Not very up to date. Dirty carpet, bath accessories falling off wall, wallpaper in hall coming off, pillows smelled. Paid way to much for condition of room and hotel. The only good was Sawyer, the desk clerk who was wonderful and took us by shuttle to Graceland and helped us book a Uber driver for dinner.

The staff were amazing! We loved visiting with Ms. Suffice at breakfast-such southern hospitality! The hotel is going through renovations, so it was as tidy as could be. Our floor had a smell, but again they are starting renovations so I am not holding that against the establishment. The breakfast was great-so many choices. The workout facility was nice & equipped with great options from treadmill to elliptical & weights. We enjoyed the pool-who wouldn’t enjoy a guitar shaped pool. Our stay was wonderful and we will stay here when we are in Memphis. Also, check our Hernando’s Hide-a-way-great food & some cool music history there. Also makes it nice because it’s so close to the hotel.

the lobby bathrooms were in very poor condition. The shower curtain inthe bathroom was all ripped up and falling off. The ice machine on that floor was not working we had to go up a floor to get ice, and the entire floor had a terrible odor to it. We actually left a day early due to that odor.

Rooms were clean and updated. The breakfast buffet was fresh and abundant. Loved the guitar shaped pool. Shuttle service to and from Graceland was much appreciated. Their staff is friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay a great experience!

The employees were so pleasant & helpful! The shuttle to Graceland & The Guest House was great, parked in the gated area & didn’t have to drive until we checked out! Beds comfy, room clean, a guitar shaped pool & a good breakfast!!! I will stay there again if I am in Memphis!

Location is good if you are visiting Graceland. They provide a shuttle service to Graceland. Breakfast is included and is decent. I had an issue with my room door, it didn’t lock unless we tried 5x. Bathroom curtains were also falling apart. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly.

Guitar pool was excellent but got progressively dirty during stay. Most staff was unpleasant except for the breakfast staff. Ms. Duffie was exceptional and made every morning like home. Room was not as stated when booked, and was well worn. Elevator was scary and all ice machines were down during our stay.

Room we booked the floor was dirty and the bathroom floor was dirty. stained shutters and the entire front desk was rude. Was asked to clean room and when we got back from our outings room was still dirty. Microwave didn’t work. The fridge had a bad smell omg and not to mention the room was even smelly the first night we arrived not a great experience

Very clean and quiet. Property was being discreetly updated during our stay- new paint, new carpet, etc. Work was well done and workers were very polite. Staff members were so kind and helpful. Breakfast was absolutely delicious! We will definitely stay here again!

The location is excellent if you’re looking for affordability near Graceland. The parking lot is gated, which I didn’t realize was going to be necessary but I’m glad it was there. The floor of our room was dirty- not awful, but dirty nonetheless. We read reviews about roaches and got concerned but didn’t see any in our room on the second floor so any issue that could’ve been there is likely eradicated.

Front desk was nice and helpful. We had to leave at 4am and she offered to have breakfast packed for us to take on the run. Room was nice, clean and spacious. My only hang up was the pool was outside my window with kids playing and we had to get up at 3:30am

Stayed at this Memphis location because it’s close to Graceland. The accommodations were comfortable. I liked the chaise in the room. Bed was comfortable. Only negative was that the shower was very slippery and there’s NO handrail or non-slip bathmat. Be careful. My husband almost slipped backwards in the tub. Breakfast in the morning included eggs, sausage gravy, biscuits, the regular breakfast fare, and a pancake machine. Parking is gated. Need a room key to enter the gated lot. Safety… the hotel and grounds is safe. Area outside of hotel grounds is sketchy. Staff at hotel. Very nice. Exemplary of Southern Hospitality. You will feel welcomed when you meet the team members there. If visiting Graceland, definitely stay here!

1) informed on arrival that water was not safe, could not even brush teeth without bottled water. They did provide us each with a bottle. 2) On checkout, I asked for a printed copy of my receipt. She steadfastly declined to do that. I was told the previous night that I had to be charged an additional fee in advance in case I at some time might buy something from the tiny mini store. This was supposed to be refunded if not spent. I had no way of knowing if charged due to the reception clerk’s rude flat out refusal of receipt for anything. I used to think Holiday Inns were decent, will think twice before staying at a Holiday Inn again.

