３人で宿泊、部屋は値段相応、他の「変なホテル」は飲み物とかがロビーにあったのだがなにもない、マンガはおいいてあった。テレビがプロジェクターなのが珍しくスマホからのキャストもできたので満足、空港までのリムジンバス（無料）は助かりました。

Very unique hotel, with a front desk staffed by robot dinosaurs. Check-in was fast and easy. If you get there before check-in time, they have an area where you can secure your suitcase with cable locks, as well as storage lockers for smaller items. There were 4 of us that stayed here overnight when we arrived at the Haneda Airport as it was close to the airport and had a shuttle pick-up. The shuttle pick-up (location & times) at the airport was not very clear as we found out that there were only set pick-up times in the morning and evening.. It was a good thing that when we arrived late that there was a shuttle coming soon. One thing we noticed was that the shuttle driver did not assist with any loading or unloading of any of our baggages The check-in was all done at the counter with no actual person there. The room was clean & decent. There were limited eating places in the area as a lot of places were already closing. The breakfast in the cafe was good and had a good selection. This hotel was okay for 1 night… but, would recommend another place for extended stays.

The self-serve check-in gimmick attracts a lot of tourists, which could be its downfall for being too rowdy. The room I stayed in had dirty carpet, dried up urine and some hair on the toilet, and the bath drain was clogged that I had to lower down the water output during shower. One thing I really liked during my stay was that when I was checking out, there was a shuttle waiting that took me straight to the Haneda airport.

The room was pretty small and basic, but tidy and clean. The robot check-in service was fun, and the room was good enough for our one night near the Haneda airport. There was at least 1 staff person for questions, but he was not always present. Luckily, he was present when we had questions at check-in and check-out because I’m not sure how we would have looked for him. The hotel shuttle service to the airport was very convenient, a quick ride. On the morning we left, there was only one other guest who also took the shuttle. However, we were a family of 5, and the room would not have been comfortable enough to stay longer than 1-night.

The bathroom was very clean and had excellent facilities. I also loved the clothes steamer which I used to freshen up my clothes. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were hard and very uncomfortable and the carpet appeared to be a bit used and on the old side. Breakfast was adequate and the coffee and beverages were very good. This property has an excellent service bus to and from the airport terminal.

Didnt take shuttle to or from the airport. Didnt know there was one. Air conditioning would turn off every once in a while, we probably kept using the timer. Room was clean and staff provided everything needed.

Very efficient hotel for quick transport to the Haneda airport. Properly itself is a little dated but seemed as clean as it could be. Had to book day-of due to a travel issue so we were limited to the smallest room. The room was incredibly small, however, was not lacking in function. Device charging, lights, tv (projector), micro-fridge, etc. were all available. Only concern was the free airport shuttle; only 1 bus with limited space. We were 15 minutes early and the bus was full. Ended up taking a taxi while subway was still a very viable option.

Hotel in good location near the airport and handy to be close to a 7/11. Novelty check in with the dinosaurs which my kids liked. Room was ok for 4, not the biggest and one bed which appeared to be a sofa bed was not comfortable and the pillows weren't the comfiest either. However we slept ok and the breakfast was tasty. Very handy to have a free shuttle bus to the airport. Staff we met at breakfast were friendly.

We thought that the novelty of robot concierges would mean that the hotel itself would be lacking - dead wrong! The amenities in our room were fairly well-appointed with a wet room for showers, complimentary beverages, and a projector screen for the wall. It is a bit small by Western standards but still gave us room to store our luggage and belongings and move about the space. Being close to the airport meant it was very easy to check in to after getting off the train at Otorii station.

We were only there for one night as we had an early flight and it was close to the aiport and had free airport shuttle. In the end we didn't use the shuttle as it only left once an hour, and it didn't fit our schedule. Also it only took 5 minutes to the aiport by train. Check in was not easy, as you have to write a lot on the screen, but the keyboard covers the screen so you cannot see what you're writing. It ended up being full of typos. In the room the AC was placed in such a way that no cool air reached the beds, we were all sweating so much while sleeping. For one night, it was okay. But I probably wouldn't stay there again.

The breakfast is great, but it will be nice to check in a hotel with real person. We have to check in with machines and need to call staff to help us. There is no real person at front desk, only electronic dinosaurs which is not helpful at all.

Over all was good. I did not grade good for service is because there was basically no staff at reception so we did encounter check-in problem and we needed to wait. I think there was only one staff working as we only saw the same guy helping guests. In. Case, they could arrange one person around the reception area, that would be perfect

We just stayed overnight from international flight going to Sapporo the next day, but i had a comfortable night experience including the breakfast meal. The dining staff were so corteous and polite and very honest. Not knowing that our breakfast was included in our booking we paid for the breakfast and the other staff checked our room number and refunded to us the payment immediately. I am also amzed with the AI Jurassic theme in the reception but staff will assist if needed. Its an experience, japan really has the advanced technology. I recommend this hotel especially for the kids.

The staff were amazing. They saw me filling a bag with ice (the kind of bag used to reduce swelling from injury) and they got me an "ice pillow" which was amazing and stayed cold longer than any of my cold compresses at home. They were helpful with every question and thoroughly explained the elevator controls, the air conditioner, the cleaning policies, and scheduled a taxi for us on checkout day. The table in the lobby has plenty of disposble hygiene items to take as needed, and even included some fun seasonal items like a purple halloween bath salt. My favorite part of this hotel - and the reason I chose it - was the shrine next door. Yanagimori Shrine 柳森神社 is such a beautiful and peaceful little shrine and it is a delight to be able to walk out of the hotel and right onto the shrine grounds first thing in the morning.

Great hotel, very near Otorri station. The area is quiet with nice amenities, whilst being only a short (and cheap) subway ride to the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas. The hotel is clean and well maintained. We had a great nights sleep throughout our stay and visited some small local restaurants in the area, which were wonderful. The shuttle bus to and from Haneda worked well for us too. We would recommend this as a great budget hotel.

Very nice. Great bathroom. Loved the touch of the shelf in the lobby with all the toiletries and things. Great proximity to train and food. Also loved being able to lock up luggage downstairs until flight.

A clean hotel room but HOW is there no instant coffee in the rooms? Yes, there is coffee in the breakfast but coffee should be provided in each room. This is the first hotel I’ve been to in Japan that’s missing coffee in the room. Please consider instant coffee for every room.

Die Größe des Zimmers ist zwar vorher bekannt, wirkt aber grade durch diesen LG Styler (Ausmaße wie ein Kühlschrank) dennoch sehr beengend. Mitarbeiter sprechen ausreichend Englisch. Das Frühstück war sehr enttäuschend. Im Fahrstuhl ist es auch als Indisch beschrieben. Bei der Buchung leider nicht.

Highly recommend this hotel! The staff was very helpful and they helped me throughout the time I was there (due to some unfortunate circumstances). The area is very nice, lots of options around the area for food. Extremely close to the train station and was convenient to move around. Overall, I would come back again the next time I am in Japan!

Das Hotel bietet einen Flughafentransfers bis 1:30 Uhr nachts. Ideal als Ausgangsort für die ersten Tage, da nah am Flughafen. aber auch der öffentl. Nahverkehr ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich - selbst für Europäer gibt es Toast, Butter, Marmelade und Croissant neben vielen asiatischen Gerichten. Würde jederzeit wieder dort übernachten. Einziger Nachteil: nur Computer an der Rezeption - daran sind wir nicht gewöhnt.
