Rooms are a bit squeezy but the location is great and the staff wonderful. Free coffee all day, free alcohol and udon in the evening, nice Japanese breakfast included makes really good value.

Great location for getting around. Loved that they keep a lot of amenities in the front so you can take what you need (toothbrush, face mask etc)

Cute little place that is tucked in a smaller street. Staff were very friendly and nice, they can speak fairly good English and we're very helpful. Beside the check in counter is a table of free basic needs like toiletries, accessories, drinks, ect. We really like this approach as this cut downs on waste and we only need to take what we need. The downstairs lobby provide free soba at set time and assortment of beverage and sake for free.

The location is superb. Really close to the Takaracho Station. Literally A3 exit, walk straight and the first right turn. The hotel entrance is in the ally. The Google map direction is a little off. If you have an really big check-in bag. Take a cab. Or use A4 exit instead. At least some part of it has escalator. Family Mart is just around the corner and 7-11 is just about 1 more minute walk from there. They are like my lifeline when the day got late, especially when I was fighting jetlag. The free soba and free sake every night at the lobby is the bomb. Love it. The room and the neighborhood is really quiet and nice during the night. Even though the room really doesn't have a view but you are in Tokyo, go outside. The room & the bathroom could be small for some Americans. If you are 6 feet+, you may really need to find other places. Awesome for solo travelers or maybe a couple. My room is the smallest of them all. So I can't say for other rooms but mine is really 1 bed with shower room. Exactly as described and in the photos. The staffs are well trained professional and very courteous. They have 1 washing and drying machine. ¥300 each and you don't need to buy detergent. They come with it. You can do washing and drying in 1 cycle in about 2 hrs. Everything is automatic. So if you have something can't be dry. Just do the wash and do the dry manually.

Nice hotel, very friendly staff. Not all spoke English but all very friendly. They can use translate device as needed. Room is small and narrow, nice small bathroom with tub. Comfortable. Clean and crisp bedding and towels. Cleaning every 4 days but can get new towels as needed. Drinks like coffee tea water all day long available for free. At night sake and plum wine. Location by Tokyo station and subway around the corner. Perfect location with shopping and restaurants nearby.

Small but convenient rooms and n a great location close to Tokyo Station and Kyobashi subway station. A welcoming social area on the ground floor serves the breakfast and also hot and cold drinks, and snacks. Complementary toiletries etc are available to help yourself to at Reception.

2023.12.11-13　ビジネス目的で利用 目的地に大変近く、立地は最高。 地下鉄の駅からも近く、周辺にコンビニや飲食店があり利便性は抜群です。 評価が分かれるところですが、フリーのドリンクバーも便利。お弁当を買ってきてその場で温められるのは食費を節約したい人には良いでしょう。 シングルの部屋は狭く、大きな荷物だと広げるのに工夫が必要です。 机も狭くて作業スペースは不足します。 クリンリネスも徹底されていません。畳を丸く掃く感じの清掃で隅に埃が堆積。作り付けの格子棚やハンガー上の棚も埃が残っていて、使う前にウエットティッシュで掃除しました。洗面所のドア蝶番の上には埃が堆積、細部には全く気を使っていないことが伺えます。 何よりも問題なのは非常階段付近の整理整頓。１Ｆ付近は雑多にモノが置かれていて通るのに苦労します。 今回の宿泊では、チェックアウト前に何度も非常ベルが鳴るトラブルがあり、エレベータも停止。外に出る手段が非常階段しか見当たらず、非常階段でおりましたが、荷物を持つ手をどこかにぶつけてケガをしてしまいました。

Trevligt hotell med bra läge. Mycket trevlig och serviceinriktad personal. Rummet var litet, men motsvarade absolut förväntningarna. Rent både i rummet, badrummet och på övriga ytor på hotellet. Ingen lukt i badrummet och ej heller röktlukt på hotellet. Bra AC! Det är inget superlyxigt, men är man som jag som mest vill ha någonstans att sova och eget badrum så kan jag absolut rekommendera!

ユニットバス？洗面台？どちらかの排水溝から、少しかび臭い匂いがあり、不快でした。 あと、洗面台の排水が悪くつまり気味だった様子です。 ベッドも広く清潔でしたし、内装も落ち着いていて素敵でした。 それだけに残念でした。

ウォシュレットが作動せず。 風呂のカーテンにカビ。 スタッフは笑顔で対応も良い。

Good location close to a lot of metro stations. Staff are great and lots of complimentary items to offer. However the rooms are tiny, I wouldn't recommend it for more than a single person. The head of the bed is right next to the window and the curtains are light, so light and cold air goes directly onto your head. Barely enough room to open a suitcase.

