I just spent 10 days here during a 14 week long tour China, Japan and South Korea. It was by far the best hospitality I had during my entire trip. Every single member of staff was absolutely amazing. I can't recommend this place enough. I've already planned my next trip there for next year. The rooms were huge, the view stunning and food excellent.

Great spot for exploring Yangshuo! Free bikes on site, and reception made renting an electric scooter incredibly easy. Great breakfast, the laundry service was convenient (but pricey!), and the in-room massages were a huge plus after long days exploring the area. Would definitely recommend! Thank you!!!

Free bicycles was good as you can go downtown in 10 mins or just visit the villages around the river, there is an excellent restaurant just 3 mins away along the river. The part of town near the hotel is nicer than the touristy west street. There is a construction about 300 m opposite to the hotel which affects the view negatively and a lot of trucks pass by the hotel at the moment but I guess after 2-3 month it will be a better situation. Restaurant in hotel has surprisingly perfect western food, tried various pasta and pizzas.

We have stayed at The Bamboo Leaf twice. The rooms are clean and spacious. The restaurant on the upper floor has delicious food of countries around the world. Breakfast is included with a limited selection, but is good. The shuttle is available to take guests to West Street, as well as to the river light show “Impressions”. The staff is friendly and helpful, securing tickets for us to the light show, helping when a family member got sick in the middle of the night, and offering help with booking tours. We would stay there again if we return to Yangshuo.
