Nice place to stay, relatively modern look. Was really happy and would stay again however there are a few annoying things...reception wasnt open hours it has on door and the internal number to get help wasnt working. Cleaners didnt speak english but were very friendly and polite mannered. Parking is limited which i didnt expect so ended up having to park on a busy street. Place itself is walking distance to riccarton mall, nice clean and comfortable

Units were very clean and cared for. Only disappointing factor would be no lifts for upstairs units, where one of our party members struggled to go upstairs and no downstairs units were available on the first two nights.

I Would Maybe Say The Parking Was Confusing, Carpark Was Full And Couldn't Park On Road Side, Did Ring Staff At 2am To Inquire Bout Parking And Staff Member Was Very Professional And Polite Even Tho The Time. We loved this adorable motel! Fresh and clean, very modern. Very comfortable beds. The water in the shower was INSTANTLY hot. We loved the look of the room - the tile work was beautiful. Would absolutely stay here again.

I loved how clean was our room, quiet, spacious. Happy with all of that, easy check-in... Perfect! But, Our shower head fell over and broke with no reason so when we came back to the room and noticed was already late(Saturday around 11pm) and they couldn't replace shower head or offer another room as service was already far away from the hotel. So, there was no shower for us and an early sign out in the morning as we had to reach home far North to Waikato.

We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite, good setup to have 2 bedrooms and a living area with kitchen. The rooms were clean but show some signs of wear and tear. The bedroom with 2 twin beds had a nice closet and suitcase stand, the bedroom with queen bed had only night tables-no place to put a suitcase. I had read that it was in a good location, close to the CBD, but we didn’t find that. It’s in a quiet area, but not close enough to walk to the CBD. There is parking, which is good.

Fresh, clean and well appointed, this motel ticked all our boxes in terms of what we want when we travel. The courteous, professional and uber-helpful staff/proprietor let me book in early, and even went so far as to ring me and let me know when our unit was ready. We will definitely be back. If you are looking for a place next to the train station, this would be perfect. Not big but has all the commodities you need and decent shower with good pressure. Bed are good. Staff really nice they waited for us almost 2 hours after check-in finish ( our train had issues and we were delayed arriving) we kept them informed and they were awesome.

Stayed one night after arriving on the scenic train, walking distance from the station. Top quality apartments finished to a really good standard and spotlessly clean. Well equipped kitchen area and beautiful bathroom. Easy walk to the Westfield shopping centre for everything you could need.

This was a great pick for our stay in Christchurch. It was close to the Railway Station, shopping ,eateries as well as the CBD area. I also was looking for somewhere that had self parking for free! Sometimes this is hard to find in cities! The staff were very welcoming. Our room was very well set up, clean, warm and comfy. The bathroom was a good size with great shower - would have been good to have shelves or something in the shower to put your things! Nice bed with good linen. The room was quiet even though it was on a main road. Highly recommend

The staff were amazing and let us store our luggage whilst we ventured into cbd. The breakfast menu was very reasonable. The rooms were immaculately serviced. Would just recommend a set of stronger dining chairs and the sofa/couch needs upgrading.

Reception upon arrival very good and friendly. Location excellent in terms of railway station, 15 minute walk, but if arriving late be aware restaurants locally shut around 9/ 9 30 pm. Bed very comfortable and facilities very good for our overnight stay. Only negative was communication was poor via hotels.com messgaing system.

A great location 30 minutes walk from city centre through Hagley Park. Ideal for anybody visiting for cricket. Also just 15NZD per person for a more than adequate breakfast, which will be delivered to the room the evening before.
