Overall, it was a good stay. The room was clean, but not spotless. The pool was very small.

The pool was out of use for half of our trip, no explanation as to when it would reopen.

Pool closed for maintenance for 2 days, only one working elevator. Room was comfortable, close to River walk.

Super long wait for elevators. One day of stay, elevators not working at all. Had to walk 8 flights of stairs a couple times. Lobby is on second floor, not street level. Waited 12 to 15 min for an elevator just to check in. Homeless everywhere when you step out of hotel.

The only thing to keep in mind is that it can take a bit of time for them to bring your car, even with the daily rate. Also, just a heads up. both elevators have a bit of a shake to them!

A terrible experience with the elevators , it was working only one and was very slow and crowded

Rooftop pool with poolside happy hour was great. Easy walk to the River Walk.

The hotel itself is nice. Very good location. The hotel staff were very friendly, our issue was with the valet service. The level of service with the valets is ridiculous. We waited on our vehicle for 40 minutes one day, and an hour on another. For this reason alone, we will not stay at this hotel again.

Very clean and comfortable. Felt secure. The valet service was great and the guys were super friendly and helpful! The rooftop offers a superb view at night! And perfect location to the best places on the Riverwalk.

the location to the riverwalk was excellent the Vallet was horrible, minimum wait 36 minutes.

Great clean modern hotel in centre of San Antonio 5mins walk from Riverwalk and all the history walkable within a couple of hours in centre. Well work seeing the Cathedral and the Vietnam vets memorial and you must do a boat ride!

It has great location, nearby to the Riverwalk and the Alamo. Valet parking people where great! We arrive at night and tired and they totally nail it helping. Lobby and restaurant are pretty clean and modern, check-in was pretty easy, but the coffee machine was broken at the lobby. I had 2 rooms, and we have problems in both. One has torn carpet at the entrance and OMG the shower was totally dirty, there was hair everywhere! trash and dirt keep coming out of the bathtub drain circle when you turn on the shower. On the other room, the plugs didn´t work and the shower situation was mainly the same. In the morning the waiter was pretty rude, his responses where really rough and he gave us the bill when we where just sitting in a buffet style breakfast?

This hotel was unclean. It has a shortage of housekeepers. My room was not cleaned thoroughly. The room smelled terribly. Worst of all, I found a used condom in the room. Despite this, kudos to the managerial staff for their effort to address my complaint.

Bedroom blinds didn’t work so there was light coming in all night. The noises were loud from outside of the hotel as well. We could hear every car passing by or music being played. As well as the noises in the nearby rooms. (Door slamming) There was no shampoo in the shower. Dirty sheets. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

I would not recommend this hotel. First off, upon checking in, we were told that they only clean the rooms every other day. However, when our day came for cleaning, it was never done, even though I called the front desk twice. I had to request toilet paper and towels when it became apparent that they were not going to clean the room. No apology-whoever answered the call at the front desk even hung up on me. The pool was the other issue-it is filthy. The water is murky-it clearly is not being serviced the way it should be. It's also extremely small. Finally, the parking is valet only- at $42 a day. You have to send a text to request your car, and we waiting up to 20 minutes for our car. Go to the Hyatt Regency Riverwalk instead-much nicer and cleaner with friendly staff.

Valet took 45 minutes to retrieve my vehicle...which i had to stop to ask them and thats the only reason i got it. The reception/coffee area was filthy. The bathroom had someone elses hair all over it when i checked in. The coffee maker did not work.

I really enjoyed my stay, the location of the property is very good. Bad thing the beds are too soft and there is a side of the building that faces a bar, windows are not sealed so there is a lot of noise in the room

My Mother and I decided to stay here pretty last minute, little bit pricey but the place seemed decent. The cost of valet was a bit steep but the whole area was. While one lady at the front desk was an AMAZING help I wish I could say the same about the rest. Our experience with the valet was a solid 1/10. The link they send you to ask for your car stopped working after night one, that was later found out to happen because they had connected my car to someone else by spelling my last name wrong. As well as they did not fix it for the next two nights. Requesting your car was about a 20 minute wait and we would have to call down to get the car requested, just for them to not even go get the car until we were standing outside wondering what the long wait was and they then proceeded to get my keys and go get the car. When the car did finally arrive it smelled of cigarettes when I am definitely not a smoker. When asking the valet for help with requesting the car the man insisted I was doing it Wrong and not paying attention to the correct link, so he wanted to show me on my phone and when I was still correct he said he couldn’t changed that and oh well. Now the room - we had a standard king room, bed was comfy and house keeping was clean. The blinds were broken and we needed to call someone to come fix them so we could open the shades. They did come quick and fix it but it didn’t hold and was broken again by next morning but it wasn’t worth the fight.

Good location, rooms were rather small. It was just alright to me

Room was ths size of a postage stamp and over looked an alley. Front desk clerk told me all their rooms are small. Air conditioner was old fashioned kind in the window and did not keep up with Texas humidity. If you are allergic to dogs, this is a "pet friendly" hotel.

