When we arrived I had reserved and no smoking room but we were given a smoking room and it was strong enough that it was burning our eyes. The front desk staff was very nice and he moved us to a different room. The elevator was not working, we were right next to the door going outside and it kept being left open which made us feel very uncomfortable and not safe. The bathroom Was very dirty and stained, the TV didn't work and there were people running up and down the stairs all hours of the night . The continental breakfast was barely any sort of breakfast at all. The nicest thing about the property were the people at the desk. Would not ever stay here again however

Friendly at check-in. Elevator was out of order during my visit. Bed was comfortable. Hair dryer appeared to have something like caked makeup on it. Remote control felt sticky. Tile floors were sticky. Bathtub needs to have better slip resistance material. Refrigerator/freezer was unplugged. TV had vertical lines on screen, needs to be replaced. Pastry tasted old. Very few muffins at breakfast. Friendly at check out.

This was a 2 night stay at the beginning of a 2 week vacation. Because the elevator was out, the front desk upgraded us to a 2 bed room so we would not have to carry our luggage upstairs. He did this without us asking. We only needed one bed, but that bed was not the most comfortable. Otherwise, it was a nice hotel

The bed had impressions in it like someone didn't leave the bed for years. The AC barely worked, never had coffee, towels were old/ very thin and didn't dry you off. Elevator was broken and told it was getting fixed that day..4 days later still broken. Good place to stay if you need somewhere cheap and you can sleep on anything

Bed was broken a hotel knew but gave me room anyway. The only elevator was out of order also a dog was constantly barking including 3am. I won't ever book this location again.

The desk clerk was on the phone having a personal conversation during the entire check in process. The refrigerator and freezer were not working (they were plugged in, but did not feel remotely cold to the touch). The guest laundry facilities were out of order during the stay. The room smelled like cigarette smoke which had been attempted to be masked by air freshener. There were some additional cleanliness issues with the room, as the shower was very stained/dirty and many pieces of furniture were dirty. The couch was dirty and stained. The bedspreads were stained and one had hole burned into it.

It was a nice stay , the only problem was the laundry room out of service

The room definitely could’ve used a thorough cleaning. All the cabinets were sticky, dirt in the corner of the bathroom floor, dead bugs, laying in a couple places.

Friendly staff upon checking in. Got Room 102, musty smell. Huge stain on carpet looked like thrown up that was never properly cleaned off. I moved the table over the stain so my dog would not go near it. Stains on couch. Blue blanket had multiple cigarette burns. I went to use the rest room and found three different hairs. A long red curly by the sink, a medium brown on the floor and a short and curly hair on the shower curtain. Also a dead cockroach in the corner. It was late and it’s non Refundable. Decided to just lay our own sheet over the bed and sleep. About an hour later my allergies started to flare up really bad and at first I just assumed it was dust but in the morning I noticed black mold near the toilet. Funny they charged me extra for my dog but this room was way dirtier than my dog. The next morning I went to check out and saw their advertised “breakfast” it was cereal dispensers, milk from a pitcher, coffee and a few packets of flavored oatmeal. Yikes! If you can afford it for about $20-30 more you can stay in a much cleaner place. Will never stay here again.

Customer service was nice, but our room was not clean. There were bodily stains on the couch, and we had blood stains on the pillows. There were stains in the bathtub and there was a gross smell that wouldn’t go away. Wouldn’t recommend to stay here for the price we paid.

Room had mold and mildew in the bathroom, toilet had not been cleaned, hair on the base of it, hair that had been cut on the counter. Tear in the couch. The room smelled musty.

Walked into the bathroom, there's still a used wet wash rag hanging up on the shower, found 2 ants in the bed, and also a few strands of hair in the sheets, had to go get clean sheets nd change it out myself, the house keepers obviously don't care about anything other than trying to make their job slightly easier, won't be staying here ever again

this hotel was the worst I ever stayed at the walls was nasty. The entries hotel was dirty. The rooms was dirty I saw roaches crawling around on the counter. The bathtub faucet was running all night long and couldn’t turn off. I rate this hotel a zero out of 10 the owner should be ashamed of himself to rent a hotel to customers like this.

From burn marks on the sheets to mysterious stains on the walls and mattress where do I begin? The cherry on top was the unsafe location and the side doors of the hotel being propped open for anybody to walk in…..unless you’re a career criminal or don’t have any standards, it’s a great place.

