Although the location is good for city access, the traffic noise and sirens make it hard to have a good night sleep. Rooms are very dry even with a window open. Went to use the sauna and it wasn't turned on - had to get someone and wait. Their breakfast buffet is very overpriced (27 Euros) but other options outside the hotel are available. Our biggest issue is we booked a room with Expedia that could sleep 3 guests. There was a base price with a 35 Euro extra for the 3rd person. We attended a family reunion and our 3rd guest was only with us 5 of the 11 nights as she was with family the other nights. The hotel (via Expedia) billed us for a 3rd guest for all 11 nights. I argued with the Hotel but they said I have to take it up with Expedia. I emailed Expedia and they did not reply. So we paid 210 Euro more than we should have for the room.

Ein NoGo: Pool und Wellnessbereich anbieten und dann nichts davon im Angebot zu haben. Lautstärke: Durch Baurbeiten im Haus ab 7:30Uhr anstelle 9:00Uhr wie angegeben, endete unsere Nachtruhe auch da. Wir hatten das Hotel wie breites 2023 erneut gebucht mit der Option auf das Hallenbad. Erst im Hotel nach der Bezahlung nahmen wir davon Kenntnis, das dies nicht mehr vorhanden war. Rigtig fint hotel- alt var i orden, lækker brunch og gode værelser- gode mørklægningsgardiner, lydisoleret vinduer og ro på hotellet. Der var lidt musik i gaden, ved kanalen, da der var noget festival, men det generede ikke. Hotellet ligger perfekt- pænt kvarter,i kort afstand fra gaden city og den centrale del af Hamborg. Klart anbefalelsesværdigt! Dog var poolenmeget kold. Det var også det eneste minus. Ellers skønt og et sted vi gerne vil besøge igen.

Great place to stay in Hamburg. The room is large even by USA standards and has a full functioning kitchen. The property is modern and I had no issues using the elevators. While the pool was undergoing renovation, I was able to use the gym and sauna. I strongly recommend pre-purchasing the breakfast during reservation as it has a buffet with lot of food options and unlimited cappuccinos/juice. It will be more expensive to purchase it at the property.

Rooms were excellent. Room service is every 3 days but you can request extra. Breakfast was good. Two negative issues. Charged €8.60 for 2 small bottles of water at reception. Bar staff at the bar slow and inefficient. The bar closed before 23.00.

Ikke alle værelser var klar til at vi kunne tjekke ind kl.15, men personalet var super søde, gav en drink til hele familien på deres regning. Et af værelserne viste sig ikke at være blevet gjort rent, men det fiksede de med det samme og uden ekstra beregning fik vi et nyt og større værelse. Så alt i alt en god oplevelse selv om den startede lidt træls ud.

Our room was very clean and having the kitchenette and washer/ dryer was very convenient. The hotel is pretty easy walk from the main station or you can U1 subway line two stops to Mebberg station which is right outside the hotel. Plenty of restaurants and pubs within walking distance. Would definately stay here again.

Aus Gründen des Umweltschutzes werde das Zimmer nur alle drei Tage gereinigt. Ausser man verlangt eine Reinigung. Das taten wir nach zwei Nächten, was uns bestätigt wurde - inzwischen fehlten auch Seife und Toilettenpapier. Als wir gegen Abend zum Hotel zurückkamen, war das Zimmer noch nicht gemacht. Wir reklamierten in der Lobby als wir das Hotel zum Nachtessen verliessen - man kümmere sich darum. Um 23 Uhr war das Zimmer dann immer noch nicht gemacht. Wir verlangten Tücher und Toilettenpapier in der Lobby. Die Seife werde nachgeliefert, was dann aber nicht passierte.

Mix reviews with this hotel. I’ll start with positive review: -good location, close to good restaurants, cafes, and tourist areas! We were able to walk to various places. -room was comfortable! There’s a washer/dryer, microwave, good size fridge, dishwasher and stove. We slept well on the bed. The washer and dryer was very handy since we still had two other countries ro visit. -buffet breakfast was decent. Same food daily but it was good. -pool was nice, cool temperature and sauna was nice. We didn’t try the exercise room. Now, our feedback: -first night, front desk person was helpful with our television and honest that we couldn’t watch Netflix on our room television. He came to our room to help us. Our room did not have a smart type of television. Very basic television. -if you want hotel service, you will not get this here. It’s an apartment with apartment service. -we stayed for 4 nights, 5days. Not once was our room cleaned! Yes we asked the front desk on our second and third day. Front desk said don’t worry they will request this. They did nothing about it even though we asked twice during our stay! We even mentioned at check out. They didn’t care! -no clean towels during our whole stay! We asked twice and nothing was brought to our room. Front desk was annoyed we called to ask for clean towels and more washer detergent. They told us to come get it ourselves! My husband went and again we felt like we were bothering them. Adina needs to improve customer service!

