We loved it. The robots were sweet, they don't do much but i miss them now i have checked out. The hotel is located next to Shintomicho station and just a few minutes walk to Tsukiji station, giving access to most of Tokyo including Disneyland in around 30 minutes. It's a quiet neighbourhood. They have coin laundry facilities. Think it was ¥500 to wash and drying ¥200 per 20 mins.

The robot concept is limited to the two affixed models at the check in. There is nothing else different from the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised with the included breakfast and food available all day. I appreciated the laundry facilities. The room was clean and maintained We loved pizza Salvatore around the corner.

welcomeドリンクは子供達食べれるお菓子あり、18時からのアルコール提供は種類が豊富でよかった。雨だったため靴が濡れたが靴乾燥機も貸出OKであったので助かりました。 製氷機やコインランドリーもあり、隣に買い物する場所もあるのでとても良かった！ 部屋も広く、ユニットバスでは無かったのでゆっくりお風呂に入れた。 改善して欲しい点はお風呂のタイルの溝やパッキンのカビ、あと廊下、フロントなどがとても寒かったので、気温に合わせた空調をお願いしたい。

Hotel was good. Rooms are fairly large compared to most in Tokyo. Bathroom was a little small but manageable. There was a steam closet in room, which was great for clothing freshen up. There are 2 stations within easy walking distance and plenty of restaurants, multiple convenience stores and a grocery store close by. The Lobby has multiple lockers for luggage, should you need to store prior to check in or check out. There is a lounge area that offers breakfast & beverages throughout the day, including a mix your own cocktail at night. There is a scooter hire located directly outside hotel too.

L'hotel est bien situé dans un quartier calme et accessible en transport. la première chose qui surprend est l'accueil avec les automates/robots. C'est pratique mais un peu loin du service irréprochable à la japonaise. Le petit déjeuner et les encas sont à volonté mais ils pourraient être meilleurs avec des fruits et un peu plus de choix. le service de bagage est très bien, les casiers avec code sont très pratiques.

Loved this little hotel. In japanese it means "weird hotel" apparently. But there is nothing wierd about it unless you include the robot check-out girls. These are strange. Couldnt fault the hotel. Breakfast was a bit basic but adequate and we didnt know at the time of booking that it is basically all inclusive. Breakfast, tea coffee and biscuits all day, evening there was a huge display of liqueurs and whisky. Just help your self

Gostamos de passar a noite, os staff são muito gentis, um deles parecia gostar de crianças, interagiu com minhas filhas. O hotel tem um ótima localização, tem estação de trem a 2 quadras, o café da manhã bem servido( tinha leite de soja também), limpo. Pontos fracos são que o quarto é pequeno para 4 pessoas, mesmo sendo 2 crianças) e a disposição das camas tivemos que adaptar para que minhas filhas dormissem e não caíssem da cama, só tem 2 vagas no estacionamento do hotel ( não reservam, se não tiver vaga eles indicam um estacionamento a algumas quadras do hotel). Apesar disso voltaríamos a nos hospedar!

Das Zimmer war top sauber, die Lage des Hotels sehr gut und ruhig, Supermärkte und Restaurants in direkter Nachbarschaft, Metrostationen ebenfalls nach wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die netten Annehmlichkeiten wie Frühstück, Teatime und Drinks am Abend haben wir sehr genossen. Einzig die Matratzen in den Betten waren viel zu hart, das Schlafsofa ist für einen Erwachsenen nicht geeignet.

Oh man, the beds and the pillows did my back in. The bed was so hard, the pillows were lumpy. But - the hotel was clean, good location, the breakfast was basic but convenient and the cookies and cocktail hour were a bonus. As for the robots at reception - I saw them have a whole convo with some other people in Japanese but they hardly interacted with us - maybe they don't speak English? We tried the LG styler - not certain it actually did anything but the machine madesome noises while it was running... little supermarket next door was well stocked and handy. There are laundry facilities and vending machines on the first floor but we didn't use them. We were on the 8th floor - nice and quiet and good blockout blinds.

