Not a good place very out dated pool was dirty and smelled so bad like chlorine it burned your eyes and swimming definitely burned carpet was very dirty and someone had their truck broken in to over night

Non refundable and they definitely meant it. Have to pay for parking but no garage or security just an extra charge for no reason. Room was big and free breakfast included. However, sound insulation was really bad between rooms. I would try another hotel instead of booking these

Carpet in the room and hallway heavily stained. A fee to park in the parking lot is ludicrous. Poor craftsmanship in rooms... Hole in table top cut with a jigsaw or similar to get plug through the top for the lamp, microwave carousel not correct, bathroom tissue dispenser bent. Water pressure severely low in the shower.

Our room was so dirty. We had actual poop on our sheets and when I went to tell the front desk they said all they can go do is give me new sheets and not to put the poop ones in the hall until the morning. When I went back to change the sheets MYSELF, I noticed our mini fridge wasn’t working. I have a 1yr old that still drinks milk from his sippy once a day. I went back to ask for a new fridge or room and the woman told me they’re all sold out and they don’t carry extra fridges. The next morning my husband arrived since we did a day earlier and he went to complain himself and a young man offered to store our milk in their fridge or he can send a new one to the room. So apparently they do have new ones “upstairs”. When they went to replace it the lady that inspected the fridge said that’s the highest setting and their quality of fridges have never been great. So once again we go to the front desk and there’s another woman this time and we ask her to store the milk and she said we should’ve never been offered that because they can get in trouble for sharing a fridge with the guests. Don’t book here.

I like to stay at Hilton hotels. The hotel was clean but on the morning we were to check out, I woke up and found a cockroach the size of my thumbnail on the floor. We squashed it with a boot and notified the manager. Sophie told us that was strange to see it on such a high floor (4th). Would’ve been nice if they would’ve at least comped the night instead of telling us that.

When we arrived about 7pm the check in process was so smooth and the receptionist that greeted me was very friendly. She answered all my questions and even provided information about breakfast and parking as well as other amenities. I had no issues at check in. Upon getting into the room, I went to the restroom and noticed hair in the drain and on the floor as if it was not cleaned that day. The shower was a roll in shower as I had my mother with me. There were marks on the walls and stains but I’m assuming because it’s an outdated hotel. I did not mention it to the front desk as I was tired from driving and just wanted to rest. The beds were comfortable no issues there. The room had a fridge and microwave. Overall the stay was okay. The breakfast had the basic egg, bacon or sausage and potatoes. Then other food stations. It was not as bad as it sounds, had I brought the cleanliness of the room to their attention I hope they would have rectified the issue.

Check-in and check out was quick and easy. The room was dirty upon arrival. Requested someone come in the next day to at least wipe down the bath room, but that didn’t happen. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Parking area isn’t secure as it’s right next to businesses with high traffic. Multiple vehicles were broken into on the last night. I don’t utilize hotels often, but wouldn’t book this location in the future.

Room did not feel clean. Carpet and chairs and couch were discolored (black around edges of furniature, floor looked dirty). Towels (face and hand) hanging in the shower were wet...housekeeping never came by once. Gym was actually pretty decent.

Check in was good. The restaurant in front of the property had a car show, revving car engines until well after 10 and sketchy people. The property location itself was good. The best thing about this was the breakfast options. The biggest issue here is the facility itself has very thin walls. We heard everything despite the real noise not being too loud. I was getting cheap apartment vibes. We were on floor 2 and we heard every footstep above us. Difficult to sleep for this reason.

This hotel is fine, it's in a weird location but met our needs. We are Hilton rewards members and didn't get the "rewards" that our other party members did. It was just snacks but a bummer to not get. Our room was on the 1st floor and at night it sounded like someone was knocking on our door but it was coming from upstairs. It was awful but we managed.

I liked it was quiet and lots of options to eat around the area, bed was comfortable and internet was faster than I expected 60mbs. And lots of things to watch on tv. Definitely making this my need to getaway hotel going forward!

