I don’t agree with how expensive the parking spaces next to the hotel are. If you’re a guest you’re given only one ¥3,000 voucher but even with that voucher I still had to pay ¥5,200 for less than a full day of parking. Being charged ¥8,200 for less than a full day and being a guest is a little ridiculous. The parking is so convenient being right next to the hotel, but because of the pricing I would rather park farther away and have to carry all of my luggage. I feel that the parking pricing should be reconsidered and the vouchers the guests receive for the parking.

The staff was nice. Always greeting when leaving and entering the building. Although the breakfast (included) was the same everyday, it was a nice balance. Rice with toppings and curry sauce, choices of bread, half boiled egg, sashimi, sausages, dim sum, little hamburg steak, mashed potatoes, chicken, and fish. There's also orange juice, water, and a nescafe machine for coffee and hot chocolate. Did not have the lunch or dinner but that's also available at their respective times. There was cleaning done everyday which was nice. As long as you didn't put out the don't clean sign. The TV includes about 11 channels if curious about Japanese television. The area was great for food options and transportation. The train station is a 2 minute walk which allows easy travel around Japan. There's also 1 vending machine for drinks and a washer/dryer. This made things very convenient when needing to get a bottle of choice. It's also very convenient when doing laundry every few days. The washer costed 300 yen which took around 30 minutes and the dryer costed 200 yen (100 per 30 minutes). When washing, detergent isn't needed as the machine adds it in automatically. It is a small machine so it's not to be used for big loads. Overall, great experience with convenience. It's safe, quiet, and plenty of options around.

The hotel is located very close to the Nishi-Kasai Tokyo metro station which makes it very convenient. The hotel doesn't have a spa/hot pools unlike many other APA hotels, however the price is lower. Overall it is value for money.

Staff was lovely. Room was more spacious than the previous APA hotel I had stayed at a few days prior. Cleanliness was questionable as the bathroom had a strong musty smell to it upon check in. It was likely coming from the shower curtain. Toilet also was not flushed and had toilet paper in it before I even had the chance to use it. Hallway was riddled with housekeeping stuff (vacuum, dirty linen etc) when I checked in, and it still looked like that the next day when I was checking out. Overall an odd experience considering I enjoyed staying at a different APA hotel.

This hotel is located conveniently near the train station, it was literally 5 minute walk away and there was great food places next to it. There was also a plenty of convenient stores and a Mc Donald’s close by to in just in case because the shops and local restaurants near by close pretty early. The staff were great and very friendly at check in and spoke great English. Our room was small as we expected but was clean and comfortable. The only issue was the AC was working very well but being able to open the window helped it. Fairly far from Disney and other places but if you don’t mind the train ride then it’s worth staying here. I would definitely stay again.

Everything was great during my visit, just the last day they turned on the heater so I had to turn off the a/c and open the window. Other than that great place! Too bad APA doesn’t let you control whether heater is on or off. But I love staying in APA hotels!

The hotel was located a minute from the subway line which made getting around on the train easy. The hotel was nice, but the rooms were quite small unless you had a room with two beds. The pillows were very flat and did not have any structure inside of them for any kind of head support. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Pros: Room was clean Grateful for the amenities Walking distance to many stores Cons: Very small (but i mean i knew that) Not enough toilet paper Wasnt sure to ask the staff but i was gettin back late and kept forgetting AC not working ( however, i noticed on last day that the TV shows that its adjusted by them and was on heater the whole time. I was hot i had to keep the windows open and my kid got sick

西葛西駅からホテルまでの道順を説明してもらうのに、要領を得る回答がもらえなかった。実際　駅から驚くほど近いのに。又、ディズニーランドからホテルまでの行き方を電話で聞いたところ、”此方はディズニーランドではないので分からない”とのご返事。立地からして泊り客の何割かはTDLの利用者と考えますがこの回答には驚きました。もう少し、どうにかならないでしょうか。ホテルは綺麗なのに勿体ない気がします。

枕が低かったので高い枕はありませんか？とフロントに電話したら、すぐに高い枕を用意してくれました。出かける時には｢行ってらっしゃいませ｣帰ると｢お帰りなさいませ｣とフロントの方が声を掛けてくれて気持ちがいいです。雨が降った時は入口に貸出し用の傘がたくさん用意されていて助かりました。西葛西駅から徒歩1分、コンビニも近く、アーケードがあり食事や雑貨にも困りませんでした。居心地がいいので無理せず延泊してチェックアウトも延長しました。最高のビジネスホテルです。

The beds are small, but it's to be expected in Tokyo. The breakfast was not to my standards, but I'm from America so I think it was just different than what I'm used to. Overall the hotel was great! Very clean & the staff was excellent!! We were trying to find a money exchange. One of the staff members literally came from behind the desk & walked us all the way to the building.
