Royal Hideaway Corales Beach - Adults Only

Pros: * Gorgeous room with great turndown service. No notes. * Two really nice pools with good service. * Friendly staff. Cons: * Not enough staff at breakfast. Coffee sometimes arrived after breakfast was finished. Probably my biggest complaint. Just get good coffee to me quickly. Coffee machines put out dish water. Awful. * Couldn’t book restaurants. Tried booking one (non Michelin) on Monday but it was booked Tues and Wed and closed Thurs and Friday. Mostly had to eat off the property. * Staff struggled to recommend any restaurants locally “this area has all the food you’d have in your country” when asked to suggest a restaurant. * Concierge texts to say ask about anything then when you text they say they are unavailable. * The standard food (non Michelin) is inconsistent. eg Chicken burger at the pool €18 no fries. Chicken burger in room €18 with fries. No explanation. When asked they say “it’s been like that for a year”. * Beer comes in a giant wine glass with a very high center of gravity. Blows over in the wind. * They want you to always use the app to order food. If you need to ask for anything specific they will say they will call you back but don’t. Then you have to keep calling. When they turn up with room service they have ignored your request and say they can come back but are very busy. * Asked for late checkout. They said they would try and call us. They didn’t. When we asked on the last day they say they couldn’t. Would be better to either say no

Toppen frukost, underbart spa/massage, härliga poolområden, underbar personal, sköna sängar i fräscha och rena rum. Tre michelinrestauranger på området dessutom

Everything was great - food, facilities, service and if anyone wants to use Tenerife Top Training centre, it is in easy walking distance

Personal sehr freundlich. Whirlpool brauchte technsichen Sachverstand, um dem Abfluss zu reparieren, so dass das Wasser in dem Pool blieb. Die Türe zum Zugang zur Terrasse fiel am beim schließen aus dem Rahmen, ca. 150 KG schwer, ich habe diese noch gefangen, und dann wieder einbauen lassen. SPA Bereich ist top. Lokal San Ho extrem gut. Aber der Preis passt nicht zum Gesamteindruck. Auch gab des für das Türthema keinerlei "Ersatz" - nur die Frage "haben Sie sich nicht verletzt?"
