My room was very neat and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was delicious and the hotel’s location is perfect—right in the middle of everything. The rooftop sky bar is a nice addition, though there’s a €5 entrance fee. I later found out that hotel guests aren’t supposed to be charged, but no one informed me at the time. When we mentioned it, they offered to refund us, but I told them not to worry. Overall, still a pleasant stay.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was always pleasant and helpful, the room was well appointed, the rooftop bar was amazing and the restaurant was superior to what I would expect from a hotel. Location was excellent for walking to Plaza Mayor and a bit longer walk to museums. My only complaint was that the lighting in the room was a little too subtle for reading and the streets right around the hotel were extremely crowded.

habitación con vista a metro y gran via en 2 piso. Bastante apacible por las noches. Desayuno muy bueno, limpieza excelente, staff muy atento. El detalle son los elevadores, aunque hay dos, a veces estan muy solicitados por la clientela del bar.

Sehr sauberes Zimmer. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Hotel an guter Lage. Das einzig negative: Die Rooftop Bar welche soweit ich weiss nicht direkt zum Hotel gehört war für mich etwas entäuschend. Das Personal dort ist sehr unfreundlich. Ausserdem ist die Bar dreckig und total überfüllt. Da die Bar auch für andere Hotelgäste zugänglich ist, geht ohne Reservierung nichts.

Beautiful Hotel and view. It being in the Gran Via avenue makes it a real hassle to arrive with luggage specially if arriving in your own car, a valet parking option would solve this and would easily allow for a 5 star review.

Hotel was in a convenient location. Has a cute little rooftop bar on top. Walking distance to sights and shops. In a safe area. The staff are friendly and helpful. I forgot my sunglasses after I checked out and the staff have been very helpful returning them to me. Rooms are clean and well looked after.

Hotel is at a great location. We had a great view of Gran Via from our room. Very clean and modern room. The breakfast was good. Especially the gluten free cookies en muffin. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back again. Highly recommended.

Perfect location. Dog lover hotel. Good breakfast. Very good front desk personnel. Reasonable room. The pillows a little hard for me. Bed ok. One issue with cleaning that we left and advise front desk to have tje room clean but when we came back no cleaning was performed. Then we left in the afternoon and came back two hours later and the room was not still clean. This communication needs to improved. Otherwise is an ok hotel for a stay.

Perfect location. Sound proof window work really well in a very noisy never-sleep Gran Via. Nice decorated rooms. I had been in this hotel several times in different rooms. Those with balcony on the Gran Via side are very nice, but somehow I liked more the last one we stayed overlooking McDonald's. Book in advance to get more choices and better price.

Location of hotel was amazing. Right in the middle of everything. Room is as extremely comfortable and beautiful. Balcony overlooking Gran Via was amazing. Was able to watch the sunset from our room. Really happy and impressed with this hotel.

Location was great, and was a walking distance to most landmarks of my interest. Staff was great and very welcoming. The rooms in my opinion are very small for the amount of money that we payed for, but overall it was a very nice stay.

A great location, clean and modern (but small) rooms. I was worried it would be loud at night due to the location, but when you close the doors to the veranda, you hear nothing and it is dark as can be!! Staff was very helpful.

The service is amazing in this hotel. They go out of their way to help with anything you need. Highly recommend including breakfast. It was excellent. Alvaro and Cristina at guest services were so helpful with information on the city and tours. They also helped with anything additional we asked from the hotel. Eddie in the Sky Bar, Picalagartos, provided excellent service. The views were awesome. Excellent experience, highly recommend and will definitely return to NH Collection Gran Via.

Couples trip, we booked through Booking got worst room in the hotel and treated by staff as 2nd class guest. Offered nothing. Our friends booked through hotel direct and got upgraded suite for same price, food platters & wine, daily turn down service. Very average Property in great location. Would not stay there again. Staff is not accommodating or helpful. Food was decent but area had much better restaurants to go to.

I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded from a Superior Room to a Junior Suite at no extra charge, as my original room wasn’t ready when I arrived around 10 a.m. (even though check-in is after 3 p.m.). The staff was incredibly accommodating, and everyone was so kind and helpful. Fantastic service!

The room was nice and large along with the bathroom. The view was out over Gran Via and very pretty. However the service was horrible. I reached out regarding the wine that I was supposed to have in my room. They told me it should have been there, but would have it brought up. It never came. I called several hours later and was told they would send it up. It never came. This is just one example of how the service was underwhelming.

Amazing service!! Maria at guest relations is the best example of great service that I have seen in a long time. All of the staff was excellent. Accomodations are right in the heart of the city convenient for transportation and for sightseeing. This is my second time staying at this hotel and they do not disappoint. Highly recommend the hotel and I commend the staff on the service they provide. Thank you to Maria and all of the staff at the hotel who made our vacation amazing!

Location was brilliant but coffee at breakfast was average at best. Food selection was very limited too. No iron in the room was a oversight which they only allowed us to borrow for one hour.