Room was extremely small but well equipped. Breakfast was disappointing as we had exactly the same for our 5 mornings. Staff was courteous with Japanese rigidity: Our room may be ready earlier but check-in at 3PM sharp must be respected. Check out at 10PM was too early.

Note that I am from Canada and this was our 1st stay in Japan. Hotel location is excellent and 12 minute walk to Tokyo station and only 2min to other train lines. We were greeted upon arrival and toiletries are free to take/use. Loved the toothbrush and mini paste! Our room was tiny by Cdn standards. There was maybe 7 inches from the bed to the wall, just enough to open my luggage. The bathroom was tiny and we made it work. When I say tiny, I mean it’s less than the size of a twin bed. If you have mobility issues and use a cane or walker, you will not fit. I’m 5 feet and my hubby is 6 ft 3 and had a hard time showering. The staff are nice and we had free udon one night and always grabbed coffee in the morning. As 2 easy going and fit adults, this was fine for us but if you’re used to a North American hotel such as base model Hilton or Marriott, this is likely going to disappoint.

Good location a short walk from Tokyo Station and just beside 2 different train lines, making getting around a breeze. Rooms are small but pretty standard for central Tokyo. If you are a tall person you will find it a squeeze. But everything is clean and comfortable. There is some free food and drinks in the lobby in the evenings. Staff is very polite.

Location was excellent (8 minute walk to Tokyo Station, 2 minutes Takaracho Station, 5 minutes Kyobashi or Ginza-itochome Stations, all three of the major convenience stores within 8 minutes walk). Staff are English speaking, very polite and helpful. Room is spacious enough for two people, by Tokyo standards, although bathroom is quite cramped. Plenty of amenities provided at the front desk. Overall a good place to rest before our flight back to the US.

スタッフの対応、荷物の預かり、朝食色々いいところありました。しかしWi-Fiがあるのに繋がりが悪い、ネット環境の悪さでマイナスです。一回のフリースペースはバッチリだったので一階でWi-Fiを使いました｡チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってもらえ、何度も出入りしても笑顔で迎えてもらえました。また見送りも外まで出てもらえました。

The Hotel SUI is a property that carries the ABEST brand. While it is centrally located in the Kyobashi area of Ginza, the property is a long but paved walk from the Tokyo Station Yaesu exit. Make sure you factor in the walking time of around 20-30min when planning for departure journeys to trains and the airport. On check-in, we encountered a major problem. The room originally assigned to us on the top 9th floor was checked-in by reception to another guest. Of course, we were not happy with the stuff-up since this error may have resulted in security breaches and mistaken identity issues. However, I would have rated this property a 4 out of 5. The reception staff was very apologetic and went out of his way to rectify the situation to our satisfaction, e.g. complimentary drinks from the bar. During our two-nights stay, food and drinks were provided in abundance. Worthy of note, the Japanese-style breakfast was personally prepared fresh and hot by hotel staff. Our room located on the fourth floor was quite small by Australian standards but was good enough for a comfortable night of sleep after a hectic day of activities. We had peaceful and quiet nights, and had no issues with outside noise. The wi-fi connection was easy to access and fast for a small hotel of about 37 rooms. Overall, I recommend this property for budget travellers who want to get the most out of their hard-earned money.

Excellent location, between 2 different train lines, and a short walk from Tokyo station and the main shopping street at Ginza. Rooms are small but that is expected for Tokyo. Staff speak English and are very polite.

Great location, rooms tight but just what alll needed for staying in Tokyo. Really easy to get to trains and link to airport direct only 45 min away. Will stay again

The property was close to Asakusa Line and GINZA line which I love. Also walking around the area gave me more option for places to go and restaurants for me to pick that is not crowded but quality is top notch. Walkable to Tsukiji Market and the shopping district is very near. Felt safe and very quiet at night too. We will come back here for sure.

清潔でした。シャワールームが使いやすかったです。 朝食のお茶漬けがおいしかったです。

スタッフの対応も良く、アメニティでシートマスク等が頂けたのは嬉しかったです。 朝食は、明太子茶漬け、副菜も充実して美味しく頂きました。 又東京に来た際は、こちらを利用したいと思いました。 ありがとうございます。