+ Gute Lage, direkt an der Speicherstadt, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in direkter Nähe. Sehr freundliches Personal. Schönes Zimmer mit Küchenzeile und sogar eine Waschmaschine vorhanden! Frühstücksangebot war super. - Sauberkeit des Kücheninventars im Zimmer ließ zu wünschen übrig, der Sieb stand z.b schmutzig im Schrank. Bei 5 Übernachtungen fand kein einziges Mal eine Zimmerreinigung statt, frische Handtücher und Toilettenpapier musste man sich somit selber besorgen.

除了水壓不穩，洗頭不太方便，其他都很不錯。我們很喜歡裡面小廚房，冰箱烤箱都很大，應有盡有。都清潔的很乾淨。也很喜歡房間內臥榻的部分，連接著滿版的玻璃牆。如果需要客房清潔，最好去跟櫃檯預約，不然不一定當天會去清潔。

Clean and quiet hotel in a convenient location (2 min for subway station). Impressed with the bed condition. Friendly and kind staff. The restaurant on the ground floor served us excellent food. Highly recommended. The only problem was that WiFi got busy during high time (evening) and did not function frequently. It would have been a nightmare if I had had some work to do during the stay. I pointed this out when we left the hotel. I hope they fixed the problem. We could not use the oven in the room as the instruction was written in German.

Very nice hotel with great location and friendly staff. Only downside was very hard beds. My husband got back pain after two nights. Especially the sofa bed was rock hard, and the duvet for the sofa bed was just a folded wool blanket in a sheet. I would have expected a duvet like the one on the master bed.

If you want air conditioning you may not get it. We booked 6 rooms for a family trip and 3 of them did not have working air conditioning. Management later acknowledged they are trying to repair the rooms that are not working, but they do not have a clear timeline and did not share this info until after our stay.

Had a 2br/2ba room very comfortable for our family. Lots of space to relax and very convenient. Price was competitive with other hotel options in the same neighborhood but for the size of our room and room amenities this was a much better value IMO! I had never stayed at an Adina property before but will definitely stay at one again and would recommend it.

An ok place, new and clean, and the pool and sauna is fine. Expensive parking in basement and expensive breakfast (but bot are optional). A missing lamp in the apartment was not replaced (small thing, but irritating). Please note:The rooms are very dark because and if you are in the bottom floors facing away from Willy-Brandt Strasse you need to turn the light on all day ! You cannot unload your car in front of the hotel, unless you want to park in a busstop.

Stay was so good I almost want to keep it to myself. Very friendly staff upon checkin. Room was crisp, clean, and modern. Had the 1 bedroom apartment - very comfortable for 3 travellers. Location is great and well connected. I’ll definitely be back.

We stayed at Adina for New Year’s Eve going into 2024. The hotel is nice in terms of interior, condition, view and cleanliness. We stayed in a great corner room with lookout to the water, perfect for the New Year’s we had planned. However, our stay was unfortunately disturbed by a fire, meaning that all guest was promptly evacuated. Even though the situation was not caused by the hotel personnel, I must admit that the crisis management performed by the personnel was inefficient and honestly dissatisfactory. Throughout the day we received little information in general. Several guests besides only speaking English, but 90 % of all information was only in German, and we had to ask for translation several times. People were during the day more and more scattered in different corners of the hotel, including the bar and conference room, and we had to ask in the reception for information time and time again as communication was not provided to all guests at once, incl. when we could go back into our room. We sat in a conference room for +6 hours, during this time we were only offered drinks from the bar (after 4 hours) and we were not offered any food, we got snacks only my request. We checked out on the 31st and was informed of possibilities for reimbursement. It took quite some time to get responses from the hotel, but within app. 1 month we had our money for the night, parking and for dry cleaning.

Mix reviews with this hotel. I’ll start with positive review: -good location, close to good restaurants, cafes, and tourist areas! We were able to walk to various places. -room was comfortable! There’s a washer/dryer, microwave, good size fridge, dishwasher and stove. We slept well on the bed. The washer and dryer was very handy since we still had two other countries ro visit. -buffet breakfast was decent. Same food daily but it was good. -pool was nice, cool temperature and sauna was nice. We didn’t try the exercise room. Now, our feedback: -first night, front desk person was helpful with our television and honest that we couldn’t watch Netflix on our room television. He came to our room to help us. Our room did not have a smart type of television. Very basic television. -if you want hotel service, you will not get this here. Super freundliches Personal und Service. Wir konnten unser Gepäck sowohl vor dem Check-In als auch nach dem Check-Out noch für einige Stunden an der Rezeption verwahren lassen. Zimmer sauber und gut ausgestattet, sehr umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet. Perfekt für einen Kurztrip in Hamburg mit guter Verkehrsanbindung zum ÖPNV und vieles auch gut zu Fuß erreichbar (ca. 15 min zum Hbf und Hafen).