This is definitely not a three star property. I would not have booked here if it was accurately rated. The halls were lined in dust. If you stay multiple days they only clean your room every three days. In the room it says laundry is 300 yen a load. When you go down to do the laundry with change in hand, you have to have 500 yen. I told the front desk of the error. They are aware but have not changed their forms in the guest room. Breakfast is very small- yogurt, frozen thawed fruit and individually wrapped bread. Bread tastes not a good as the breads sold in 7 11 or Lawsons. I wish we did not stay here. By the way the robot is totally a gimmick and does nothing. I recommend finding another hotel.

Zimmer war, Tokio angemessen, sehr klein. Mit vier Koffern war das sehr sportlich. Ansonsten war alles da, was man benötigt. Sehr sauber, nettes Personal, sehr ruhig. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

距離地鐵有樂町線新富町站一分鐘跟日比谷線築地地鐵站兩分鐘非常方便，門口兩位人形機器人站櫃檯招呼客人是一大特色，小孩很有興趣。早餐提供優格+水果+多種穀片選擇一早就吃得健康，還有獨立包裝的小麵包，可內用亦可用托盤帶回房內食用，相當方便貼心，雖然飯店規模小設備也相對舊一些，但是待客很溫馨地理位置很方便，銀座跟築地都是走路就到達，很多外國人入住。2小床床鋪很舒適，但我們訂3人房第三床是沙發床攤平加薄床墊床罩，對於床鋪非常要求的話，最好改訂2間房或4人房。

LG Steam Closet in the room is a life saver to sanitize jacket and clothes. It’s close to 2 main metro lines and walkable to Ginza shopping area. Tsukiji market is also super close. The snack and drinks provided during afternoon and evening are wonderful. Staff are very nice.

Walk up was convenient with subways and combini’s in close proximity. Hotel itself was clean, quiet, safe and had good amenities. Dining area was small so at peak times there was nowhere to sit. Room was clean and quiet but was a bit small and there was only one small pillow.

We really enjoyed our stay. The robot ladies on reception were a novelty and we spoke to them every time we went in or out - they never answered us back but it amused us! The room was definitely bigger than we had been led to believe that we would get in Tokyo.

C'est pratique mais un peu loin du service irréprochable à la japonaise. Le petit déjeuner et les encas sont à volonté mais ils pourraient être meilleurs avec des fruits et un peu plus de choix. le service de bagage est très bien, les casiers avec code sont très pratiques.

We rented 4 rooms for 8 people. We enjoyed our 3 nights at the Henna na Hotel Ginza. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds were great. Loved the location away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet close to the subway stations. The staff was wonderful. Would highly recommend staying there.

Our stay at this property was great. We chose this because it was very convenient location to visit the Disney Parks (15 min walk to Hatchobori Station) The area itself is quiet but easy enough to reach anywhere in Tokyo. Room is small but comfortable. Got our towels changed daily which was great. Breakfast could be better but can’t complain. Really loved that there were snacks and drinks throughout the day.

This is definitely not a three star property. I would not have booked here if it was accurately rated. The halls were lined in dust. If you stay multiple days they only clean your room every three days. In the room it says laundry is 300 yen a load. When you go down to do the laundry with change in hand, you have to have 500 yen. I told the front desk of the error. They are aware but have not changed their forms in the guest room. Breakfast is very small- yogurt, frozen thawed fruit and individually wrapped bread. Bread tastes not a good as the breads sold in 7 11 or Lawsons. I wish we did not stay here. By the way the robot is totally a gimmick and does nothing. I recommend finding another hotel.

Only issue was the third bed - it’s a converted chair to mattress system, so not the most comfortable if you have a third person. We kept the same room that we had with our son, before he left - not a great option for more than one night - it was very hard and uncomfortable.
