The hotel in general was nice and clean with ample seating area in the lobby. It is inconveniently located quite a ways outside of València in an industrial area of town. There are VERY limited places to eat within walking distance of the hotel which is the worst part about it because the hotel’s restaurant is only open for breakfast (buffet only) and then closed all day until 8:30pm. We arrived at 2:00pm and had nowhere to eat after a long day of travel until 8:30pm as the few restaurants in the area were all closed. The spa services were only a pool/sauna/jacuzzi circuit…… no actual spa treatments available. Our room was very nice but the floors were filthy and literally covered in long hair from previous guests, it was everywhere! The restaurant, when it was open, had a good dinner menu and a mediocre breakfast buffet for the price. The staff for the most part were pleasant and helpful. Not the worst place I’ve stayed but I won’t go back next time I’m in València.

Ein schönes Hotel. Saubere Zimmer, klimatisiert. Der Spa Bereich ist etwas klein und dunkel. Aber die Besucheranzahl wird begrenzt. Mit der Aufzugtür muss man aufpassen. Keine Öffnungsautomatik, wenn jemand noch reinkommt beim Schließvorgang. Man wird einfach eingequetscht. Unser Zimmer lag Richtung Autobahn. Wenn man das Fenster öffnen wollte, war es schon Recht laut. Insgesamt auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Super nettes Personal. Schönes Ambiente. Toller Aufenthalt mit minimalen Abstrichen.

Says there is a bar and restaurant. However bar is only open from 7:30 pm to 10:30 pm and restaurant is only open from 8:00 am to 10 am for breakfast and 8:30 pm to 10:30 pm for dinner. As there are no places near by to eat this is very inconvenient the same with the spa and pool features. Can only be accessed after 5:00 pm. The hotel itself is quite nice but lacks in the overall on what was expected

We stayed at the AZZ Valencia Congress Hotel & Spa while visiting for the Hyrox event, and sadly our experience was very disappointing. There was no tea or coffee station in the room, meaning we had to go all the way down to the lobby just to buy drinks. They weren’t complimentary either — £2.50 for a tiny paper cup of coffee to then carry back to the room. The air conditioning didn’t work properly, and the room never felt cool or comfortable. The bathroom toiletries (hand wash, shower gel, conditioner) were almost empty when we arrived and were never replenished during our stay. After the event, we came back hoping to have a celebratory drink, but were left waiting at the bar for about 10 minutes with no service. The reception staff saw us but didn’t offer any help, and when we asked, we were told the bar doesn’t open until 7 PM. Throughout our stay, the reception team weren’t particularly friendly, which made the experience even less enjoyable. On Saturday night, there was a birthday party with a DJ outside, and the music was so loud it echoed through the building, making it impossible to relax or even hear the TV. Then early Monday morning, we were woken up by cleaners slamming doors, dragging furniture, and talking loudly in the corridor. Overall, poor service, lack of comfort, and no attention to detail. Definitely not what you’d expect from a four-star hotel. Would not stay again or recommend.

The hotel was very nice and so was the staff. The breakfast was okay. However, I was very disappointed with the SPA and gym. The SPA was mediocre at best… the pool, jacuzzy, and 3 of the 4 saunas were not hot at all, and some areas were not working at all. The SPA definitely needs a huge upgrade as guests around me had the same complaints. As to the gym… well there is no gym. There is one machine! The location is not preferred as it is not near much of anything. I stayed to be in nice hotel with good amenities. Well, for a 4-star hotel, I was disappointed.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They go out of their way to make this the best they can despite the limitations of the property. The owners needs to invest in upgrades to this property (example hallway carpeting is dirty and stained and fixtures in the room are scratched and worn.

Pulizia scarsa, praticamente venivano solo per rifare il letto ( non hanno mai cambiato le lenzuola) e doccia mai pulita. il frigo della camera non funzionante e male odorante. Es la segunda vez que me alojo, las dos veces los dosificadores que ha de jabón, jabón corporal y acondicionador están sujetos a la pared, en las 2 ocasiones me ha pasado que el avondicionador y el jabón del cuerpo no funcionaba y he estado en distintas habitaciones. El parking bien, pues es un poligono y siempre hay aparcamiento, la limpieza deja un poco que desear, al llegar me encontré una basura con una botella de agua vacía y unos apositos llenos de sangre, el suelo no es que lo limpien demasiado

La propiedad en sí está hermosa aunque se cuidan muy poco los detalles de la limpieza en las habitaciones, las duchas llenas de moho y las sábanas sucias,por otro lado el personal del Spa es poco amable y se muestra irrespetuoso con los códigos de vestimenta del mismo,esto es algo con lo que puedes encontrarte si vas a este sitio !

This was one of our worst experience of a stay in a 4 star hotel. The room, the lift, the garage..... nearly everything zwas dirty, dusty, many old stuff (shower 🚿).... so that we felt more than uncomfortable. The beer in the "fridge" was warm and undrinkable. Coming out from the lift the people of the reception had no word to say "hello" or something similar. So we didn't felt welcome. The lady at the breakfast reception had been friendly.

Very outdated hotel. The lobby had dripping water from ceiling onto floor, a slipping hazard, that wasnt mopped up or flagged to let you know. The staff was friendly, but the condition of hotel canceled that out. Rooms had a strong musty smell and the linens had stains on them. Inconveniently located to everything. Had to taxi it everywhere.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. During the summer months, blankets are not provided despite air-conditioning and I had to request one rather than finding it in the room. The water temperature within the shower changed widely during use.

