Staff go out of their way to be helpful!! Very clean hotel. This review is for the Via Napo Torriani 9, Milan, 20124 location ..not the one next door to the train station...so within a 5 minute walk from Milano Centrale train station but not so close to be dangerous...in other words, perfect location. Room 105 has a door that stcks open / hard to open and close and tv crashes / reboots frequently. Staff had to adjust room temp from lobby. That said, I would definitely recommend this hotel for location, price, exceedingly courteous and helpful staff and cleanliness. Would stay there again!

Par trois fois, nous avons dû aller à la réception car le coffre de sécurité était bloqué (et une fois ouvert contenait une bouteille vide !), il n’y avait pas de télécommande pour la tv, et celle de remplacement ne fonctionnait pas), il faisait 24c constamment dans la chambre et le frigo n’était pas froid. Très peu de collaboration du personnel, aucune excuse ou dédommagement. À plus de 500.00 $ pour deux nuits, c’est inacceptable. Chambre correcte et propre mais sdb ancienne, dont les équipements sont rouillés et brisés.Quartier sûr, tranquille où l’on retrouve beaucoup de restos. Loin à pied des attractions historiques mais à 5 min de la gare. Je ne le recommande pas.

When we arrived, we had to wait about (45 minutes) because the room door key was not working and the staff couldn’t get it open as well. We were waiting for it to be fixed and we wasted a lot of time. Also, the city tax indicated on the Hotels.com app is $3.50 per guest per night per person, instead we paid $6.30 per guest per person. Finally, we were given another room but we are disappointed by this experience. On top of that, there is no coffee machine in the room and no way to have coffee in the morning other than going outside. In all the hotels I have been to, I’ve never seen that.

The hotel was clean and is in a very convenient location near the Central train station. The room wasn’t ready until half an hour past the check in time and the TV was broken in my room. The staff tried to fix it but said it needed to be replaced and were unable to do so in the 3 nights I stayed. It was also incredibly loud, the trash gets taken out around 3am and picked up outside around 7am.

Förvirrad incheckning. Receptionen verkade temporär. Personal ville ha bekräftelsenummer från hotellbokning. Brukar alltid räcka med bokat namn. Rummet var slitet. Värdeskåp och kylskåp fungerade ej. Rummet öppnades med nyckel men ändå behövde man ett kort som vi inte förstod vad det var till för. Det krävdes inte för att slå på elen. Vi stannade bara en natt utan frukost så vi kan inte uttala oss om frukosten.

The hotel was great in an excellent location. The room was clean and breakfast was nice. The only issue we had is that the room we got had an unbearable sewage smell coming from the bathroom. We told the front desk that same night we arrived, but he said to talk to the front desk in the morning he couldn’t do anything. The next morning with almost no sleep due to the smell, we asked if we could be relocated to another room, the girl at the front desk, very nicely, said she would talk to the manager to check on the options. The manager did not take the time to approach us to tell us anything, instead, he sent the girl front the front desk to tell us that the hotel was booked every single day we were there. Very unlikely to be fully booked the first few days in December, we started to think maybe the whole hotel has a sewage issue and he problem was in every room. Would not Stay here again afraid that the sewage smell is in every room.

The staff was great and we got nice and clean room. However, the shower was a bit moldy and smelled bad- especially after a shower. The staff said they were going to have the shower cleaned, but we did not notice much difference. All i all, the experience was good and if you can look past the shower situation this is s nice, safe and comfortable place to stay.

Comfortable bed and quiet. Room size way small and difficult to manage suitcases. Reception staff never smiled and refused to accept our comment on room smell. Dead roach lay in bathroom sink.Louie the night reception very helpful and friendly.

Overall this was a good property, however, the bathroom had mold around the shower door and the shower walls were it clean around the grout/tiles. Taking I did not feel clean. The shower door was also broken, so water was seaping all over the floor.

Ideal location, close to centrale and the metro. Room was small but clean. The street below is very noisy until about 1am and the again from 4am onwards, bring earplugs. Only 1 pillow provided in room, asked for more at reception and was told there were none available so quality of sleep was poor.

Small room with think wall: you can hear everything form both street and other rooms. Restroom definitely needs a renovation, the shower falls apart and the walls have painting falling for the humidity. Special mention to receptionist Jessica that ignored us while we were looking for our passports: while taking to other colleagues she was describing how terrible were the rooms on the first floor seconds before giving us a room on the first floor. Temperature in can’t be adjusted.

The hotel is very well located and has very good restaurants nearby. They are very eco-friendly, but the rooms are too hot—you can’t lower the temperature, and sleeping in heat with a duvet is far from pleasant. The breakfast is very varied and worth including in the stay.

O quarto standard é extremamente pequeno. Um movel atrapalha a passagem e vc precisa praticamente pular a cama. A janela nao abre e tem uma pelicula que nao deixa enxergar nada. Claustrofóbico. O frigobar não gela. Não tem espaço pra abrir uma mala. Unico ponto positivo o chuveiro. Café da manhã bom. Atendimento simpatico, porem coloquei observação que era aniversário do meu esposo e de casamento e nem devem ter lido.

My bag was stolen in hotel lobby by a pickpocketer while waiting to check. Hotel staff did NOTHING to help us - only thing they do was to tell us that we need to go to the police. They had security cameras and refused to show us, refused to see the footage themselves (maybe they saw the footage but they refused to tell us what they saw). It was all very suspect and I am still traumatized from my stay here. I will never stay at this property again.

Bathroom absolutely stunk of egg from the drains. It was revolting. Took ages to check in - there was a woman who could see us and was sat in the back but decided to leave it for her colleague. Some feedback would be to just check people in as fast as possible rather than leaving them waiting. Fridge in the room wasn’t working. Door to the toilet was weird and had no lock. Quite noisy you can hear the hustle and bustle of other people and also seemed to have some drilling (though possibly outside of the hotel but couldn’t be sure). Needed to check out fast and unfortunately was told to wait again despite there being someone else there to check us out. Wouldn’t stay here again but the location is great for the central station and metro.

If you want to get some sleep, forget it. Very noisy outside of hotel. There is a club across the street. Lots of foot traffic and noisy. Street sweeper comes by at 6 am also. The paint is peeling in the shower and moldy. Beds are hard. Tv never worked. I do not recommend this hotel. The only good thing is it was close to the train station.

A good location but a very basic budget hotel at 4 star prices. Room fittings getting tired for example in our room shower door not closing, toilet flush sticking, mattress worn. Breakfast area quite small so quite cramped during busy times and the only fresh fruit was oranges, so disappointing. I booked to pay on arrival but the hotel tried to take the payment from my credit card in the morning of my arrival so my card company blocked the payment and blocked my credit card. Luckily I was able to pay on my arrival by using another card but had I not had an alternative card I would have been in trouble.
