Hotel Il Fiore is a great hotel option. Lots of offerings like breakfast, free soft drinks, travel sundries provided in room, and they were very helpful in holding luggage. Small, but efficient rooms. Great locations for both the main hotel and the annex.

Room was very small - a little smaller than anticipated based on the posted sizing. But otherwise the room was clean, and tidy. Appreciated the amenities available in the bathroom. We added the breakfast option and got to enjoy it one morning of our stay. Unfortunately we were unable to make use of the drinking voucher as it ended earlier than we had returned to the hotel - would have been nice to use it but that’s more on us for being out than the hotels fault. Staff was nice and helpful - we used their luggage transfer service for our next hotel without any issues. Super convenient area for those spending time at Tokyo Disney / DisneySEA. It did feel a bit off the beaten track otherwise in terms of location
