Henn na Hotel Tokyo Nishikasai

綺麗なお部屋でした。使わなかったのですが服のクリーニング的な機械もありました。駐車場予約せずに行ったのですが空きがありスタッフさんもすぐに対応してくれて良かったです。朝にディズニーまでのシャトルバスを使いたかったのですが本数が少なく行きたい時間になかったのが残念でした。 ホテル自体はとてもキレイでコンビニも近くで滞在の間食事が無料のうえ部屋にも持って帰れるとても美味しかったです

チェックイン、チェックアウトを恐竜がしてくれるホテル。 ディズニーランドの帰りに利用させて頂きましたが、車で20分ほどで到着しました。 チェックイン、チェックアウトはスムーズにできました。 駐車場の停められる台数が少ない様で、少し歩く場所に打ち切りの駐車場があります。 雨の日や荷物が多いと不便に感じると思います。 ホテルの内装は綺麗で、枕もよくビジネスホテルにあるペラペラのものではなく、フカフカで厚みがあり、よく眠れました。 朝食がついていましたが、席数や品数が少なく、ベビー用の椅子も見当たらなかったので、 小さいお子さんがいる方は部屋で食べた方が落ち着いて食べられそうです。

Everything was great! The hotel was clean, bedding was so comfy and shower was amazing. It was a perfect location. Easy walk to the train. The breakfast was plentiful. They had a collection of free drinks in the evening. Washer, dryer and lockers were available. I would stay here again.

ディズニー目的の方にはオススメしません。平日金曜に舞浜送迎バス8:00に乗るために朝7:30チケット配布ですが、7:00過ぎからもうチケットのための列ができ7:25じゃもう乗れない程人がいます。 帰りは21:30に乗るために20時40分から並ぶ人もいるほど。帰りのバスは先着順なので運転手近くに寄れたら乗れます。 送迎バスに乗れなかったら大体1時間の交通機関なので熾烈な戦いでした。 他の無料送迎有ホテルの方が余裕持って乗れます。 連泊しましたがエコ清掃が風呂場を洗ってくれないし、換えの歯ブラシもないのは驚きです。 一階にも換えの歯ブラシはありません。 連泊中、部屋のセーフティボックスは何度試してもエラーで1度も使えず。 朝ご飯は2日とも全く同じ内容、品数も少なくカレー嫌いなので食べるものがほとんどありませんでした。子供に食べさせるものがなく親世代は苦労してました。 次回は別のホテルにしようと思います。

The rooms were kept well and the staff were helpful ! Everyone does well to keep the hotel running. I enjoyed the breakfast and the snack hour. There’s also a night hour for adults. Very convenient to also have a bus to ride to disney !

10/10 dinosaurs at check-in. Hotel is located near the train station which is great and the shuttle bus to Disneyland is handy. Room was very tidy and lots of facilities at the hotel - laundry, VR hire and chrome casting.

Rooms were clean & comfortable, albeit a bit on the small side. The included breakfast was good if you like curry for breakfast, we struggled with a non-Western breakfast! The drinks & biscuits available in the afternoon were good, as were the alcoholic beverages in the evening. The shuttle bus to Disney was good, except for the pick up process. People were waiting in line & then when the bus arrived, others not in line rushed to the bus, meaning those lined up nearly missed getting on.

Really loved the atmosphere.You could go and get a cup of coffee or tea or juice etc. and a biscuit when dining room open, also in the evening ,they had a bar where you could make cocktails etc.All no extra charge.

Check-in and check-out was very fast if you input your info early from their email. The talking dinosaurs were fun! Room was small, but good enough for a quick stay. Everything was clean. One of the usb ports by the bed was loose and did not charge well, but other than that, everything else was fine. The Disney shuttle was a perk we stayed for. The ticket process in the morning was easy. We also caught it back at night. Even the earliest one at 19:30 was crowded, so get in line early. Note that other hotels use the same stop. Amenities here were the best, especially with the free breakfast, tea time, and cocktail hour. We used all of it and it was nice. I only wish the cookies from tea time were out for cocktail time too. The room amenities (body towels, razors, etc.) were available to take in the lobby which was nice. They offered pajamas, but we didn't use it. We tried the LG Styler, but it didn't take out much wrinkles in our clothes. It came out feeling and smelling fresh though.

変なホテル西葛西では舞浜駅へのシャトルバスの本数が少ないので、その時間に合わせるのが大変です。 舞浜駅→ホテルはシャトルバスが３本のみで時間が合わずにタクシーを使いました。 朝も平日は８時からしかバスが運行しません。 席数も多くないのでバスに乗るのも大変です。 シャトルバスの運行等以外は快適に過ごせました。 コンビニも近く、２２時までドリンクもいただけます。 子供達も楽しんでました。

部屋や水周りがきれいでよかったです！ 西葛西駅から徒歩5分程度で、駅前にはマックやホテルに向かう途中にスーパーがあるなど食料にも困らなかったです 一階にはレンジがあり部屋には電子ケトルがあったのがよかったです！ シャワーの水から独特な匂いがしましたが敏感な人じゃなければ気にならないと思います ホテルに宿泊→ディズニーという流れで、クリスマスだったので朝のシャトルバスの整理券がとれるか不安でしたが全然問題なかったです またディズニーに行く機会があれば泊まろうと思います！ありがとうございました

My room 809 has very strong moldy smell.

Lovely, clean and a great central location, no complaints apart from I think a small regular wardrobe would be more beneficial than the smart LG one, as there is no clothes storage.

接待員是兩隻會講話的恐龍很酷，房間很寬敞、採光很好，附近是住宅區，看得到學校，週遭的生活機能也不錯，離地鐵很近，隔一兩條巷子就有全家跟藥妝，還有摩斯、麥當勞跟超市，房間內沒有瓶裝水有些可惜，但下次還會想再來住！

The dinosaurs were the most fun part of this hotel. The beds were kind of hard, but a lot of room for suitcases. I thought the shuttle bus would run more often to Disney.