Our room was very clean and having the kitchenette and washer/ dryer was very convenient. The hotel is pretty easy walk from the main station or you can U1 subway line two stops to Mebberg station which is right outside the hotel. Plenty of restaurants and pubs within walking distance. Would definately stay here again.

We moved to this hotel last minute as our other place was so noisy. It was the perfect escape. The room was beautiful, great amenities and so easy to walk everywhere. Plus there was public transport right out the front of the hotel.

Es ist ein schönes Hotel, sauber, schallisoliert, man kann das Zimmer abdunkeln. Die Lage ist gut. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer geht nicht unter 18 Grad und diese 18 Grad fühlten sich an wie 23 Grad. Das Frühstück war mit 24 € pro Person sehr teuer, zumal es auch nicht sooo viel Auswahl war und keine besonderen Spezialitäten dabei waren. Es war aber ausreichend.

Jag och mitt sällskap fick en positiv upplevelse vid incheckningen. Vi blev uppgraderade till en större lägenhet vilket vi uppskattade! Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Sista kvällen bestämde vi oss för att köpa mat från hotellrestaurangen och äta i vår lägenhet. När vi gick till restaurangen nekade de oss köpa take away mat till vårt rum. Vi förstod inte vad som felade. Eftersom vi var hungriga köpte vi med oss mat från en restaurang utanför hotellet. När vi kom tillbaka till hotellet frågade jag i receptionen om det inte gick köpa med sig mat. Detta med tanke på att de annonserade om room service. Receptionisten verkade inte ta vår fråga på allvar. När vi checkade ut morgonen därpå var det ny personal i receptionen. Informerade dem om den trista upplevelsen kvällen innan. De blev väldigt förvånade över händelsen och höll med om att det var ett konstigt agerande från personalens sida. Självklart gick det köpa med sig mat till rummet. En trevlig start på vår Hamburgresa fick ett litet snöpligt avslut.

The location is fantastic. The U1 is right outside, which makes getting anywhere very easy. There are also many sites you can easily walk to like Miniature Wonderland and St Nikolai church. The buffet breakfast was fantastic and totally worth the add on. The only complaint that I have is that the air conditioning didn’t seem to do much of anything. We turned in on full blast and could barely feel anything coming out.

This hotel is a great walking distance from popular areas such as the shopping district, Miniatur Wunderland, Chocoversum, and plenty of restaurants. I enjoyed having a washer/dryer in the room as I'm a minimal packer and was able to wash clothes I wanted to wear again. The only negatives were the key card not working after check-in and having to revisit the desk, this was a minor inconvenience. As well as, I asked the front desk if the trash in my room could be emptied as we were expecting to leave the next day but did not want to leave overflowing trash bins. I was told that the trash bins would be emptied that same day and it never happened. I think perhaps since we were checking out the following day they did not bother on emptying the trash. Having been to Adina aparthotel in Wiesbaden our expectations were high. But we got dissapointed in Hamburg, when paying 175 euro per night for a one bedroom flat for 2 persons that didnt match the description or size as of pictures. Pictures shoved a family flat, we discovered later. The sofa in our 1 bedroom was tiny and smelly. The dining area was not seperate but a 6-person table with 4 highchairs shadowing the tv. There was no coffeemachine as stated and no desk for pc as stated either. The bathroom lacked space for toiletries so you had to put make-up mirrors and other stuff to the cupboard to make space and put it back before leaving again. The bedroom was small so there was only a tiny shelf beside one side of the bed beside a rolling door to the bathroom next to the bed. Privacy in the bathroom was difficult because the door to the bathroom didnt close completely and the only big mirror was on the bathroom door so when somebody used the toilet the other couldnt use the mirror. The area around the hotel was amazing and the personel at the frontdesk was friendly. Especially the woman coming to our room one evening trying to open a blocked door to the washing mashine. And the men that came and changed the washingmashine. But you couldnt communicate with the cleaning personel. We speak english and German. None of the cleaners did. One even asked us to speak portuguese. Unfortunately we wont return.

Hands down the best hotel apartment experience I have had. Online pre-checkin was a major hassle, but everything else went absolutely smoothly and the staff were brilliant, polite and attentive. Nice, modern, spacious, clean rooms. Would stag again!
