Excellent location with quick access to both passenger terminal and sailing marina. Staff always courteous and ready to help. The conversion of the building to a hotel has come with a few compromises, in my case the combined shower/wash basin solution in the bathroom, heavily let's down what is a otherwise a spacious room with kitchenette. My nights sleep was interrupted a few times by an upset dog, but I am sure this was a one off and I was just unlucky it happened the night I was there.

We stayed there for one night, before embarking at Lavrio port. Very kind and helpful staff, everything fine, except maybe the elevator of the dépendance that was out of order just when we needed it.

The elevator is extremely small and the spiral staircase is very treacherous and has no grab railing. My wife took a fall and injured her knee. It could have easily been more serious as she went all the way down and hit her head on the wall at the bottom..

The property was conveniently located at the port. Breakfast was disappointing and cold. My travels partner is disabling and the property had a lift, however you have a lot of stairs to get to the lift. We were unable to carry our luggage down the stairs so we had to just let it fall down the stairs. The hot water has to be turned on for 15 minutes before use, then back off after. Washing your hands and face in cold water was not fun but better than waiting for the hot water.

Water to the room was not turned on, the blinds didn't work so the room was light at night. No wifi in the rooms, Decent hotel for one night.

Das Badezimmer war eine Katastrophe. Zum Duschen stand man direkt neben der Toilette und konnte dann erstmal für ein paar Stunden das Bad nicht betreten, da alles nass war. Außerdem waren Teile der Dusche defekt, das meiste Wasser luef unten aus dem Hahn und kam nucht oben aus der Brause raus. Für warmes Wasser muss man ca. 20min warten nachdem man selber den Boiler einschalten muss. Frühstück war bedürftig. Es wurden keine Speisen nachgefüllt oder auch einfach nur Geschirr. Ich musste mein Müsli auf einem Teller essen. Personal nicht vorhanden und alles super günstig.

Arrived past midnight and still the young gentleman at reception welcomed us with a smile and spoke perfect English with the children. The room was spotless, clean and tidy, despite the age of the fittings. We are becoming regulars, as we tend to stay here after a flight and before catching a ferry to the islands. Nikolakakis rooms is an option that has worked for us, every time. Looking forward to coming back on our next holiday in Greece.

The hotel is a local mom and pop business. The staff was friendly and pleasant to work with. This establishment was VERY CLEAN and offered distant breakfast buffet, I believe which is according to local appetite. The room is nothing fancy and the bathroom is small, toilet very close to walk in shower. The water was hot and the bathroom served its purpose. The location of the Hotel is very walk-able to various restaurants and stores.

It's basically the quality of a youth hostel or dormitory. The bed was so uncomfortable we could barely sleep. The bathroom smelled awful and the shower was filthy with mold in the crevices. People loudly raced around on motorcycles outside our window all night. The breakfast was terrible with canned fruit and packaged baked goods. We were just looking for a clean, functional room for our next-day Athens flight but we would have been better staying in Athens.

Just the job for an overnight before catching the ferry. Old school Greek, nothing flash but friendly and clean as a whistle. Excellent location near port and local restaurants though expect a few late banging beats from the busy bars on a Saturday night!

A really nice place to stay in Lavrio. I got in on the 6:30 am from Kea and was fortunate enough to have my room ready to go, so they let me check in at 8:30 am. It's pretty easy to access the port, is across the street from the KTEL Attika bus stop, and is very close to the main plateia in town. The facilities are pretty nice for the price (I was in a double bed with a balcony). If I need a place to stay in Lavrio, I will definitely come back here.

We stayed there overnight because it was walking distance to the cruise ship (Celestial). There were several restaurants nearby and the food was extraordinary where we dined. The rooms were really apartments with multiple beds and a kitchen. The bathroom was a little dated. Everything was really clean but they could definitely use an update to bathroom. The mattresses are rock hard and thin. Much like sleeping on a futon. Didn’t get much sleep.

We arrived early the first person we talked to was very kind and told us to come back in an hour we did and the new person was very mean and would not even try to help us out there was nothing to do in the town no where to go we tried coming back after 2 more hours and she still wouldn’t talk to us. We finally had her get us a cab to go to a sightseeing place and she had told the driver a different amount he almost had us leave the car in the middle of nowhere but worked something out by the time we made it back we could go into our room and the plugs were hanging out of the wall the air conditioning didn’t work the shower was horrible and not clean and the beds the most uncomfortable we had the entire time we traveled in Europe. I would never go back they were very rude and would not work with us at all and up charged us at every chance.

Great location, clean and comfortable room. Hosts Vasilia and Spiro were so helpful and went above and beyond to help us. They even gave us a late checkout and then held our luggage until we were ready to depart to catch our ferry. Highly recommend this property!!

We arrived in the middle of the night completely exhausted, and saw a street dog that the reception had let into the lobby. At 3am, that dog was non-stop barking in the hallway right outside of our door for 30 minutes. Other guests came out to try to intervene, but hotel staff seemingly did nothing. It was extremely frustrating, and we wish steps would've been taken to stop this incident or prevent it in the first place.

ITS clean but bathroom need rénovation (old damage). People are really kind. Happy to been here, but as a 2 stars hôtel, dont expect to have 4 stars installations. It was like it was supposed to be, with really good service and very good and varieted breakfast. Thanks !!