Rooms were nice and had more space the only complaint I had was the bed was super uncomfortable and hard. I loved the dinasours!!!

The dino check in desk was so much fun! The room was also larger than expected, and was able to hold 3 adults with 6 large pieces of luggage well! The breakfast is also incredible! Would love to stay here again when we visit Tokyo in the future!

Good value for money if staying at Disney Tokyo. Room is very small and was not easy with two suitcases to navigate the room.

I prefer checking in with a person. It was all electronic. Breakfast was very good. I would recommend this hotel.

ディズニーに一泊二日で行くのに、変なホテル西葛西店を予約。舞浜店と間違えて予約したが、ホテルに向かう途中は友達と一緒に喋りながら過ごせばまぁまぁな時間だった。 ホテルに着くと、恐竜が喋って案内をしてくれた。6人で3部屋を予約していたのだが、代表者として自分が全部予約していたため恐竜が黙り込んでしまった。恐竜に対応できないと奥から可愛いお姉さんが出てきてサポートしてくれた。流暢に喋る恐竜とお姉さんの見事な連携プレイである。 受付のタッチパネルで代表者の個人情報を入力していくのだが、このタッチパネルが微妙な感度で且つローマ字打ちだったため少しやりづらかった。入力が完了すると200円を払ってルームキーが出てきた。 部屋はビジネスホテルといった感じ。値段相応かそれ以上のレベルで全然綺麗だった。 ホテルの周りはコンビニやスーパー、食い物屋が多くあり、ディズニー閉園時間帰りの自分たちでも夜食には困らなかった。 一つだけ困ったのはシャトルバス送迎システム。シャトルバスの整理券が7時から行われるとのことだったが、シャトルバスが想定してたよりだいぶ小さく15人くらいしか乗れなかったため自分達は整理券にすら辿り着けなかった。 大人しく電車とバスで2日目のディズニーに向かうこととなった。 総評:シャトルバスは使えないものだと割り切った上で自分たちのようなディズニー目的で泊まれば西葛西駅から近くてリーズナブルなホテルとして利用できると思う。

恐竜の受付がとてもユニークでした。 忙しかったのかフロントに電話が繋がらなかった点以外ご飯などもろもろ満足です。

中のアルコールがなくてフロントに電話したら、補充するのでからのスプレーを持ってこいと言われた。 普通はそっちがくると思うのだが？

Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy to get help. Language barrier was not a problem. Enjoyed the variety of food at the breakfast buffet. Lots of shopping close by and easy access to the Metro station. Epic personal care amenities.

This hotel is great! We stayed there for two nights and the hotel was very clean. The dinosaur theme is really cool and the animatronic dinosaurs wearing concierge hats were a nice touch. If you need staff assistance, they are quick to respond and very helpful. The staff also speaks English very well for any non-Japanese speakers out there. Overall, a great experience at a good price. I also liked the area it was in as it wasn't crazy busy but was close to a train station and bus stop. Also has some great dining options next to it. Don't remember its name, but the local ramen shop next door was fantastic. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Really enjoyed the ease of check in and check out and it was really neat to have anamatronic dinosaurs at the front desk. It was a short walk from the train station but it was so quiet in the area after all the touring around of Tokyo. I would stay there afain if I am fortuanate enough to go to Japan again.

Absolutely loved our stay at Henn na Hotel Nishikasai! 1. It is just a few minutes walk to the metro station, which is so easy and cost efficient to use. We used it for our trips into the city. 2. Located in a walkable area with a 7-11, Lawson, Family Mart and a McDonalds all within a couple of blocks. Lots of dining options as well! 3. The hotel is beautiful, inside and out! 4. The dinosaurs talk every time you walk in. English and Japanese! Made for a fun atmosphere! 5. There is a phone to contact staff. They are quick to answer, polite, and go above and beyond to assist you with questions and requests. 6. The rooms are spacious, super clean, and the beds are so comfortable! Bathroom is roomy, with a deep, soaking tub. The shower is fantastic with strong water pressure and hot water. The soap they offer smells wonderful and left my skin super soft. I didn’t have to use moisturizer the entire stay. The shampoo and conditioner smell amazing too and left my hair soft, with volume, no frizziness and easy to comb through and style. 7. The hotel is spotless! Even smells clean! We never once saw our cleaning service but they tidied up our room and bedding daily. So nice to come back to after a long day of sightseeing. 8. The shuttle service to Disney is on time, efficient and well organized. They give out passes one half hour before departure and we always had a seat. 9. Breakfast is so good! Afternoon cookies and drinks every night! A staple for us! Miso soup and sodas too!

Very quiet neighborhood. Nice and peaceful contrast to other parts of the city.

A big bonus that this hotel offers free shuttle to Disney Tokyo and Disney Sea. It offers free breakfast. I like the convenience that this hotel is located in an area with many dining options and markets. Close to train station as well.

High quality amenities (shaver, lotions, hair dryer) . Loved the dinosaur automated check in/out. Free breakfast had delicious food. free coffee/beverage cookies all afternoon. Free cocktails in the evening. All made a relaxing environment. We will stay here again soon.

I really love the hotel, especially when you come in and are greeted by the dinosaurs. The breakfast and open bar Was great. Our room was very clean. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here. I would definitely come back again.

何と言っても口コミから期待していた、朝ごはんのチキンカレー、野菜カレーが非常に美味しく、夜の分も備え付けの弁当箱に持ち帰り、夜にレンジで温めて頂きました。 小学生の子供も飽きずに、大変満足していました。 ドリンク、コーヒー、味噌汁もありました。