This place was filthy ! Please hire new cleaners cause that’s ridiculous

This hotel was not clean and did not smell fresh. The sheets and pillows were of poor quality. Soap and shampoo were in small pouches and were not replaced daily. Towels had stains and looked old. Rooms were not cleaned daily and beds were not made. Will not stay here in the future. There was no drinking water and breakfast was a joke. Very poor quality

Dead bugs when you walked in room shower dirty walls thing heard a baby crying from 3 am til 8 am when I decided to leave

The mattress had collapsed in some areas on the bed big hollow dips in it the rest of the room was good

The room was clean and the front desk was extremely nice. The breakfast was minimal at best. The HUGE COMPLAINT is the bed was hard at rock, wore out with a huge hole / crater in the middle of the mattress. Was so uncomfortable that we got very little sleed

Room was clean, nice shower. Room was noisy, refrigerator ticked and made noise all night, people were partying in the parking lot until after 12am with loud music, hallways noises loud in the room. Grounds had lots of trash, alcohol bottles, beer cans etc. Homeless person that was living near the stream behind the hotel wandered the parking lot at night.

Everything was good except the bed. The bed slept horribly, but the room was beautiful. That mattress needs to go!

Lack of cleaning. WiFi barely worked. Tub was dirty and a spotlight from the landscape light the room all night l!

Bed was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress sunk down immediately. Asked front desk about changing rooms, he said none were available. Had to put couch cushions underneath. No box springs and terrible mattress. Husband and I both had bad back pain the whole next day. First night asked for a do not disturb sign and an iron. Front desk person said ok. My husband had to go down the following morning and ask again. Finally got an iron, but he said they did not have any do not disturb signs. Asked again later, with new person, finally got one. Office chair missing wheel. Bathroom fan didn’t work. Written with sharpie on fan that it didn’t work. Many things in bathroom rusted out. Not able to use bathroom mirror for quite a while after done showering . Breakfast included pancakes and some other pastries. Very limited. Water pressure good and room fairly clean . Seemed to be in a decent area.

1st night, I asked to change the battery for the tv remote. The employee said he will come by to room & change the battery which he never did. Our room was located on the 1st floor & the walls are thin, we can hear people waking in the hallway & talking. Our bed was not made or trash was taken out.

Property seemed ok coming in but room had awful beds. Better to have a comfy bed than a spotless room.

Stayed here 1. Night, room was clean but the bed sucked it was hard and lumpy. I had a room by the elevator so it was load most of the night.

Very helpful and great customer service

Unfortunately, my experience was far below acceptable standards, and I feel compelled to bring several serious issues to your attention. • Room Conditions: Upon arrival, my room smelled strongly of mold and was excessively humid. A humidifier had been placed in the room, presumably due to malfunctioning air conditioning units. The humidifier filled up within a few hours, yet housekeeping failed to empty it—even on the rare occasions they cleaned the room. Housekeeping appeared to operate on their own schedule, not in response to guest requests. • Cleanliness and Pest Issues: I found dead water bugs near the couch, and live ones entered the room through a large gap under the door from the hallway. This is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about sanitation and pest control. • Breakfast Service: Breakfast was only served three times during the week, and consisted solely of breakfast sandwiches. While the food was passable, the inconsistency of service was disappointing. • Front Desk Staff: One front desk employee, identifiable by her facial piercings, appeared to be under the influence and was frequently asleep or absent from her post. Guests were left waiting in line, and she only responded after multiple rings from the hotel phone. • General Maintenance: The room itself was in poor condition, with rusted fixtures and furnishings that clearly need replacement. The overall state of the hotel suggests a lack of upkeep and investment in basic guest comfort.

Arrived at midnight after a delayed flight. Front door of hotel was locked. Banged on the window for 10 minutes till a guest let me in. The night manager was in the back room with ear buds in listening to something. Next day on check out same manager still w ear buds. Ask for help at breakfast station and gave poor service.

The front desk is always so unfriendly when i stay here. Breakfast over at 9 am which only consists of cereal, could not even get any juice or coffee after 9 am. The rooms have a stench. Housekeeping did not even knock to see if i needed towels so i had to go get them myself. Smh.

