We booked and paid for 4 nights but ended up leaving after 2. The lobby had a strong smell (like sewage) from the first night, and there was no air conditioning in the lobby, hallways or elevators, making it very uncomfortable. The bathroom design was also quite unsafe—the shower was inside a high bathtub, and I had to climb in and out every time I needed to shower, which felt risky and inconvenient. Not recommended at all.

Definitely not a 5-star hotel as advertised. It is more like a 3 or 3.5. The breakfast suck! But overall service by the hotel staff was good.
