beginning through my full 3 days. Not even worth of 1 star rating.

very convenient location

Really well run hotel, great breakfast choice and in a good central location. The whole hotel seemed to be full of Russian visitors, so if you want a sun lounger on the beach, best get up as the birds start singing !!! Very limited beach front for the size of this large hotel.

Our family love Vinpearl service overall. At other hotels and high end resorts, There are different attitudes toward foreigners and Vietnamese but the staff here is very professional. They treat everyone equally with kindness and dedication through all the hard work. That is why we keep coming back to vin pearl :)

Best stay, prime location. Hotel staff is great!
