Malaga is full of surprises. It is right on the sea but does not feel a typical seaside city. This hotel retains the same vibe. It is strategically located at the beginning of the pedestrian area so the car park is not very far away if you happen to come by car. It has its own restaurant, where breakfast is served as well, and a very pleasant and crowded cocktail bar on the roof top. Despite its position, the restaurant and bar the rooms are always very quiet. The rooms are on the small size of the scale, but still not crammed. Bathroom is of a decent size. All the amenities you come to expect from these sorts of hotels are there and we also had a nice bottle of white wine wating for us. For breakfast the selection is limited and it is not a buffet type, which for me is always a welcomed addition to the holiday vibe/experience. Coffee is made on the moment and not from those automatic machines that make you feel like you were in hospital rather than on vacation. Everything is in walking distance including the beach, although it will take you 25 to 30 minutes to get there if you do not continuously stop along the way at cafes and shops and you can withstand 42°C (108 Fahrenheit).

We stayed for 2 nights. The location is excellent. Walkable to shops and restaurants in a pedestrian friendly and lively area. Parking is tricky, but the hotel offered a discount and gave us details ahead of time. We needed a few things the front desk was helpful with (a fan, because the a/c was turned off, help with the phone because it was broken, a taxi to the airport, and extra water). The hotel can arrange for a taxi to the airport, which was helpful. The room is comfortable, but it was warm. I do appreciate the eco friendly features. We were able to decline housekeeping and not wash towels, etc. No pool or spa services. No laundry. The rooftop bar is fun though very crowded. Overall, a great central place to stay to explore Malaga. Thank you for great customer service.

Schönes 3-Sterne Hotel. Gute Lage, nettes Personal. Zimmer sauber, coole Dusche und Balkon. Parken ist vor Ort nicht möglich, aber in Parking Camas quasi um die Ecke möglich. Das Frühstück für 6€ im Hotel auch sehr zu empfehlen (Tee oder Kaffe, Tostada, frischer Orangensaft). Alles in allem gutes Hotel, zu empfehlen!

It claimed it was a gastro-hotel but its associated restaurant was closed on Sundays. The TV was only in Spanish and even though the staff (GREAT STAFF) tried to correct it, we could not get even English subtitles. The bathroom had so much mold behind the tiles, the hotel had installed a strong smelling air freshener to attempt to cover it.

Romm smelt of drains. Room was cold but extra Duvets from wardrobe had no covers, despite being asked for covers. Told they were laundered each time they were used but don’t believe it. So cold at night as didn’t want to use them. Direction to hotel were poor. Address is not accurate. Should have at last mentioned restaurant or correct street name on hotels.com website. Staff were pleasant.Great location!

This is a lovely hotel in the heart of Malaga.. the hotel is very clean and welcoming.. the rooms are a good size and very comfortable… it’s a great base for getting around. I really liked my stay here and would recommend this hotel

Vores værelse (48) var meget mærkeligt indrettet, det eneste vindue var anbragt næsten bag et hjørne. Morgenmaden var mere pudsig end god, de mangler en buffet. Rooftop baren var helt fin.

The room was small and tired looking. The bed was very comfortable it was advertised as a queen size but it was just a double. The outside balcony was great. It’s in a great location very central. It is noisy at night due to the roof top bar.

Perhaps it's only us 😅, but we found the hotel a little difficult to locate - better signage might help. The staff were great. Receptionist was excellent- polite, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The corridor to our room was very dark, difficult to see the door handle. The bedroom was a strange shape. We had two single beds ( which were very comfortable), but neither was in a position where we could watch the television. Yes, I understand we didn't go to Malaga to stay in bed and watch tv, but it would have been good to have the opportunity! Good big bathroom, with large shower. We had breakfast there and it was tasty and well worth the €10. The area around the hotel was great.. beside lots of cafes and restaurants.

Checked in for a second stay at this hotel. Was really pleased last time with friendly staff, perfect location, great breakfast box to take away during the early mornings, nice breakfast at the hotel restaurant, cool rooftop bar and comfortable beds. This time staff at the restaurant wasn’t as service minded - with just a few busy tables I don’t think it’s acceptable having to wait 20-30 minutes to order (people left) and twice I was missing stuff from my breakfast order. I didn’t even bother telling them. Breakfast box for take away was cut in half compared to march this year (not enough for running a marathon 😅). BUT staff in reception are SO NICE! Thank you for that! Also - rooms at 4th floor is super noisy due to roof top bar. Would still come back due to the location and reception.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I had a small l injury and they directed me to the pharmacy for a bandage that only cost 1€ and brought me ice for my sprain. The hotel is in a walking only area, so taxi from train station can only get you so far, but it was very close to walk to with a roller bag. The room was very clean, no real view, but I did not need it. I would stay at this hotel again if I ever return to Malaga, which I would love to do.

Den første dag gik rengøringsdamerne ind på værelset selvom forstyr ikke skiltet var oppe, på tredje dagen var vi gået i seng og de kom brasende ind kl 22 om aftenen for at gøre rent. Heller ikke iorden. Morgenmaden var højst middelmådig, og en underlig form for bestilling via et menukort hvor det var begrænset hvor meget man måtte få. Belliggenhed var tilgengæld ret god, og indretningen var fin. Høflig betjening.

We booked this property after getting stuck in Málaga because of the black out. Price was really good, we knew there would likely be no power or if there was it would be emergency only. Staff were fab despite having to do everything manually and having no awareness of our arrival as we booked online after the powercut. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony and gorgeous views over the square, staff did explain it was really a room for one in terms of bed size and bathroom etc but for one night this was fine. Room size perfect for one, balcony and views from it were gorgeous. We got towels in the room, shower gel and shampoo, a mini toothbrush and shaving set. Location is perfect, right in the centre but tucked away. Walkable to all of the main sights. We didn't use the cafe/restaurant but as we left in the morning then power was back on and the food and drinks looked great. We didn't get to see the upstairs terrace but pictures looked amazing.

It is very centrally located which is great. It also has a very nice roof terrace. Service also good and friendly. However, sound proofing of the rooms are nonexistent, an especially out towards the street outside is bad. Bring earplugs to have a good nights sleep, or make sure you have a room higher up which tends to help a little. We are happy with this hotel and might come back for another stay.

Good hotel in the centre of Malaga’s Historical Centre. About a 5 minute walk to the main square, a 10 min walk to the Alcazaba and a 15 min walk to the Port and Beach. Location is very convenient, however, it does get very noisy and can become an issue when trying to sleep. You can hear practically all the noise from outside. Bear that in mind if you’re a light sleeper. Other than that can’t fault it.

Good central location but cannot reach it by car or taxi so be prepared for a walk with your cases. Our room was 1st floor and we had a lot of noise from the small walkway below the window. We were also immediately opposite a building with a street light in front of the window. The room was therefore dark in the day and floodlit at night. The room was very small and we didn’t bother with breakfast as it wasn’t a buffet and you could get much better food from the nearby cafes. Nice rooftop terrace but when we went up there it was being used for a children’s birthday party so was very noisy. Good as a base for a short stay but a bit expensive for the lack of facilities.

The hotel is set in a great location, with walking distance to many attractions. The room was comfortable and a good size. Although the shower head in the bathroom was set up so high you had to be 6 foot tall to be able to adjust it. Tea and coffee making facilities were supplied, together with 2 bottles of water. Check in was made easy with online check in. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was tasty and good value for money.