Péssimo atendimento na recepção do hotel com uma única pessoa atendendo vários hóspedes. Lento e desorganizado! A estrutura do quarto é horrível: Pia fora do banheiro, vaso sanitário com porta vazada e chuveiro também. Não existe nenhuma privacidade mesmo que você esteja com sua família. Não indico para ninguém e não sei porque tem a classificação de 4 estrelas. Decepcionante!

I had chosen this VIP access hotel because of more benefits of Expedia gold member ,Although I did not receive any room upgrade I got a noisy room on 1st floor next to the elevator and facing the two big cylinders and the background of its hotel sign. The bed side lamp shade was perished and the toilet glass door was squeaking likely some loosing parts on the hinges ,disappointing !

Prachtige ruime kamer, zeer schoon en een hele fijne badkamer. Ook de lakens zeer schoon. Helaas was het zo gehorig dat ik weinig slaap heb gehad. De muren zijn zo dun, dat je iedere beweging en woord van de buren hoort. Ook op de tv zijn alleen Spaanse zender te zien, voor iemand die deze taal niet spreekt is dit wat beperkt.

The hotel was severely understaffed. On the first night, I had to go down to the front desk two times just to get a towel. The next day, after housekeeping cleaned our room, they forgot to replace the towels entirely. When I called to ask for some, they told me I’d have to come to the lobby to get them myself! Absolutely the worst room service experience I’ve ever had.

Very nice hotel near the airport. Dinner and drinks were great! Room was very clean, countertops and tabletop surfaces a bit worn, bathroom has an odd configuration, but the AC was cold and the room was clean. Before I went to my room for the night, I asked the front desk about help for calling a cab in the morning to the airport (no shuttle service available) and was assured it was no problem. But when I got to the desk at 3:00AM the front desk told me they would have needed to book it the night before. They tried calling a cab but couldn’t get through. Only reason I got a cab to the airport was by using FREENOW cab booking service on my own. Front desk not very helpful with transport to the airport.

Un scandale ! La personne à la réception était Archie nulle, incompétente, à cause d’elle nous n’avons pas été au courant qu’il fallait réserver au restaurant! Lorsque je suis allée lui en parler, elle m’a répondu que ce n’était pas son travail de nous prévenir! Et elle chuchotait et parlait à peine Anglais ! Du coup il a fallu après une heure et demie d’attente, elle nous a indiqué un restaurant dans PATERNA qui n’existait pas dans la rue qu’elle nous avait donné! Bravo ! Qu’elle cherche du boulot ailleurs! Voilà!

La habitación está bien y el personal es agradable. A pesar de que haya spa en el hotel, no está incluido y se paga aparte. La zona no tiene nada alrededor, el metro está bastante lejos y los horarios del transporte público son poco frecuentes. Ideal si tienes eventos en la feria y te mueves en taxi. El gimnasio tiene lo básico y está abierto 24h. Otra cosa positiva es el lobby, que tiene un espacio agradable si necesitas trabajar unas horas.

The hotel is on the outskirts of Valencia, so you need a taxi to get to Valencia, but it is a short trip. The hotel was very comfortable, large room with amenities, very clean, and a nice restaurant open for breakfast and dinner. It is quiet and you can relax at the bar with a glass of cava or a beer. Staff is very nice and helpful. They always called us a taxi, which was there at the time we needed it. There is parking, so if you are driving, it is a plus.

Sated 1 night in Oct 2023. Great rooms, Super Breakfast buffet ! Clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff. Not so much around the hotel but it was fine as a stop near Valencia. We had diner at the hotel as there was not many options around. Food was good. I recommend this hotel as long as you are OK with the location.

The breakfast is very repetitive and could do with some variety. There is NO ENGLISH TEA, I repeat, NO ENGLISH TEA… this is not a drill. I have never stayed in a hotel that doesn’t serve standard tea. Also, there is no complimentary drinks in the room AT ALL! This is unheard of since 40 years ago and should be a basic requirement within a 4 star hotel.

The hotel itself was lovely. Very spacious, very clean and the staff were very friendly. The rooms were lovely and again very spacious. The breakfast was a little disappointing and the main reason we booked there was because it said it was a 2 minutes drive to the Fira when it fact it was more like 8 so was a solid 40 minutes walk. Nevertheless though it was a great weekend in a lovely hotel

They weren’t complimentary either — £2.50 for a tiny paper cup of coffee to then carry back to the room. The air conditioning didn’t work properly, and the room never felt cool or comfortable. The bathroom toiletries (hand wash, shower gel, conditioner) were almost empty when we arrived and were never replenished during our stay. After the event, we came back hoping to have a celebratory drink, but were left waiting at the bar for about 10 minutes with no service. The reception staff saw us but didn’t offer any help, and when we asked, we were told the bar doesn’t open until 7 PM. Throughout our stay, the reception team weren’t particularly friendly, which made the experience even less enjoyable. On Saturday night, there was a birthday party with a DJ outside, and the music was so loud it echoed through the building, making it impossible to relax or even hear the TV. Then early Monday morning, we were woken up by cleaners slamming doors, dragging furniture, and talking loudly in the corridor. Overall, poor service, lack of comfort, and no attention to detail. Definitely not what you’d expect from a four-star hotel. Would not stay again or recommend.