Look the Home Suites use to be so beloved my wife and I. However our last two visits were not good. We somehow managed to get suites on the ground floor literally in throwing distance of the front desk it was very noisy with the lobby staying pretty active for most of night , the front desk clerk denied my request to be moved to another room because of the noise . The bed was filled with long hairs, mattress was awful, and multiple lights were not working inside the room. We’ve had enough of Home Suites.

We stayed for 6 days and were treated very well. The staff were very friendly and respectful. The hotel was neat and clean. Sam and his staff were amazing and always courteous and very helpful. Thank you for all you did during our stay.

This place is amazing! I got to my room at 1:30 in the morning. Broke down on the highway. The desk person Keither was so helpful. He got me in my room asap. Was standing by to help if I needed it and help me park my truck and trailer. Simply wonderful when wanting to get to the room as soon as possible. I highly recommend this place. The room was remodeled and was clean and very nice. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

The person at the front desk stared at me strangely, and later walked into my room right after I’d taken a shower. He apologized when I left, but continued to stare at me strangely. The rooms are nice but the staff needs an upgrade. I left feeling unsafe and creeped out.

The front desk staff is unfriendly. By 4pm the trash inside my room had not been removed. When I informed the front desk staff I am checking out a day earlier than anticipated, no check out was processed. No receipt was given. Instructed to call Expedia first then call them. Still no check

Very quiet and comfortable area with a great staff and extremely clean hotel with no issues. Plenty of resturants of your choice you can walk to within 3 to 5 minutes without having to move your car. All around Great experience, most definitely recommend it.

This property is close to dining, shopping, and it’s only minutes away from most Memphis attractions.

This was downright outrageous. Expensive and unclean. The noise from ongoing traffic was beyond a disturbance.

This a good part of Memphis TN! Hotel is small but its clean and quiet rooms are a good size with a kitchenette

Our room was not cleaned - we were told that we had to request it! No food available- breakfast was a joke! Place smelled of chemicals- cleaning? Would never stay there again or recommend to anyone .

Hotel was nice. The room and all were good. The only thing i can say is, be prepared to go get breakfast. Though the hotel does offer breakfast, you're not going to want to eat it. Some dried small bagels and muffins.

Bed comfort was fair. I woke up both mornings with a backache, which is not usual for me. The breakfast options were basic and minimal. Truthfully I ended up bypassing this because nothing looked appetizing. The front desk staff spoke very broken English. While they were friendly, there was a definite barrier in their understanding me, and … they had little knowledge about the area and services close to the hotel. We were pretty much on our own to find places we were looking for. Overall, I didn’t feel I received good value for my stay, and I probably would not stay here again.

Decent room, safe area and friendly staff. Free continental breakfast was nice, it’s from 6-9am which is a bit early, wish it was till 10am at least. They had cereal, toast, pastries, muffins, mini bagels, pancakes, juice and coffee. The room had a few minor fixer-uppers like a chipped dresser and a broken piece of baseboard but nothing too bad for the affordable price. Also loved that were dog friendly! My weiner dog and I enjoyed the stay for just an extra $20 dog fee. It doesn’t say online but at the desk it does say “dogs only under 30lbs” so just a heads up. My only real complaint is the door handle is extremely hard to open, at times it would take me 5+ tries to get it open and another guest had to help me once. So they should definitely look into getting those fixed as the other guest said hers was difficult as well.

The hotel clearly go a face lift on the lobby floor, but everywhere else was sorely needing some TLC. Everything was clean and there were no signs of bugs which was a positive. The room itself was pretty typical. There was only one cloth curtain on the shower, the frame of the bed had pieces coming off the decorative part, and one of the lights didn’t turn on. Every light had a light switch which was quite strange. The breakfast was definitely lacking in pretty much every way.

Awesome experience. Could tell everything was thoroughly cleaned, nothing sketchy to be seen, and the staff were friendly. Reasonable price. One complaint. Breakfast had only sweet options (cereal muffins pancakes etc). I don't mind not having meat, but I would have liked some biscuits and gravy, eggs, or hashbrowns, or something.

Property was clean and well lit. No additional charge for late check-in, we didn't arrive until after midnight. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast was not what we expected but its more continental, they offered pancakes, cereal, breads and juices. I would stay here again.
