Was a brilliant place to stay! So close to the train and easy access to a number to of convenience stores! The room was fantastic - we had a connecting room and the bathrooms were of a decent size! The availability of bathroom products on level 2 made things really easy! The area was quiet and the beds were really comfortable. The rooms size was small but we made it work! We used the laundry and it cleaned and dried the clothes well. All in all we throughly enjoyed staying here!

The hotel is in a small skyscreaper, only 2 slow elevators on the groud floor, access is from a lateral road with no sidewalk that can be dangerus for incoming car traffic. Labby is on the 2nd floor, staff is polite an available to accomodate guast request such as leaving some luggages while waiting the chackin hours. Room as always is very small but clean with confortable bed that can accomodate two. Bathroom is clean and shower has plenty of hot water. Our view was on another building so not much to say. Breackfast is good in the nearby bar, we suggest you to book it with your room, it has some Japan food and most of continental choices

The hotel was an amazing deal for the price. The room was very spacious enough for 5 big suitcases. The room was super clean and had extra trash bags. The Staff was also very nice and helped with the automated check-in when it glitched and also assisted in shipping my bags to the next destination. When I come back I’ll definitely consider stay here again. Just be aware if you’re fat you won’t fit on the toilet. Also the coin laundry worked well but you might need to use the dry cycle a few times if you do a big load

This property had comfortable rooms and it was conveniently located as a Tokyo base for any tourist. Roppongi area seems to have a busy night life yet the hotel has procedures to keep all guests safe. Also, the staff tries to communicate in English if they know you are struggling with Japanese language. The front desk has many amenities for guests to take to their rooms and that was extremely convenient. Thank you so much for a lovely stay Sotetsa Fresa Inn Roppongi. The only thing which seems to be standard in Tokyo is that the rooms could be smaller than what you may be used to yet they are comfortable.

Great location relative to transport, terrible hotel. Dirty, smelled bad, rooms were incredible small and too expensive for Tokyo standards. DO NOT stay here for longer than a day or two if absolutely necessary! Avoid if you can!

Hotel is located in a convenient location near roppongi train station. There were many eateries and cafes in the areas. Staff were polite and pleasant, amenities were not too bad for the price and place was really clean. Overall good value for money

I like the property very much. However, finished washing was holding up the washing machine, I asked a member of staff to give me a basket so I could remove the items, she said she had to do it. She spoke English. I thanked her 3 times, with no acknowledgement. That was rude. The extractor above the bath was clugged up with heavy fluff particles. I wiped the cage, but couldn't wipe inside.

A wonderful stay. Super close to subway lines and lots of tasty restaurants! They had a bunch of free amenities to grab in case we had forgotten something and staff was so accommodating and friendly! My sister and I loved our stay here. The staff also spoke English fairly well, which was very nice. I also loved the digital check in!

The carpets were dingy, the walls were all scuffed with luggage marks the room was tiny( that was expected but they could’ve created more room by getting rid of the bulky tv cabinet and added floating shelves to accommodate luggage space. I was not happy with their customer service. We have a nut allergy and most places keep nuts separated, but when we went down and asked which items had nuts in it we realized that nuts were touching other foods or were at risk of being cross contamination (bread, cereals, eggs). As we had not eaten or sat down, we went to reception to ask for a refund. The manager didn’t want to accommodate us nor was he compassionate of the situation. He don’t understand the severity of the allergy. Needless to say we didn’t get a refund for 1890 x2 and we just walked away to have coffee elsewhere.

Muito bem localizado! Perfeito, único problema é o tamanho do quarto, minúsculo (como esperado). Tem várias amenities, uma family mart a 2 minutos, estação de metrô a 2 minutos e uma don quijote pertinho também! Super movimentado a noite, mas não é barulhento. Estadia excelente! Muito próximo à estação de metrô e de uma konbini Family Mart. Hotel extremamente conveniente. Os quartos de fato são um pouco menos para os padrões ocidentais, mas creio que isso é uma característica de todas as hospedagens de Tóquio. O serviço de quarto é bom, não excepcional.
