El hotel es céntrico a unos 30min andando. El desayuno es muy completo y aún teniendo que salir antes para el vuelo nos dejaron listo un buffet reducido para no perderlo a las 6 am. Las piscinas y el spa están muy agusto, lo único malo es que el jacuzzi no tenía chorros potentes. El parking gratuito una maravilla y en las tres noches no tuvimos problemas en aparcar. Esperando un poco se liberaba si estaba completo

Beautiful hotel, great water view from our room, very clean and a super breakfast buffet. Enjoyed the swimming pool many times, and walks into town. Staff were very helpful when required. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

- Perfekt läge, 35 min promenad till Funchal centrum, massor av restauranger i närområdet, underbara strövområden t.ex. längs strandpromenaden. - Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. - Lokalerna är i bra skick, trevligt poolområde - Sängarna hårda. - Luft konditioneringen var svag. Marginell på vintern, förmodligen inte tillräcklig på sommaren. - Frukosten var bra, om än i tråkig lokal. Mot slutet av frukosttiden var det svårt att hitta ett ledigt bord, eftersom personalen var långsam att plocka undan disk från borden. - Gymmet var stängt. Som ersättning fick tillgång till ett allmänt gym, i shoppingcentrumet intill hotellet. Detta var lite nedgånget och öppettiderna beskurna, särskilt på helgerna. Detta är mycket irriterande om man försöker genomföra programmerad träning.

Leider wurde uns zusätzlich am letzten Tag das Mietauto zerkratzt (mit einem Schlüssel) Hotelzimmer ist ausreichend, sauber, MA freuntlich. Leider entspricht die gebuchte Kategorie Bergblick keinem wirklichen schönen Bergblick. die Etagen gehen eher zur Straße raus. Vom Berg sieht man nicht viel. Etage 5 hat sogar aktuell direkt eine Baustelle vor der Tür. L'albergo è pulito piscina doppia all'aperto e una al coperto. Parcheggio gratuito unico problema la sera se si esce e di rientra si può trovare pieno ma aspettando 10 min un pisto si libera. Unica pecca la colazione ricchissima di salato e frutta un po' po povera di dolci.

We just stayed here for one night before moving to our Air BnB. The location is really good for access to restaurants and shops and the main sites in Funchal. The pool was great for our children. We had a long wait between arriving and checking in but were able to use the facilities whilst we waited. Our room was a little dated but had a good shower and comfy beds. We slept really well in quiet rooms. The view was good but I think as a family we would have struggled to stay in the apartment we had all week. Breakfast was really a highlight which was varied and included in the cost of our stay. We probably wouldn’t stay here again but for a couple of nights it’s very convenient and well priced.

Hotel was clean was sufficient for all our needs. Big breakfast buffet. Free parking. Good location for us to go out and about for the day. Not a luxury hotel but it was fine for what we were not using the hotel for. We were not there for the amenities such as pool etc.

Hotel muito bem localizado mas com alguns aspetos antigos que revelam que o hotel já tem uns anos, exemplo apesar de o quarto estar parcialmente reformado tem móveis antigos e uns roupeiros com um cheiro lastimável... não coloquem nada dentro do roupeiro fica com um cheiro horrível. O Pequeno Almoço é muito bom e o SPA é razoável, a terapeuta "Maria" é muito boa mas está um pouco datado...

Muy buen hotel. Habitación amplia con balcón con vistas al mar y a la piscina. Personal muy atento y con buen inglés. Los colchones de las camas no son muy cómodos. El desayuno muy bueno. Parking cubierto gratis. Cerca de muchos restaurantes y zonas para pasear. Un poco alejando del centro para ir andando.

Nice pool and clean rooms.good breakfest. Had problems sleeping due to lots of noise from the poolbar long after midnight. The aircondition wasnt working properly, had to wear earplugs to sleep when it was on.