Friendly staff, great looking modern room. Beds - hmmmm. When you sit on them and you can hear the metal coil spring, that is not good. The bed was ok for 1 night, however long term, that bed needs to be made for comfort

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was wonderful. The only issues we had was the toilet was so low to the ground and having surgery recently that was an issue. Another thing was the bed was so hard and it dipped in middle. We liked the location. We will be staying here in the future.

front desk staff were rude - brittney and crystal - they had stated parking would be an additional $60 when it was only $4- expedia intervened and assisted but when i left front desk my friend checked in and they didn’t know she know me and she heard them say they hoped i left the hotel and would not decide to stay because i contacted expedia on hidden fees

Arrived to a room with a nonfunctioning toilet. Front desk said someone would come to look at it. That did not happen. Next morning, again, stated someone would come look at it. I am gone all day for work-return at 7pm and toilet still not working. I was having to use the hallway restroom. Next morning-told the same thing and guess what? NO ONE EVER CAME. When I told the front desk, they should comp part of my room or give me a free stay since I had to use the hallway toilet for 3 days-she laughed at me. This hotel is in disrepair and the staff don't care. HORRIBLE experience.

We stay at Hampton Inn often and have stayed at this one multiple times in the past and never had any issues. My wife was mostly upset with a rude front desk worker. One morning, she showed up one minute late for breakfast and asked if she could at least have a small cup of orange juice, but the lady told her only if she was willing to pay for it. Also, the hotel allowed cars and trucks to park under the canopy as well as in a no parking/fire zone area even though there were plenty of parking spaces in the back of the hotel. When my wife told this front desk worker about how we had a hard time passing through to get to the back, this same front desk worker didn't care and seemed upset that we even brought it up.

Found a cockroach in the room and front desk took it out just as if it’s a natural occurrence. When ask if she can moved as to a different room, she flatly told me they are fully booked and not even apologetic and gave us the attitude that we disturbed her peaceful night at work. I was suspicious that she killed it and when I told her that she told me to come down and see it for myself when I was already in my jammers. She even flatly denied that she will have our bedding's changed when she stepped on our bed to get the cockroach on the wall. Much less to say, we came back to a room not made and with no clean towels. I would’ve let it go had she shown us that she’s apologetic and have treated us nicely. I will never go back to this hotel ever nor would I recommend a cockroach infested hotel with a rude front desk lady.

Unfortunately, my overall stay was terrible because of the noise coming from the bar next door. It sounded like a drag strip—people doing donuts and revving their engines until 2 a.m. If I wanted terrible sleep, I could’ve just slept in my car. You book a hotel to get rest, and that wasn’t possible here. To be fair, the noise issue isn’t directly the property’s fault, and the staff was friendly and the hotel itself was clean. However, if you’re looking for a peaceful night’s sleep, I’d recommend looking at other locations.

The room was great it was clean and exactly what you’d expect, very comfortable. I have no complaints with that. The main thing that worries me is the food. They have complementary breakfast offered and so I wanted to eat the yogurt offered, and out of 4 separate containers of yogurt, 3 had mold in them, and when asked about it they could only offer me fruit instead. I didn’t want to make a scene so I stopped complaining, I don’t think they did anything about it and I hope they do, if I wasn’t looking I could’ve ate it and gotten seriously ill, I don’t blame the hotel, I just wish something could’ve been done to help fix this and me not wanting to ever eat yogurt again.

Convenient enough for my daughter to visit from Lackland AFB. There was limited contact with staff, but check-in and check-out were easy. Housekeeping was pleasant to deal with. Breakfast was good for being included and a variety was offered day to day.

It was a nice stay with helpful and polite staff. Enjoyed the hospitality. Breakfast was included and had a nice variety, loved the Texas shaped waffles and coffee bar!! Pool was heated but did have a little to much chlorine over all very happy and would visit again.

The breakfast scrambled eggs and potatoes were salty. The biscuits were doughy. Front desk staff was quick to help and friendly. Carpet in the room needed to be replaced. It was very worn and stained. Pool was nice and it was clean with plenty of towels available.

This was the hotel recommended for the seven on seven sporting event we attended. It was a great price, very comfortable bed, clean, quiet, and a breakfast with a lot of variety. A great day!