Hotel is in a very convenient spot. Airport is no more than 15 minutes away. Riverwalk is only a few minute walk along with a small shopping center, bars, and other activities. The rooftop pool is nice but very small, they also have a bartender up there for a few hours which is nice. Did not get a chance to try the hotel bar/restaurant so nothing to say there. I will say the rooms are small. The bathroom is basically have the room. When I looked at the initial picture on Expedia the room looked very spacious so I was confused when we opened the door. I then called down to the desk and she said they were a standard room hotel. I went back on Expedia just to see that the other pictures on here were the actual room. So don’t be like me and assume the king bed is the bigger room showed. Other than that there is not much else to say besides when I had to call 3 times over the span of 6 hours just for washcloths.

Property was easy to find and check in was easy. Room was comfortable, bed slept well, only thing I could complain about is that the curtain didn’t close completely and the morning sun found the only crack to come through, which happened to be right across the head of the bed where we slept.

Close to Riverwalk. Great rooftop pool. Noisy at night. Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff was great. Friendly parking attendants.

Prime location. Room was small and we had some issues with the toilet but maintenance came and fixed the issue. The room did smell a bit musty and ac didn’t blow very well but we made it work. The staff members were really nice & valets did a really good job. Overall the lobby was clean, pool area was nice, and the stay was fine.

Really enjoyed my stay! The staff was so friendly and kind. Angel at the front desk was very accommodating. Will stay here again when I come back to San Antonio! 😊

Loved it! Everyone was super friendly and I will definitely be staying here next time. The Valet workers were great and handled my car with care. 10/10 to the front desk staff as well. Hope to see you guys on my next trip, thank you!

On two occasions during our stay, the staff did not check our car in and we could not request the car in their app. We had to go down to the valet area to personally request the car and upon checkout we had to wait over 40 minutes.

The Hilton property and staff were excellent. Definitely booking this hotel in the future! Jonathan was amazing at the front desk! 5 star service at valet parking, too!

Overall, our stay was pleasant. The location of the hotel is very conveniently located to the riverwalk, restaurants, stores and shops. I would like to say that the valet service was excellent and staff was very friendly

Terrible check in experience. Notified them we were rerouted by airline and would not be arriving until 6 am. They gave away our prepaid room and told us that we could not check in again until 3 pm. Front desk staff rude and ignorant

Crystal at the front desk at night was very personable. Guests are charged $42 each night for overnight valet service. Day one we texted to get our vehicle and we went downstairs and our car was there, but no key and no personnel. We waited over 10 minutes for someone to show up. When we brought the car back for the night, no one was there. We had to park the car ourselves, then bring the key to the front desk. If you are going to charge for a service like valet, you should provide it without people having to wait or hunt someone down.

Overall my stay was ok, but the service upon arrival was disappointing. I arrived to check in at the hotel about 2AM. There was no one at the front desk to check me in. There was no one to call as no one was answering. It took the clerk 45 minutes to return to his post at the front desk. Upon his arrival, he had a plastic bag full of beer cans. I can assume he was collecting cans or drinking beer during his shift. I understand staff is limited at the time of my arrival, but there was still a lot of guest traffic in the hotel.

Perfect location for walking to the River Walk, the Alamo and all of the shops around the Alamo, River Walk and hotel neighborhood. Especially liked sitting on the lobby balcony at night listening to the music from Devils River Distillery across the street and the view from the rooftop pool and sitting area.

Bar was not open till 5 pm and restaurant times were open till 10 am and did not reopen till 5pm. Did have a nice view from the top floor pool area

we had a great day for our conference and then we decided to grab a bite and some drinks downstairs maybe Barton and Becky and she made the night an amazing experience

The only major dissatisfaction that I had was there was never any fresh coffee in the lobby. You were required to purchase all drinks. We were not given an option to purchase a breakfast voucher. The saving grace was the bartender! He gave us tips and where to go for snacks and extra coffee without leaving the hotel in early hours as I am an early riser and did not want to wake my husband. I was discouraged at not having fresh coffee in lobby.

We were there during the big Microsoft computer outage and I was so impressed with the whole staff and the service! It was slightly inconvenient to have to go to the lobby to ask for someone to let you into your room all weekend, but staff handled it promptly and with a smile. Hotel was beautiful, rooms were clean and location was perfect, close to Riverwalk. There were a few cons: overnight valet parking was $42 with no option to self park, which was insane. Their website said they had a poolside bar but they didn’t, and also said they served dinner in the restaurant but I saw no evidence of that either. The food in their on-site convenience store was pricey ($6 for a small bag of chips!!). All that said though, their service and location were terrific. I’d stay there again, but I’d definitely wait for a really cheap deal and bring my own snacks!

Great stay! Family friendly breakfast buffet that was hot and fast for our hungry one year old. Made to order omlettes were delicious! Waitress was so nice to our little ones at breakfast; housekeeping made up the bed and even put our little elmo we brought in the middle of the bed as a surprise! Very sweet! Parking service was fast and helped us load everything it was great! We were able to walk everywhere with our stroller. I highly recommend!

Had a great stay, and then we went to the bar and had a wonderful time there and the bartender. Becky was amazing.

Great location near Riverwalk. Friendly and attentive staff. Good breakfast buffet. A little older but rooms have been updated.

From the time we pulled in to the time we left, everyone was so friendly and did an amazing job! You can tell they really enjoyed their jobs! The breakfast was delicious and the room was clean and comfortable as always!