This stay didn't work out as I intended. It was advertised as having an airport shuttle which is why I booked the hotel. However, nowhere does it say that the shuttle only starts at 7 am. So I had to call an Uber at 5 am, wait 20 minutes for it to show up, pay for the Uber, and nearly missed my flight. This is not a true airport hotel.

This is an excellent Holiday Inn....Excellent General Manager Tina Minor runs a tight ship with a friendly and supporting staff..The rooms are very clean, and the breakfast is among the best I have had in the many Holiday Inns that I have experienced..The bacon especially is sourced high end as is the freshly ground and brewed coffee....Front desk chief, the dapper Tommy Williamson,night cleck Kameron and breakfast manager Michelle take pride in their work and the results create a very enjoyable stay...Book this hotel with confidence!..Shuttle service to airport and Graceland are real perks as well.

Upon arrival we were a little concerned about our safety based on what we were told by staff and reviewers. On our way home back to Florida from hunting trip to Missouri with expensive gear. Liked gated parking and everything worked out fine. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The lady that works the breakfast in the 50yrs of our travels was the best ever. She also run the shuttle to Graceland and what an outstanding person she is. I own my business for 48 years and I would hire her in a minute.

I stayed at this hotel twice. I picked it because they supposedly offered a free shuttle to the airport. The first time I needed to be at the airport by 5:00am. After booking a room and inquiring about the shuttle, I was told that the shuttle didn’t start until 7:00am. OK, my bad? The second time, my flight came in around 8:00pm. Well guess what? No freaking shuttle. There will not be a third time!

The hotel overbooked their location (Memphis - near Graceland). We arrived and were able informed they had overbooked and there were no rooms available. The annual St Jude’s marathon was happening weekend and it was very difficult finding a room - plus we had to spend twice as much once we found a room!!!

We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions and appreciate its location relative to the area's main attraction, Graceland. It is a great place to stay for the Budget minded Traveler. Staff is generally polite and friendly and do their best to be helpful. Miss Duffie in particular is amazing! The shuttle service is greatly appreciated, especially due to the relatively dangerous travel between the hotel and Graceland. Breakfast is free and the dining area is a great place to meet with other guests. Rooms are relatively well kept; however, they are beginning to show small signs of neglect. The guitar shaped pool is clean and inviting, and the secure parking lot behind the hotel is welcome.

The hotel staff was very nice and the breakfast was good. The pool was very clean and the area around the hotel, a part of the hotel, was well maintained. However, the area outside of the hotel area felt unsafe and there was nothing to do. You could walk to Graceland if you're a walker, but both the traffic and location felt dangerous. This is no fault of the hotel itself, however, and I felt very safe in the hotel area. The room was clean and comfortable, though the hall (2nd floor) had a funky, dirty water smell. It looked very clean, however, and there were no complaints at all in the room. It’s a reasonably priced hotel close to Graceland.

My room was fine, quiet, staff was nice. Bad: I paid for Morning Breakfast. And on Tues we were advised there were no hot breakfast, no eggs, no omelette, no potato,no bacon, no sausage, no bisquits& gravy, yogurt was outdated, only coffee & toast. Didn’t desire cereal so very disappointing. Should be refunded!!! 2nd: the only thing they had on the lobby TV was family feud, all day, every morning, no news, nothing. That is just not satisfactory for a lobby. Just disappointing all the way around. The young lady at breakfast was pleasant and apologetic so I appreciated her.

Overbilled twice, had to call and complain twice so I could get my refund. Cleanliness was below average, pool was dirty, dead cockroach on the floor in the breakfast area. Friends (in another room) had people walk in on them in the middle of the night. Would definitely never stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel!! Complementary breakfast was amazing, the outdoor pool shaped in a guitar was very nice and relaxing. The beds were very comfortable and clean. And the hotel staff were wonderful. Ms duffi or. Duffy: I forget the actual spelling…. She was just fantastic. Made our trip super pleasurable and our breakfast every morning memorable thank you guys for doing such a great job. Keep up the good work.