I do not like because I ask for trolley to take my luggage to the room. And the did not have one. And I was surprised because the hotel was 4 stars. I had 7 luggage and I was very disappointed. Nobody helped me to take it to the room and No trolley
I do not like because I ask for trolley to take my luggage to the room. And the did not have one. And I was surprised because the hotel was 4 stars. I had 7 luggage and I was very disappointed. Nobody helped me to take it to the room and No trolley

Beautiful hotel, great water view from our room, very clean and a super breakfast buffet. Enjoyed the swimming pool many times, and walks into town. Staff were very helpful when required. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

Die Lage ist super! Man kann den Mietwagen kostenlos in der Tiefgarage parken. Wir hatten ein Apartment, dies war für 3 Personen groß genug, auch der Balkon ist sehr großzügig gewesen. Wor baten nach der ersten Nacht für das Zusatzbett um eine Auflage, dies wurde allerdings erst am übernächsten Tag erledigt, trotz mehmaliger Nachfrage- so musste die Person auf dem Zusatzbett 2 Tage auf der zu harten Matratze liegen, das ist natürlich ärgerlich. Das Abendessen ist sehr gut und nur zu empfelen.

We just stayed here for one night before moving to our Air BnB. The location is really good for access to restaurants and shops and the main sites in Funchal. The pool was great for our children. We had a long wait between arriving and checking in but were able to use the facilities whilst we waited. Our room was a little dated but had a good shower and comfy beds. We slept really well in quiet rooms. The view was good but I think as a family we would have struggled to stay in the apartment we had all week. Breakfast was really a highlight which was varied and included in the cost of our stay. We probably wouldn’t stay here again but for a couple of nights it’s very convenient and well priced.

It was ideal location for exploring funchal and have some relaxing time by the poor. We really enjoyed the local Lido which is just 5 mins walk. The room was spacious and spotless and the selection of food at breakfast was excellent.

Muy buen hotel. Habitación amplia con balcón con vistas al mar y a la piscina. Personal muy atento y con buen inglés. Los colchones de las camas no son muy cómodos. El desayuno muy bueno. Parking cubierto gratis. Cerca de muchos restaurantes y zonas para pasear. Un poco alejando del centro para ir andando.

Excellent Hotel with a absolute smashing breakfast buffet! It is close to some bus connections as well to the airport and 200m from the beach. It would be nice to have a night light in the bathroom to prevent accidents in the darkness!

Hotel was clean was sufficient for all our needs. Big breakfast buffet. Free parking. Good location for us to go out and about for the day. Not a luxury hotel but it was fine for what we were not using the hotel for. We were not there for the amenities such as pool etc.

Marginell på vintern, förmodligen inte tillräcklig på sommaren. - Frukosten var bra, om än i tråkig lokal. Mot slutet av frukosttiden var det svårt att hitta ett ledigt bord, eftersom personalen var långsam att plocka undan disk från borden. - Gymmet var stängt. Som ersättning fick tillgång till ett allmänt gym, i shoppingcentrumet intill hotellet. Detta var lite nedgånget och öppettiderna beskurna, särskilt på helgerna. Detta är mycket irriterande om man försöker genomföra programmerad träning.

El hotel es céntrico a unos 30min andando. El desayuno es muy completo y aún teniendo que salir antes para el vuelo nos dejaron listo un buffet reducido para no perderlo a las 6 am. Las piscinas y el spa están muy agusto, lo único malo es que el jacuzzi no tenía chorros potentes. El parking gratuito una maravilla y en las tres noches no tuvimos problemas en aparcar. Esperando un poco se liberaba si estaba completo

Comida repetitiva, en una semana no ha habido ensalada ni verdura ni potajes. Recogían las cosas a partir de las 19:45 teniendo la última hora de entrada a las 21. No hemos visto ninguna comida temática, a las 20 no quedaba nada. Situación buena y detalle de bienvenida también. El spa no funcionaba el jacuzzi

+ gratis parkering i garage under hotellet + bra pris (vi valde halvpension) + trevligt spa med inomhuspool, bastu, duschar, jacuzzi etc som ingår, och även utomhuspool + trevligt rum med bra med plats för hela familjen och härlig havsutsikt - maten var tyvärr ingen höjdare. Stort utbud vid frukost och midagsbuffe men flesta huvudrätter var smaklösa. De borde ha ett fåtal rätter och göra dessa bra istället. Efterrätterna var nog bäst :)
